Nomorerack is selling counterfeit Beats by Dr. Dre headphones. We received our pair on Christmas eve. They were not in a manufacturers box and did not include an owners manual. We thought for a second that these were perhaps customer returns or refurbished products, which would explaint the great price. We called today to ask and were told that these actual ship direct from a wholesaler who is well known on "webutation" for selling replica products. Nomorerack did not have any information on the product. Did nomorerack.com even investigate this seller? If they had they would have known immediately that this seller pushes fakes! There are several online complaints regarding this issue, all popping up since they first offered these a few weeks ago. Yet today they are selling more of these, now knowing that these are fake! Nomorerack offered to have us return these for a refund or an exchage. An exchange for what? Another set of counterfeits without a box or packaging? How do we send the product back for a refund when they were sent without a box and no packaging! If nomorerack is now aware these are fake they should give immediate refunds. Those of us who bought these are now going to scrounge to go get the real thing. Why should we pay return shipping and wait for a refund? I will be happy to send these back but want immediately repayment and paid return shipping! No one should have to wait for their money on a counterfeit product. I will spend the day spreading this online. Do NOT buy from this website!

I originally order 12 tank tops for $30. They said there would be 2 white, 2 black and other assorted colors. I received 3 white, 3 black 2 royal and other assorted colors. When I complained, they gave to $30 credit and did not require me to return the tops.. I then order a set of heavyweight 100% cotton sateen sheets. When I received the sheets and unpacked them, they smelled bad and I had to wash them twice and hang them in the sun before I could get rid of the smell. I did not realize until I lay down on the sheets and they felt hot that they were 100% microfiber polsester. I don't like polyester sheets, they are HOT! They said that I should have sent them back immediate without washing or trying to use them. How was I supposed to know. This is a complete fraud and they now will not answer any more emails from me.

Dreadful site. Although their site says shipment will arrive in 3 weeks, when it hadn't been shipped after week two, I asked for status. After the fourth email Asking to have the item shipped, and it still wasnt, asked to have the order cancelled. Two days later, the status changed to shipped but the tracking number isnt registered with the shipper. It appears to me they put tracking number into the site to pacify me, but 5 days later it hasnt arrived, nor can it be traced. Nomorerack also advised that (contrary to their website assurances) the customer should all 30 days for shipment and/or receipt. The story changes slightly with each failing. Don't bother with this site.

I would like to state that nomorerack should be removed from the internet and unabe to sell anymore products they do not sell quality products and send out incorrect items just to get a sell. I have been trying since december 20, 2012 to get a refund for incorrect items sent to me and avrefund forcreturn shipping fee. I have been contacted by several people from their customer service department giving me conflicted information on getting my money back as if they are not wanting to refund me based on their mistake no mine. This is the worst company i have ever detailed eith online. They make me not want to shop online again. Everyone needs to stop shopping with them.

"I purchased a Unisex watch from Nomorerack with an adjustable watchband. The screws were stripped out and I could not remove the links. It came with not directions or warranty. I called customer service and the reps were very abrupt. This was my first exeperience with Nomorerack. They told me I would have to pay to ship the watch back and that I could reorder another one. This was the only resolution I got from them. Not a good company to do business with at all."

I orderd a set of 5 chilly towels also 2 paws protective queen covers for my beds. I have never received them even though i have been charged for them. I returned some. Merchandise and i haven't received a refund yet, it's been 2 months. Thanku

NOMORERACK.COM is HORRIBLE place to shop! I was so stupid to trust their advertizing and cheap price that I bought several (more than 10) items from them (for the total about $500 00) Nothing, I repeat - nothing is useable. Some of the issues I had were...Items "mailed" but never received, wrong items shipped, broken items, the quality of the items I received were not what they advertize, they put the misleading pictures and not honest descriptions (a lot of hidden vital information and there are no customer service reps to help you), their "unbelievable" deals from too many shady merchants, on their facebook page, if you express your concerns they will delete your post instead of addressing it, and the customer service is TERRIBLE! They are bragging about an easy return.., but it's not the truth and If you consider shipping cost plus the cost of returning it's not worth the most of cheap junk you already lost money for..

The last drop - this June I decided to buy Shoulder Tote Bag (for $33 adv. price $147) The junk I received totally different from the picture (for an example the hardware is bright yellow instead of a plain silver and so on..) plus it has broken zipper you can't fix because it's so wavy and cheap.. On the top of this they charge me twice for the same purse. So I got total charge $70.00 for one piece of garbage.., many hours online and on the phone over this issue Their customer service is a huge joke! They sent me completely broken merchandise and refused to refund my money I got ripped off. My opinion this is a group of organized criminals! Buyer Beware!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. You will regret it. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW. My wife and I ordered Christmas Presents for our children. I lost my job this year, so we are completely broke and couldn't even afford gifts. But because of the prices, we ordered items well over 3 weeks ago. I attempted to contact the 800# and was disconnected twice. I attempted the live chat with no response. I emailed them and haven't gotten a response. My order is showing as "Shipped" and "Complete". When we tried (Several times) to click on he link to track your order... It just pulls up a blank page. I will never use this "FAKE" Company again and warn everyone I can about them.

We have 5 kids and have had the worst year of our lives financially. We don't have the money to buy gifts for them again. I had to sell a lot of things just to afford what we did get. If someone doesn't get back to us, our kids Christmas is going to be ruined! All because I trusted this site. I can't believe this! Please be warned, and don't let it happen to you.

order was placed on November 9th, 2012, and i had the same problem with the orders did not come in said it will be here in 3 to 5 biz and after a month i still have not received my whole order i bought the items for my wife b-day it passed i had to buy her other gift and im still out of my money tried they had the nerve to tell me "If your order was placed before Dec 10th, we guarantee delivery in time for Christmas"i was like please befor you tell me more dumb things can you please look at my order dont mean to be rude but if my order was placed on November 9th, 2012 and you tell me BS like shipping is on strike for over a month just give me a RMA so i can get my money back and what do you know they want to give me store credit ill never shop here again

I ordered christmas presents on thanksgiving day. A week before christmas i started panicing because nothing had come in. Got emails from them saying they were shipping problems because of strikes at their shipping facility. They promised all items would be there for christmas. Got some items after christmas. Wrote them a scalding email and they said some items were lost in shipping and gave me a credit. Very same day, i recieve an email saying one of the missing items was shipping, with a tracking number. Today, 1/18/13, almost 2 months later, this same item is still not here. A few days after the shipping/tracking email, i got another shipping, tracking email for the exact same item. This tracking number does not exist. Spent the credit money, and still have not recieved those items. I check the website, says my order is pending. A MONTH later and its pending. Needless to say, have not recieved the supposed items with tracking numbers nor the reordered items from my "credit". Would not use these people again.

I ordered (3458248) boots on 11/13 from nomorerack.com. Still not received them 5 weeks later. I have called the 1-800 number 5 times and no one can find the boots that I ALREADY paid for! I have emailed, etc...but no one will help me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They provide ZERO help when they do not follow through with their promises. I ordered from Amazon.com last week and already received my order. Amazon, NOT NOMORERACK.COM. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! I am going to bug the hell out of them until I get my boots or a refund!

This company is a scam took my money from a purchase made on 11/28/12 from my pay pal account said item would be shipped I contacted them 10 days later and it took them 2 days to contact me and let me know transaction was not complete so I would get product I received confirmation # of my sale and money was out of my account on same day . They said would refund my money that does not help me with Two Tablets I ordered for my grandsons for Christmas. Everyone please stay away from this company want a scam and customer service is a joke I dealt with Marcus what a mistake this was. Use Amazon everyone.

I made a purchase on Dec2 for 3 items at 11:47pm right before bed. I found the next morning that the order was duplicated. I was checking my emails at around 9 am. At this time I sent a request telling them of their error and duplicating the order and charging my account twice. I also went on to Paypal and filed a dispute over the duplicate charge and called the company while doing this and got no answer, well on hold with a wait time of under 2 mins. that was at 18 when I hung up. I contacted Paypal by phone at his time to see if they had a better phone number and it was the same the customer service at Paypal tried to call and had the same issue so she emailed the company also informing them of the duplicate ordering. They have not yet responded to Paypal it is 2 days now. I got an email stating I had to cancel by 9am the following day of the order to cancel, to my knowledge first I only placed 1 order and didn't want it cancelled. Second I did not screw up. I tried to inform them of their mistake and did nit get a reply until 7:48 pm on 12/3. I received another email telling me I need to return the merchandise to the seller then they need to send it to them at Nomorerack and then I will get a refund for their incompetence.

Misleading description of the "discount" I was purchasing. Vendor requirements not disclosed. Emailed them immediately (within hours) for a credit. Given run around via email (back and forth for a week, then just ignored). Called customer service. Sounded like they were in a submarine. They are escalating my concern again ie. blowning me off again. It's now been over a month. Voucher expires soon. I am sure that is what they are waiting for.

I just ordered two items: a pair of shoes and a bracelet. Based on the complaints here, I am SO glad I used Paypal, rather than giving my credit card information. Now I am anxious about whether I will receive what I thought I was ordering - I did think the price was almost too good to be true, so I guess have only myself to blame :).

Ordered "UGG BOOTS" off of this site stating they were at a discounted rate for the holidays. Boots were ordered on Novermber 26th and stated would be delivered by christmas eve. I received an email a couple days later stating that they had shipped but with an invalid tracking number. Emailed 4 different times to customer service since there is no phone number to contact them at. Customer service rep stated had been shipped just delayed due to holiday season. Asked how I could return them for my money back and she said they do not offer money back JUST CREDIT FOR PURCHASES ON THEIR SITE! The boots finally arrived on December 22nd with the box all damaged. Opened the box and the boots are not UGG at all they are some off brand that I have never heard of and the stitching on the soles was terrible that there were holes in both boots near the toes and the boots bottoms looked and felt like styrofoam. This site is terrible and I hope people read these comments before ordering from them in the future what a waste of money.

Someone stole my debit card and charged over $1500 to my account from this website. They purchased unlocked Samsung cell phones. I was able to get the shipping info from a customer service rep over the phone. I had a name, and an shipping address. I live in Washington, and these phones were being shipped to Michigan. Then nice lady on the phone told me that to get help with fraud, I would need to send an email. So, I did. I asked if I could cancel my order, stop it, or even just change the shipping address. I was told, repeatedly, that the info had already been sent to their supplier and that I could not cancel my order. I was then, twice, told to wait for the items to be delivered and return them for a refund. Seriously?! I asked the lady (Desiree B) how I was supposed to have the items returned when they weren't being shipped to me? Was I supposed to fly to Michigan, knock on the door, and politely ask the individual who used my card for the items so that I could return them? Of course, I got the same automated replies that made no sense. Why would she even suggest that?

This website will NOT verify your card, or the name on your account with the shipping info. They will not help you out. Their customer service is horrid. Their website it shady, and who knows where they get all of this stuff so cheaply. Please be cautious of websites like these. Safeguard your money, and do not support this company!

The company offered me a $10 promo code. I tried to use it and kept getting an error. It took them over 2 weeks to correct the issue and when it finally showed in my account I tried to check out again and then got another error. It then deleted all products in my cart and deleted the credit. Apparently you can't even use credits the company gives you.

I then came across this site and see all complaints. I figured this was a bad site when it doesn't give you a phone number for customer service and the only way to contact them is via email. Very Shady Company!

Ordered an electronic item and fought with it for over 6 weeks. Consulting with the manufacturing company and other specialists determined the system was non-operational.

Customer service stated that unless the electronic item failed within 7 days it would not be covered under the standard 1 year warranty.

DO NOT order from this site, you will regret it. Must be some 12 yr old trying to operate a business out of his bedroom. You get billed immediately upon ordering, but don't expect delivery for at least 30 days. Same goes for returns/refunds. Been waiting nearly 4 weeks now. Credit card company is handling it now.

Merchandise is inferior quality. Customer service a joke. One excuse after another. Stick with reputable websites with a proven track record of great customer service and decent merchandise.

order #1- Hoola hoop sent damaged. They want me to pay to send it back. Why should I have to pay to return an item that they sent broke. No instructions. Box damaged so badly and packaging. It appeared old and used and they passed it off as new. No refund on that one.

order #2- I Boost Stereo headset. Ordered 2 got 1. The shipping evelope looked as if it had been opened and item removed. It arrived in such bad shape. They say they will credit my account but I really doubt it..SO..I am NEVER ordering any other item from this company again. I am telling all my friends that they best no either. I wish I had know about this site before ordering anything. I would still have my money.
SO buyers beware! It is a scam! They will not give you credit nor give you give customer service. Terrible for a company to be allowed to operate in this manner!

Ordered an item from Nomorerack, and changed my mind within and cancelled within their designated time frame. About 5 days later I noticed a charge from them posted to my account. When I contacted NMR, they said it was a "pre-authorization" that never really charges my acct, and since I cancelled, it should be removed within 3-5business days. Still no reversal after that time frame so I had to contact my bank to investigate why the "pre-authorization" wasn't conducted. They placed a stop payment on the transaction, but NMR had also submitted request as a recurring transaction, so they're trying to hit my acct monthly on a cancelled item, BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered several items at Christmas time and 2 of those items were refused by the gift recipients. I returned the items as per their instructions for a Full Refund and I have been trying to get this done since the first week in January 2013 with no results other than excuses as to why they won't issue my money back. Each time they request some kind of proof I give it to them but to no avail, there's always another excuse. This company owes me almost $200.00 and I need my money, I am retired and living on a minimal amout of money from Social Security and purchased these items for gifts because of the cheap pricing which was all I could afford. Now I don't have the merchandise or my money back. What I can would do now is to hire a lawyer to handle this, but that would cost more money and I'm having enough trouble making monthly obligations as it is.

So i ordered several sets of bed sheets. all the orders were processed in a timely matter. The first order of bed sheets was fine- description says that it has 2 pillow cases but when i opened it, it had 4 so i was okay with that. the next two packages came and 2 OVERSIZED pillow cases. You could hold 2 queen pillows side by side in a case. WTF am i suppose to do with that. When i called customer service they said there is nothing they can do about it. All the other pages for pillow cases says they are standard but who the F* makes OVERSIZED pillow cases where you can pit a whole person inside? PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS ARE MISLEADING STAY AWAY!

I had a horrible experience with this website. I ordered a top in 4 different colors. They sent me on in black and 3 in gray. They told me they were out of the other colors. Why would I want 3 of the same top in the same color?! I've been trying to get reimbursed since December. I was told I needed to return the merchandise before I could receive a refund. When I finally returned it, they never gave me a refund. I gave them the tracking number twice and when they finally looked it up they told me that it was past 30 days and they would not give me a refund. Now I am out the merchandise AND the money! How is that even legal. They are refusing to give me either. This is a horrible, horrible site!

Initially, I ordered a few rather low ticket items from nomorerack.com, then I read some of the reviews. At that time I was waiting on two items to arrive which had already been paid for through PayPal. I was keeping my fingers crossed, being concerned that I might soon be a victim of there scandalous business practices. After reading some of the negative reviews, I had already decided that I would not conduct any more business with the company. Well, they got me on my last order. Sent me something similar to what I had ordered; however, it is not at all what I wanted. I have contacted all of my friends and told them not to purchase anything else from this poor excuse for a business organization. If you deal with them long enough they will eventually screw you also. When I considered the return shipping cost, and serious doubts that I would ever receive what I originally ordered, I have decided that I am going to keep what they "intentionally" mailed to me. In the future; however, there will be 'no more me' for 'nomorerack.com.'

This was the first time buying from this company! I placed my order Nov. 23rd, 2012 for 6 products totalling $111.00 but 2.5 weeks later I am having major problems with them so I called them. The lady over the phone tried to lie to me and when I caught her in that lie she was at a loss for words.. all i got was the runaround. I asked for the names of the companies for two of the items i purchased and then after searching the web for the phone numbers to these companies, I came up empty handed. no such companies came up when i googled them. i ordered 6 items. i got only the two crappy sunglasses so far but all the more expensive stuff it still in limbo. One item was out of stock so intead of refunding the $21 for that to my bank account, they are trying to insist on giving me store credit. I demanded a monetary refund so she said she would note that on my account and i should hear from someone in 7-10 days. I said they have one week to return my money and deliver all my other items or i will file complaints with the FTC, the BBB, Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) and whoever else I can submit a complaint to. I told her that I will warn everyone I know about what a scam they are. Then i hung up. They need to be shutdown!

I purchased a pair of leather boots I returned them, they kept the boots and I received no return. I am out $99.00 out of pocket. I didn't learn my lesson..I purchased a leather purse for $39.00 and it came with the zipper partly in the lining and the other half hanging out. Their customer service told me they were sending a postal return. No return. My two bargains cost a lot for nothing..Before that I had ordered several things with no problems, but can't take a chance for a bummer again. Burned

Had heard about them, and decided to try a small purchase (under $20) to check it out so Christmas I ordered a small speaker system for $17. This is the small speakers you hoook your iPod/mp3 player up to. It finally arrived and it's a piece of crap about to burn my house down. The power cord has a short in it, and it's EXTREMELY cheaply made. I mean, I dnd't expect a LOT, but this really takes the cake. The sound was crackly and horrid. I'm trying to get a refund now...

Bought "luxurious" sheets for my 87 year old mother. Went to make her bed for her and all the elastic on the fitted sheet broke with a loud snap, the first time out of the package. The fabric is so thin you can see through it and it feels rough to the touch. Their response was...I have to pay to send it back, the original shipping charges won't be refunded, and I don't get my money back, I only get a store credit.

I can understand this if I just changed my mind about wanting the item I bought. But this is something else. Elastic snapping on the fitted sheet while making the bed with them for the first time is NOT acceptable not to mention the worst fabric I have ever seen in my life.

I highly recommend staying away from this website!

This is a completely bogus operation. They are basically commiting fraud. I have ordered items from them and not received them When I followed up after 3 weeks, they sent me a tracking number for a product that was to be delivered to the state of MA, when I live in OH. When I asked them about this, they apologized and said they would reship right away - guess what, another three weeks later, no product. Now they will not even answer my emails. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. They are nothing but a fulfillment site for vendors in China - you are taking your chances that these vendors will actually ship the stuff you pay for

I made a purchase on 5/24/2012 i updated My NEW ADDRESS from my old where i was getting older purchases sent before. So i knew i needed to update to get the product to my new house. Whhile ordering i did do so and once the order was submitted it still had my old address. Once i see that it had my old address there was NO WAY OF CHANGING IT! Or getting hellp from this company to do so. I called and they said it was to late and there was nothing i could do. She did tell me there will be a tracking number... Whats a tracking number going to do for me IF I NO LONGER LIVE AT THAT ADDRESS? GO there and sit by the mailbox when the tracking number says it should be here in hopes i get my stuff? There should have been something i could have done once my order address was wrong. Something i could have clicked on to let you guys know it was the wrong address. SO UPSET! Not to mention the only thing i could have done was email you guys which i did and still have not got back a responce. Still waiting... I WILL NO LONGER BE A CUSTOMER WITH THESE GUYS!

I don't have a complaint yet, but I just placed a $40 order with this company. After that I decided to google the company (should've done that before paying) and haven't yet found any positive comments...I'm a little freaked out right now, but I paid through PayPal so I feel a little better if this company turns out to be a true scam company. As for the product themselves, I don't expect them to be brand name products...with that sort-of price, I know that it most likely will be a generic brand.

I ordered two shirts from nomorerack. Both sizes were ridiculously small. I returned them and even had tracking on them. After contacting the company several times they told me I had a credit that had to be used in 24 hours, AND i had to spend double the amount to get it! Contacted again and again, and now they wont even return my emails. I ave an order that should have come in within 30 days, but it has been over 60 with no signs of it. My account says I have a ten dollar credit, but it never shows up at check out. EXTREMELY disappointed since I have told friends about this site.

This site is a scam. I ordered three plazatex comforters for $29. NMR claims they retail for $89. Got them in the mail and they were falling apart. The stitching was coming out. There was a hole in one and the third had stitch lines where someone had messed up the stitch, took it out and restitched it closer to the end of the comforter. BTW, I found these same comforters for $18 (twin) and $24 (queen) on amazon. I am sending all three back. I also ordered Norton Antivirus 2013. Got it in the mail yesterday. The outter package says 2013, my invoice says 2013, but the product package says 2012 and it did not come in the box that was advertised on the NMR site. I also ordered a velour track suit. I put it on and it immediately split at the crotch. I ordered a Swarovski crystal tennis bracelet and guess what...when it came, it looked more like a candy necklace...REALLY? The only thing I can say I am happy with is the two pair of sunglasses I got from them and the fact that they are quick to give full refunds.

This scam, ### ripped me off sending me shoddy merchandise, not what was pictured or described. I returned the item(s) never receiving a refund or credit to my card. Upon receiving the next three items they too were awful, cheap crap. Something clicked inside
"do not send anything back until you a refund is made on the first two items I sent back" When I able to get a hold of someone by phone I told them so, and that I was going to file complaints and fraud charges. Soon thereafter, the phone contact was blocked, emails were responded to by automated response, never directly addressing my issue. I used a different email and got a response but this did not help me get my money back close to 200.00. I sent emails to all corporate offices (they are located on Park avenue New York, N>Y> no less) I also noticed they changed their contact site. BEWARE THESE GUYS ARE THE ### OF THE EARTH AND ARE LIARS, RIP OFFS AND A HOLES.
