I bought a Nokia N72 in October last year but a month back in May 2008 and the mobile is still in warranty period, i found that my phone was not working properly, it used to get hanged for a long period of time and the camera plus the keys also stopped functioning one day. I took the phone to RJ Tradelinks at Mahajan Market, Sitabuldi Nagpur where a person examined my phone and he wrote a complaint of liquid logged and tampering of handset (which i do not agree to with the second one) because no body is fool enough to tamper with his/her own mobile phone. He told me that the phone has to be sent to pune and u will receiving ur phone on June 10, 2008. I gave my phone on 23.5.2008, they sent my phone on 27.5.2008 i.e. 4 days after i gave my phone and today is July 2, 2008 which is a month and more i have not received my phone and everyday they are telling me u will get ur phone in 2-3 days when the next challan comes. I am really frustrated with the service u nokia people are providing and becoz of this u r losing faith between the consumers.

Hopeless service, hopeless product. A time will come when nobody will be interested in taking ur products, disgusting.
