My mobile is not working problem (Nokia-3230) , I have given three times to nokia center but still is not working properly, last time I gave this mobile to nokia service center west patel nagar, new delhi india before 10 days and job sheet number is [protected], but still they could not return my mobile, they said it will take 20 days. I can not leave without my mobile, and I found nokia mobile gives a lot of problem. For others - do not buy nokia products if you don't want to have problems after.

I purchased Nokia 1650 from Microtel Mobile shop at virar India-maharashtra-mumbai on 27/04/2008. but after two days later its FM was not working. So I approached to Microtel Nokia care centre at virar(W). After 30 days I got back after repaired. But still I am facing problem that its FM remain on eventhough its headphone removed. So I again approached to Same Nokia care centre. He told me that water is entered in your handset which is not correct.

So I request you to kindly arrange to change my handset.

Pl. give me acknowledgement for the same. I am waiting for your positive reply.

HI friends,

I want to share my experience with NOKIA cell phones with you and want to ALERT you regarding the drastic drop in it's quality in recent years.

The Nokia that once upon a time was famous for it's quality and thus managed to get a upper hand than other player is now not the same.

Here are my experiences and sure that I am not the only one:

1. I bought a Nokia 6670 and after 1 year it's keypad started giving some problem, I took it to NOKIA care ( bigest mistake) they told me that there was some problem with keypad and they fixed it and charged me around Rs 300 but after one week same problem came again and after a long struggle they were ready to repair the phone again but again the same thing and after 2 weeks it again had the same problem. I thought that Nokia care center has some problem and took it to different nokia care they charged me Rs 650 and told me that they have fixed the problem but after 1 week the phone again had the same problem and when I took it again they fixed it but again after 2 weeks that phone stopped working after that neither I had time nor money to spend so I decided to buy new phone. But the excellent care of Nokia care didn't stop here please keep reading.

2. I bought a Nokia 2626 and on the first day I found that the display had some problem and the dealer had replaced the phone (again the quality).

3. I got a replaced Nokia 2626 and it worked well for 2 months and after that suddenly one day it stopped working and when I gave it to dealer, after 3 weeks he informed me that it is water damage and said that Nokia is asking rs800 to repair the set but I am 100% sure that the phone never came in contact of water but still I though that set may have come in contact to sweat bc's I can't think of any other reason.
So I collected the set from dealer and gave it to Nokia care myself and after 3 weeks this is the reply that I got

"ELS failed.liquid log on system connector, INTER track MISSING, so not in warranty can't be repair so RWR"

I don't know how without anything the set came to this state and when first time nokia was ready to repair it for 800 how come second time it can’t be repaired. I am sure that now nokia care is full of incapable guys who has no or very minimum knowledge and I can't have more strength to be with nokia and switching to motorola.

In case you have any plan of buying a nokia phone I will suggest you to visit any nokia care shop and you will come to know about the customer’s frustration with the quality.

In case anyone knows about any legal possibility in this case and had such experience please let me know.

I gave my Nokia 3110c mobile for updata in Madanapalli(chittoor dist, Andhra pradesh) cellcare. My warranteed piece for the sake of dipressing me he is delaying from 30 days.
( he used to tel that my mobile is always returning to company for continuous failure.

So i suggest u friends don't believe in madanapalli care

iam the costumer for nokia since 8 years but recently i bought new nokia6085 on 04.08.2007 IMEI No. [protected]. and it got some problem against software and the programme is also very slow while operating. I have given the mobile for service to mkae the problem clear at nokia care, vijayawada, AP on 14.06.2008 and the job sheet no is 080617/18. but your staff are not responding and they dont even not able to tell and solve the problem.
so sir please kindly do favour for me as early as possilbe and iam not having any stand by mobile for regular communication.

Sir,

My husband is working in Libya ( North Africa). He bought a mobile N 73 music edition, from there on Dec 6 th 2007. From the beginning itself the charge was not lasting for more than 20 hours. If we attend a call, even if the mobile is fully charged after 1 minute it will show the message battery low and soon the call will be disconnected. As the sleep mode was on, the flash light was blinking continuously. So we kept the sleep mode in off position thinking that it was the reason for the battery loosing its charge very soon. Still the condition of the mobile was same. As it was in warranty period ( the new mobile is having 1 year warranty ) I took the mobile to the Nokia care centre at Vashi ( C2/3/0:1, Sector 2, Vashi, Navi Mumbai ).The person who is attending the complaints of N series mobiles ( Nilesh ) just looked at the mobile and said that the software has to be updated without checking the battery or the mobile. Was he having some sixth sense to find out its mistake by just looking at the mobile? I asked him to check the battery and he was not ready for that. Then I thought he will be having more knowledge about the mobile than me. So I accepted to update the software. I didnt have the bill of purchase of my mobile. He said I have to pay their service charge Rs. 337. As i was urgently in need of its repair I gave the money. I gave my mobile for repair on May 5th and I got it repaired on 6th May. But I found that the condition of my mobile is same even after repairing. I left to my native place on 8th morning and so I didnt get time to take my mobile again to the service centre. One of family friend is doing mobile repairing. Thinking that my mobile is in warranty period I didnt give it to him for repair previously. But as i didnt have time, I asked him to check it and he said the problem is with the battery. He put a new battery on 7th and till today my mobile is working perfectly. At the time of repairing the care centre was not ready to give me the bill for the money I paid for repair. When I asked them if the mobile is still having problem what should I do. I told them that on 8th I will be going to native place and will be back on 4th June. They said then I can take back the mobile for repair again. So I asked them to give me the bill and they refused to give it saying that it is not necessary. But I forced them to give the bill and they gave it. After I came back from native I took it again to the care centre. They were not ready to hear my complaint. They were just avoiding me. I said that my mobile was in the same condition even after their repair and I had to change the battery and it is working perfectly now. I asked them without checking the battery why did they advice to update the software.They started shouting at me jointly. Is this the way to treat your customers? Is it my mistake that you have given a battery which is not working properly? The nokia care centre executives were talking as if I did some mistake by putting such a battery. I didnt have the bill which is my mistake. But I paid the service charge. But still their behaviour was as if they are doing the service freely. I had to spend Rs 750 for the new battery.

Now I want to ask you whether you have given the executives the full right to charge the customers without giving the bill? Have you appointed trained people to repair the mobile in your care centre? Or are they simply sitting there to fool people? Why dont you give warranty to the mobiles purchased from abroad in India? Means, the mobile we purchase from a country can be used in the same country till its warranty period is over. PLEASE MENTION THAT IN YOUR AD. Or, unfortunately if it has some problem, we have to take back the piece to the country from where it is purchased to get the facility of the warranty? Your Nokia care centre is fit to get the name NOKIA FOOLING CENTRE. I had to spend Rs.1087 for the repair of my mobile which is in the warranty period the only fault is that i purchased it from abroad. I request you to look into the matter and find some solution for my problem. I request you to refund my money atleast the service charge which your executives have charged me as they couldnt solve my problem.

I bought a 5700 in chennai 3 months ago and i had a small white dots on the display and so i handed over the mobile to nokia care in mount road initially they said that it was just a dust formation and it can be cleaned then they said the panel has to be changed and it would take 2 days when i called them after 2 days they said that nothing can be done about that so we will give you a replacement and asked me to call after 15 days and when i went to the nokia care they asked of to call them after a week time and when i called them after a week they once again asked me to call after 3 days this thing continued for another week then i got frustrated and i meet the manager and asked him about my replacemet then he said that the model has been stopped and hence it taking some time to get the replacement now its over 45 days and still i haven't got my mobile back and i'm still calling them after every 3 days with a hope that i will get my mobile back what can i do if the company stops its production on the second day of my purchase and they are not ready to give me some other instead of 5700 12000rs which i spent on buying the phone is total waste of money now i don't think that i will ever get my phone back thanks nokia for hurting me this much this will really enhance your company's reputation

i hve a store of mobiles i taken the complaint of custmer. in his mobile voice is nt coming in second day of purchase. i submit the mobile in nokia care (jail road) he receive in warrenty for 15 days thn he gve the mobileafter 46 days thn mobile doesnt on position again he receive for 15 days thn i vll see my mobile in karol bagh and i see the manger of tht nokia care purchasing the spare parts of mobiles in bulk. on tht time i dont belive in nokia bcoz nokia didnt see own care tht wht they do in nokia care.
i hope u take action on it...

I purchase a Nokia 3230 IMEI No. [protected], Date of purchase 17/10/2007, But the same date phone are disputed I go to the shop there I purchase the phone then they told me that you go to Nokia Customer Care, I go there but the phone ate same disputed and go and go and go…. Then they told me you give me I sent to the company. Name of the Nokia Customer Care are: Anand and Co. P-161, V.I.P.Road, Scheme VII M, Kolkata-700054(Nokia Customer Care Ph. No. [protected]), they told me your phone are now Delhi, Bombay, Company, Etc. One day I cannot use the phone. They not doing repaired. I HAVE NOKIA N-72which i bought in nov 2007 after 1month the keys 1, 3, music key, delete key, navi up, navi left stops working i switch off my mobile for 3 days then after some time start working i have send my mobile for l3, 4times i have updated my mobile software then also it gives same problem last 2 last week i have gone nokia care centre they have not understood that what has happen to mobile they switch off the mobile for two to three times then these button starts working when i give my cell they update soft ware my cell starts giving same problem in 1 day pls took some strict action i m fed up by all this pls get my cell replaced i m from rajpura dist patiala punjab

hi... my n72 go some problem so i took it to nokia care, as it was still under warranty. they told i would get the cell the very next day. the next day they call me and tel that they could not get it repaired so they have to send it to delhi.. from my place (bangalore).why is nokia care existing then? to send phones to delhi? It has been almost 30 days and still i have not got my cell. this service ###s, whats the problem with nokia? why cant they get things done at time? it they are short on labour they should plan on recruiting more people rather than troubling customers like this...

i had submitted N73 ME to nokia care center at welcome metro station for reapir at, delhi on 7 may 2008. I had bought Feb, 2008.It's HCL Infinet Care center.My job sheet no was -[protected] & i was facing problem in my Camera it 's not capturing the image in day light but it's OK in room. i got my mobile at 12may, 2008 . after this my mobile worked only for 5-6 snap now it's nott working fine problem is not solved. now what should i do ?

I've purchased a Nokia Handset 3110 in which there ia a problem of Battery.

Battery is discharged within 12 hrs or so.

Due to this I've to take the back two or three times in a day.

I have purchased E50 model in the month of Apr. '07 but this phone often hangs. This was given for repair at Nokia Care center two times but prob. is not solved. The reasons given by Nokia Care are not valid and they talk very peripheral and I don't see they really understnd the prob. I have very good faith for Nokia but some how with this model I am loosing faith on Nokia. We pay high amount for nokia, thinking it will give good value and long service. When I speak it hangs, really it irretates a lot. I take out the battery again call the guy to complete the discussion.

I had purchased N91 8GB in Aug 07 for RS. 17300/-. It went down on 18 Dec 07(it was not responding) and I took it to Nokia care(Instant Solution Gurgaon, Haryana). they told me that the phone has some hardware problem and they will have to send it to Nokia service center. They responded back on Jan 18 saying that company has replaced your phone with an old N73 ME. I was leaving the town then and didn't have any option but to accept it. I asked for accessories for the replaced phone to owner of the Nokia care Instant Solution Gurgaon (Mr. Rohit) and he told me that I will have to purchase battery and all. I purchased new battery (Battery BP-64) from him, which costed me Rs 950/-. Later in the evening I called him up and told him that I am not happy with the deal. I got an old phone and was not even given the accessories. He then told me that he will try to get the accessories. Later on 8/2/2008, he called me up and said that I deposit all my accessories for N91 8GB and get replacement in two weeks time. Now this has been going on for almost 5 weeks, but I haven't received the accessories. I request Nokia management to intervene. Please get me new phone(N91 8GB) with accessories or return my money in case you cannot give me new N91 8GB.

I bought Nokia 6600 on 17 Feb 2007.Intially there were problems of battery backup . the complain were registered at rudrapur on 29 /9/07 . nothing happened. again complaint was registered on 19/10/07. nothing happened. meanwhile there were problems of insert sim and i again complained on 30/12/07 . nothing happened . then i went to haldwani nokia care on 10/2/08. then my phone was sent to L3 delhi. then after 15 days on 25/02/08 my phone was swapped without my consent. and the phone was still in warrenty period. this swapped phone is more than 4 years old.
for the last 5 months the phone was not with me as it was under repair. and without any satisfactory response from nokia care. in the end when warranty was to expire i am given a very old phone that too not in a good working condition.
i am very much disappointed and disturbed as after buying a very good cell phone at a cost of Rs8200 i could not avail any service through this phone
I feel cheated and harassed by the nokia care and request you to look into my problem and help me to restore my faith in nokia phones.

I had bought a new nokia n 73 music addition . From very first day m facing problems with my phone. Its shows sometime low battery after full charging of mobiephone and sometime stops working at all My phone then started getting hanged in the middle of a call. I gave the phone for its repair more than 4 times in a Nokia Service center, jain communication alwar rajesthan I was totally dissatisfied with the services as my phone was kept with them for around 14days and was given back to me without repair when I cheaked my mobile phone proplem was more than before. Now when I switch on my mobile it shows select current city like – Abu Dhabi, Australia Agana etc. Ater few second it switch off and repeat this process again-again.
and servise center says very rudely it will take again 15-20 days. I want to know is nokia don’t have expert…..? please help me in the matter 2 solve my problem as soon as possible as my warranty also expires last months and the problem still continues ! i really get frustrated from this scenario.

Yes I agree about the above comments. Even I bought a nokia 3110 six months back from Kurla. Since last month it is giving trouble to. 15 days back I gave my mobile for repair at, Lower Parel. The complaint was speaker fault. But now again some other problem. Suddenly Mbl is getting Off and after some time it starts. Again I have to give my mbl for repair.

This is regarding nokia n70 purchased in november. Eversince i purchased this phone i have been facing problems with its memory card, moreover the phone hangs between its functions. I deposited the phone at the nokia service centre in lajpat nagar about a week back where the service made no difference in the working of my memory card. After that i have been to the centre 3 times but the working of the cell is as usual. If this is the kind of service nokia provides then i think there is a quick need for you to check on your services because its just been four months ive purchased this cell and its causing so many problems. Either please change my handset or refund my money as your services are deteriorating and i would not recommend anyone to purchase nokia thereafter. Please take some strict and quick actions.

I bought a Nokia 6085 in march 2007 . The warranty period hasn't expired and already the display is damaged. I had been to 2 nokia centers and each one is saying it has a different problem. If these people can't repair it then who can? I have been using only Nokia handsets since 5 years but now I'm losing my faith on Nokia as they have very poor customer service. At least replace the handset or improve the service.

I bought Nokia 6270 on February 10, 2007. Inspite of spending a huge chunk of my salary on it, I am very unhappy with the phone's performance. It has gone 4 servicing twice in the past and again its getting hung. There is a problem with the slider. I just wanna knwo from your team even if the service is free for 1 year, what about the inconvenience one faces while getting it repaired for time and again... copying the data on some other source... going to service centre... all the hassel...why can't you make a product after proper R&D rather than jumping on to launch new models everyday?

Why don't you give an opportunity to people to exchange phone with new ones if they face problem consistently within guarantee period itself?

Yes, Because same thing is happening to me.

I have gien my Handset for repair to M/S VEEDEE Techno Services, 125/75 L govind Nangar Kanpur 4 Months back.
My Complain ID is 2-2KD0LP.

If i call Nokia customer care they say to me call after 48 Hours we will get back to you and if i will after 48 Hours they will say we are looking on this. Today i have spoken to them they are saying that you will get handset on 21/01/2008 but i am not sure about that becuse from past 15/09/2007 they are saying samething.

Even in website also there is no link to contact senior people and in customer care while giving automted feed back customer care cutting the phone.

i have to given my handset(5200) for nokia care MICRO SERVICES E-3 LOWER GROUND FLOOR , KALKAJI for repairing they give me 2 DAYS time but they r not giving me the handset proper time i need my handset immediate. I’m doing job so i have only one number thats why i need as soon as possible. But nokia service was rudely manner.untill i have to complained & my complain no us -2-2q87yj,most important thing kalkaji nokia care have only one land line no-011-[protected] or this no is always busy 24 hours i have to try to contact but lat 3 day i have not taken any reponce always busy,what's this.is this NOKIA ,Or very bad thought for the customer about NOKIA care . on net for the status about my job sheet -shown its repaired Or closed, everything one is nokia care executive in kalkaji,compalined & on net status jobsheet , not like the good services.
what will i do . kindly take action immedaitly.

I bought a 3110c classic handsets from connaught place, in 16 August 2007.
it created a problem 8-10 times. the problem is that the loudspeaker
shot again & again.

So i warn u that please give me the replacement otherwise i will go to consumer code.

I purchased Nokia N70ME on may 2007 . Last month it got switched off and when i try to switch on it was not switching on. I had warranty of one year so i went to nokia care in rajajinagar bangalore, they took the hand set and gave me the job sheet and telling that come after 20 days and when i went after 20 days they told it takes another 15days to reapair otherwise we will give you new phone i agreed for that and i came back. After 15days when i went to nokia care they told we cant repair your phone and they gave me the phone back that we cant repair if it is in still warrantly. So please any one help out how to get repaired .
