My mobile is not working problem (Nokia-3230) , I have given three times to nokia center but still is not working properly, last time I gave this mobile to nokia service center west patel nagar, new delhi india before 10 days and job sheet number is [protected], but still they could not return my mobile, they said it will take 20 days. I can not leave without my mobile, and I found nokia mobile gives a lot of problem. For others - do not buy nokia products if you don't want to have problems after.

I have purchased A Nokia 1110i on 13Dec.2007 from Gopal Enterprises Manali (H.P.) This mobile is not working since 1 Week of august I contect Gopal Enterprises They send Nokia Care Centre Kullu But after TWO MONTHS they gave my Phone back to me without any repair they are not even talling any reason. Looking Forward for Help

i had given my nokia n82 in nokia care(mumbai) one month before and still at 16-10-2008 i have not got it back.
after one week they told me that there is a problem in your hardware and it cannot be fixed so they gave me a another second
hand n82. but the device also had a problem (i cannot hear voice while talking to someone and had many scratches on screen as wll on the back).they are just telling it will one more day from the past one month.i cannot understand how the devies cannot be fixed as i brought it 5 months before and i used it properly. we are just frustrated from this company.please assist me if u can.

My 5200 started misbehaving by restarting on its own. Later it started to go off at will and i'd have to keep checking to see if it's still on otherwise i'd have to switch it on again.
Aftera while, it just refused to work for longer than a couple of minutes to hours, depending for how long i leave it to rest. Now, it doen't stay on at all...it comes on, all right; might even show the nokia start-up, but it goes off immediately.It might get to my wallpaper before going off but usually doesn't, except if i've left the phone off for a day or more...then it may even work for about 10 minutes. I left it off for a week and it ended up working for about 2 hours...not a bad bargain, right?
I have paid monehy to have it flashed many times, but it still gives the fault. And i finally know that it isnt a virus bcos 5200 comes with a firmware. However, i sent someone some files via bluetooth and his own nokia phone started behaving like mine immediately. Can my phone be infectious? Were the flash files not correct? How can i get the right ones?
PLS HELP ME. The phone was only 7 months when it started giving me problems

I bought my Nokia N95 just 40 days ago. now the DISPLAY is not working. It is not scrashed or smached or missused. i maintain my cellphone very good. it was woking with no problem and the next second I just found it like this. I bought it from the certified Nokia agent with the FULL GARANTEE. I went to replace it or fix it as it is under garantee and they simply refused. they want to charge my over USD 100 just to fix there mistake. I will Never Buy Nokia Again. they used to build Good Cellphones but not any more. now they are Fooling Us.

I can not leave without my mobile, and I found Nokia mobile gives a lot of problem. For others - do not buy Nokia products if you don't want to have problems after.

Dear Sir,

This is regarding my cell phone model no.5610.I am Dinesh Choudhary. I have purchased a nokia handset model 5610 from Bangalore on [protected] and after few days of purchasing it is not working properly. which is under warranty period and I was submitted for repair at Seven mobile service center, SCO66, sector 7, Panchkula (Haryana).

I have submitted my cell for repair on 21-08-2008 vide job sheet no-[protected]/080821/5, ESN/IMEI no. [protected] and complaint ID 2-3DF7VH but your nokia site is showing that it is repaired & deliverd on [protected], but till date i haven't received my cell and Nokia care person are unable to identify where my cell has been sent for repair, each time they are giving a excuse.

Since I am working in GMR GROUP and i am suffering a lot due to my left out data in cell. I am not happy with the services of Nokia care.

Please give me my repairable mobile otherwise provide me new mobile handset ASAP.

I am having prblem since past few months with my Nokia 6085 phone.when i bought this phone after six month its display not working I have given 2 times to Nokia center. Ist time june 16th2008they given me 15 days time but i got my handset after 30 days . after3month once again its displaynot working i have submitted my handset 18sep2008 they given me 7days time but still i have not got my handset i said them for replace this handset becoz its under warrnty.but iam not getting any proper ans from NOKIA . ihave submitted my handset

I bought a NOKIA N70 (Music) Black mobile on 19.10.2007 IMEI : [protected]. After 5 to 6 months I noticed complaint that the loudspeakers starts itself without touching it and the digit 4 number started dialing itself on its own and the when attending calls the phone gets disconnected usually. On 25.6.2008, I visited the Nokia Care, Green Park (adjacent to Uphaar Cinema) and left my phone for repair vide job sheet no.93425 CODE-0539276 (Job No.[protected]). After a long wait of 20 days I got my phone repaired but without satisfactory services. After a few days again the phone started troubling me with the complaints, i.e., No Calls Out, Key(s) do not work and the mobile was left for repair with the same repair centre on 6.9.2008 at 10:58 hrs. (Jobsheet No.[protected]) and the expected delivery date of 9.9.2008 was given. Now today, I am writing this complaint on 29.9.2008 and almost 23 days have been left in between and even the handset has not been repaired.

This phone has put me in troubled and vulnerable position at many special/serious occasions. I strongly emphasize you to kindly provide me a new Nokia N70 so as to compensate the troubles faced by me at by this mobile. If so many incidents have taken place within 9 months of purchase, let God save me from Nokia. Now I request you to send me a free replacement for N70. I have lost my belief in that piece. I assure you, I will go to any extent to get justice.

well even i also deposited my nokia n93 at sector-2 noida service centres and it has been around 2 months, they havent returned my mobile till now and everytime they say sir it will take one week more...i have beeen frustrated with nokia phones and their services...my jobsheet no is..[protected]

i had submitted my handset nokia n70 music edition 4th time with nokia care centre naraina(benzindia). they kept my phone for 3 weeks n promised to return within 15 days, , , dey didn even recieved the kol. the problem which i ws facing were on koling time loudspeaker auto on auto disconnect kol... this is very annoying dat after spendin huge sum of money nokia dont bother to serve their customers. they dont even tell whom to complain., n whome to approach... i want a quick n positive action on dis. i gave my cell on 5 sep n today is 19 sep...

just do a quick response n dont irritate us more...

i have given handset to nokia care rajajinagar bangalore i.e nokia N73 handset, they told i will cost of 1300, rs, i told give my handset back. they were not giving the handset back they were telling still it was not came from haed office. i am tell give me the number of head office, they were nit giving . i want my hand set back ...why u people are not giving my hands set

hi i just bought nokia 5320 xpressmusic phone. it is a good phone regarding music and software support but from last 2 days i am facing problem in music player. music player doesn't detect any song and i am not able to perform any functions of music player. i showed my phone to nokia care they told me that they will upgrade my software and then the problem will be solved but then they told me that sorry your phone is completely dead and there was some hardware problem. so due to some fault of that people now i will have to send my new nokia phone to delhi and that too upto 25 to 30 days. i also requested to get me some simple phone upto 25 to 30 days to nokia care people but they refused. so now due to their mistake i am suffering now i do not have any spare mobile so that i can atleast pass these 25 to 30 days...

I had bought a new nokia 1200 in june 2008l. after 10 days m faced problem with my phone. its show insert sim card n at bottem in display its show demo and then its not working . I had given my handset to nokia care at sidhi vinayak complex new sanganer road opp. sanjivani hospital sodala, jaipur on 7 july
i hav submitted 4 times this phone at nokia care but all times i have faced same problem . this nokia care center employee are not fit for these seets . manager n all employee of this nokia care center are very stupid n idiots . one thing they never attend any phone calls if they received any call then they doesnt replyed . all these things are very frustrated . its not my problem many other persons faced these types of problems . first they all are frustrated with their nokia cell phones n also frustrated with nokia care center employees . so plz its req. to all if u want to be happy with cell phones then never buy nokia phones . nokia phones n there employees all are ### hole.

Well i need help nokia in 4630 wooland corporate blvd tampa, Florida [protected] have the worst cust service i talk to 3 manager and thay gave me the run around i have a nokia n81 8g and it have very bad reciption 6 drop call a day if look on line their is alot of people have the same problem its the way the phone is dezinei call tmobile i am in a hot spot and i can put that same sim card in a samsung phone and it works fine i sent the phone in over 3 times thay said that cant fine nothing wrong with it so thay sent me a new N81 8g and guess what the screen will not come on at all it the bottons light up but no power to the display you would think that thay would have cheak that. now here is the real f up part i pay 3 time to get the phone ship back to them and each time it took like 2 weeks to get the phone back just to send it back to them thay sent me a ship lable 1 time it took 1 week to get to me so i talk to a manager name jay he told me he will see about geting me a diffrent phone he said i will call you back in a week and this is when i got the phone back with no display i wate no call so i call back another manager told me he shouldnt told me that he cant do that and she was sorry and she sad the only way to get a refund or a diffrent phone is the phone will have to be in the repair center for 30 days its been 2 months all ready so she said i will send you out a lable to send the new phone to the repair center that was august the 28 2008 and i still dont have a lable and its september 8 2008 i spent $565 usa doller for this i am very mad my name is westly if any body have a go manager i can speak to please email me at hardwelw@bellsouth.net

I bought a Nokia 3600 Slide in August 2008 in Pune. The handset was defective when it was delivered to me. It had a problem in the mouthpiece and whatever I spoke was not audible to the person at the other end. I understood this when I made my first phone call from it. I brought this to the notice of the shopkeeper the very next day (Warranty Period is of 1 year). He asked me to show it at Nokia Care centre. I showed took the handset to Akshay Telecom, FC Road, Pune. I was asked to submit the handset and come back next week.
I went there after 8 days, only to find that the handset was not repaired by them. They asked me to come back next week. I went there after another week, and they told me that they had sent the phone to Nokia Company, which returned it back without any repair. I was again asked to come back after a week. I spoke to the manager of the place and somehow kept my frustration and anger in control. He asked to come back next week.
I called them today, on 8th Sept, almost 10 days after my last visit and I have been told that my phone has again been returned by Nokia Company without any repairs. This is the case of Utmost negligence and torture of a customer. The phone should have been replaced on the very first day since it was defective before I bought it.
However, till date, they haven't even repaired it. I am totally frustrated and angered by this treatment. I have to visit their center in the office hours which causes immense inconvenience. Don’t how such big and reputed companies act like this? Such attitude and behavior should be seriously punished.

I have a problem in my nokia N72 mobile that it is not switched on, so I
Submitted my mobile phone for service, which was in warranty, to Care point green park Delhi. Job sheet No – [protected] on 29 July 2008.
On date 11 Aug 2008 nokia care return me new phone in replace of previous one. but after checked my mobile I came to know that there is new problem in my handset, its not charging now So I have submitted my mobile again and my job sheet no is [protected] and nokia care return to my handset after 15 day and said it is working fine but when I checked my handset in front of nokiacare engineer mr.sandeep, narender, and I was shocked that my problem still same. Sandeep and narender submit my mobile again and provide me a new job sheet no 80814 date 01 Sep 2008(this job sheet no is small because some technical reason nokia care server down. after few day when I visit again, they gave me job sheet no-[protected].
Nokia management should listen to the problems and grievances of the customers. Sorry to say but NOKIA services are worst & careless... seriously! They don’t care about their brand.

I have a Nokia N72. There is no network due to water entering in the mobile. None of the Nokia Service centre is able to repair the same. I went to the local Nokia Care, they replied that i have to personally take the mobile to Nokia centre Lower Parel. Staying in Navi Mumbai, i find this ridiculus especially when i dont go that side at all. Kindly suggest

HI.
I am Lokesh Kant putting up in Sector -4 of Vaishali Ghaziabad; I purchased Nokia (E61i) around 4 months back. After 1 month a realized that phone lock is not working properly.
So I approach Nokia care centre (named Gupta Associates) located at 16, Sec-4 Vaishali Ghaziabad. There branch head by the name of Ashish told me that I need to drop my cell in the branch for 5 days. On the stipulated time when I reached branch for the delivery, the hand set was not at all in the deliverable state not only the phone lock(the original problem to be rectified ), the Panel, Display, Keypad, everything was not working i.e. to say whole cell phone was in very bad condition, After complaining on the same, Ashish told that you need not to get worry, we will sort out your problem, From last three months daily I am visiting nokia care centre but I could only make myself happy by listening " come tomorrow, Surely tomorrow you will get your cell phone".

I would like to request you to take prompt action against this issue of mine; I am facing so many problems because of this, even rite now I don’t have any cell phone for temporary use.
I am suffering from last 3 months these kinds of activities.

My Nokia phone ( 6500) is not working from day I have purchased. I have given the same to Nokia service centre trird time in a month on 09.08.2008 vide job sheet no.[protected]. I have not received any feedback from Nokia besiedes my repeated reminders. I have badly fedup with the quality of Nokia phone. Please urgently arrange to return my phone after repair. I have advise others better not to buy Nokia mobile in future due to their poor quality.

i've purchased nokia N70M on 24-10-2007, got frustrated with d mobile, since only for total span of 4months my mob was with me, remaining time it was in service centre, now its been d 7th time i've given for service. its been a month long since i've given my mob to service n yet to receive d mob. dono wat the ### your people are doing over there. i've called several times to cust care. their answer n nokia circuit world(place where i've given for sevice) are in contrast. No proper response for both the end. also the way in which they spoke weren't proper. is there any remedy for dis or v costumers 've to face dis burden?

i purcahsed a new nokia3230 On 11MONTH AGO.After 5 MONTH of purchase it gets automatically switch off and also it is getting switch on after sometime and this becomes a regular thing in the cell till i format my memory card. Is there any way to resolve this problem in the same cell or nokia will replace this cell and no other feature are supported like realplyer the porblem presist that no live mp3 video file loaded from pc and run on cell.. Please provide me the resolution as soon as possible as i'm totally frustrated with this problem.

I have been using nokia from way back, probably from the time cellphones have been around. I have recently purchased a nokia n 73 music edition and it gives me endless problems . you dont expect a phone thats brand new and so expensive to give you these problems...

It was really pathetic to show our phone in Nokia care when it doesnt work. Yesterday 31Jul08 I went to to Noika Care-A-78 Sec-2 Noida my mobile was not working as it got wet in rain when i gave my mobile to one of their executive to get it checked he said it is damaged now and it wont work, I said ok and took cell phone and went home. But later when I checked my phone at home the memory card was missing from it. It was there till the time i gave my cell in Nokia care but it was not present when i checked my phone after coming. I was having very personal data in that and its really paethetic when i went to them again asking about my memory card then both manager and executive said that they dont have the memory card ...I think employees are theives over their...I am really very upset ... and want an early solution of this problem. Please provide the solution of this problem as early as possible ... I went to Nokia care as it seems a realiable place instaed of showing my phone to any local engineer...but its really paethetic and bad experience i had over there...I want that senior management should look into this problem otherwise no one would by Nokia product.

I bought Nokia 5200 on may 31, 2007. I am very unhappy with the phone's performance. It has gone 1 servicing twice in the past and again its getting hung. There is a problem with the slider. I just wanna knwo from your team even if the service is free for 1 year, what about the inconvenience one faces while getting it repaired for time and again... copying the data on some other source... going to service centre... all the hassel...why can't you make a product after proper R&D rather than jumping on to launch new models everyday?

Why don't you give an opportunity to people to exchange phone with new ones if they face problem consistently within guarantee period itself?

I had purchased nokia mobile N81 on 27-2-08 from
M/s The Cellular solutions # 1575, 11th Main, 'T' Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore -560 041.
I have given my mobile to the dealer at least 7 times complaining that the screen is going blank, every time whenever I give the mobile to the dealer he sends it to Nokia care point Jayanagar and gives it to me after 10 days or 15 days time saying that the problem has been rectified, but again after using it for two or three days I am facing the same problem. Now I have given back the mobile to the dealer and asked him to return my money of Rs. 20, 000 for which I am paying interest.
I am frustated with this mobile and I dont want use it any more
so I demand the dealer to refund the money himself or from Nokia company for having not able to rectify the problem and selling a problematic handset and has put me in problem without having a mobile. If my money is not refunded within a week I will go to consumers court aginst the dealer and the manufacturer IMEI No. [protected]

i have got E51, its brand new, its having key pad problem, basically without touchung the keypad its button are operating automatically, eg: camera starts working on its own, sometimes its menu open on its own, i shown it to the nokia centre, abu lane, meerut.

points to be noted:-

. after servicing they are saying have its memory card format from outside., if u want to be out of the problem.
. care centre says:" they dont formatt memory card".
. mobile in guarantee.
. memory card in guarantee.
. memory card received with mobile.
. company gives fully guarantee of replacement if any part cannot be repaired by the company.
. if memory card is formatted outside in the market, and if it becomes disfunctional, then co. is going to say u had shown in the open market, now ur mobile is not in guarantee.
. what is for care centres opened by the nokia comapny if we have to check our mobile in the open market.

its very ridiculous for the genuine customer to show its mobile in the guarantee.

why should i show it in the open market.

its regardless of me, which part is creating problem, i need my mobile working properly.

hoping as a good company, u will response to my complaint.

Dear Sir,
Regarding nokia N81 hand set problem

I have been complaining about my mobile going blank for the 7th time which was purchased on 27-02-08 from
M/s The cellular solutions # 1575, 11th Main 4th 'T' Block Jayanagar Bangalore-560 041.
Till today Nokia care point Jayanager has been not able to rectify the problem of my handset. The dealer is making me to run around every week or ten days to his showroom saying that the problem of my hand set is rectified and gives the same hand set which works only for two days and again becomes blank.
Now I have returned the handset to the dealer to send it back to the nokia care point and return my money of Rs. 20, 000 for which I am paying interest. I am not interested to take the mobile back from the dealer.Without mobile I am facing lot of problem, hence I demand Nokia company to re-pay my amount
immediately or I have to go to the customer court against the dealer and the manufacturer legally within a week.

Nokia care suck Nokia Care For Nothing. Don't Buy Nokia. I have experienced Nokia Care a lot, and now I've give up. They Suck(.)(.)

Hi

I submitted my Nokia phone model 6085, IMA No [protected] at Nokia Care, District Center, Janak puri, new delhi -58, India on 12th July 2008, It was over it's warranty period and as asked by Nokia rep there I agreed to pay a sum of Rs 1200/- under the fact that it will be given to me by 15th July 2008

It has been 10 days since then, I am regularly following up, have been to the center and been told it has not come back from head office

This is affecting my work a lot, and I would like to complaint against Nokia and Nokia care for delaying and bad customer service

Pls take a serious note of this complete and update me on the status

i have nokia 6265 cdma. Suddanly my phone memory card has hidden. it can not be desplay. can you provde me tool/software and site which i can update my phone. i have also net connection.

Hi, I have purchased N73ME (IMEI: [protected]) on 31st Mar 2007. Recently I have a problem. It switched off automatically. When I start, it gets hangs in the opening screen and again switched off. There after it does not get started. I had submitted the mobile in the following NOKIA care point vide service job sheet number 2647 on dated 23rd Jun 2008.

On 28th Jun I have received the phone. During checking I found that everything is working except Camera (which was working perfectly fine previously). I return them the mobile and they inform me that it will be done in 2 days i.e on. When I contact the NOKIA care point on 2nd July I was informed that it had been send to other centre and already been dispatched. I will be getting it within a day or two. The same explanation I am getting as of now also. I really doubt on the service we are getting on NOKIA phones.
