This company will not provide me with a copy of my employee file. Nor will they explain my paycheck deductions. They have continually taken deductions from my check and can not truefully explain where the went. I still have not filled out a tax witholding form so I don't know why the are stealing from me. I have contacted the EOE, The IRS and The State of new Mexico Taxation and revenue Department to resolve some of these issues. If anyone else has had problems with this company please lets get together and file a suite against them in District Court..

These individuals are Leah and Mike Love. No Stone Unturned does not owe them any money. Leah was better as a security guard than Mike because he constantly failed to follow orders. Mike cost us over $50, 000 cash by his behavior and personally cost NSU a $20, 000/year account by his lack of concern and flagrant violations of company policy. Mike likes to believe he is smarter than everyone else, but that certainly is not true. All businesses have issues and the Love's list above is all about business, including the top one. Unfortunately good deeds deserve punishment. Anon.

Because this public record and I just found it I want to set the record straight AGAIN. Michael and Ruby, owners of NSU Security, have both been arrested for international fraud and money laundering to the tune of 50 million dollars.

I never cost the company any contracts or money as my only job and only post was to guard their now defunct movie studio. Michael and Ruby were the only owners of the building. They still owe me roughly 10, 000 in unpaid wages, and judging by the the fact they have been arrested, I'll never see it. I have proof of my statements though:
https://www.justice.gov/usao-sdny/pr/manhattan-us-attorney-announces-charges-against-six-individuals-international-high

They have no proof that I cost them anything (but I'm sure they can forge it) because they were the one and only client I ever worked or did security for at that time.

You tell em dude!...they are obviously frauds and criminals, not to mention they ran what is quite possibly the WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL security business i have ever done business with!
That being said, some of the officers that worked for NSU were stand-up guys/girls and did as good a job as could be expected under the circumstances. I think we all can agree that the shutting down of NSU is for the best. Unfortunately, it's going to leave some good people without an income as they are losing their jobs because of these greedy folks!...Good luck to those who have been left holding the bag!...
Sincerely,
Scotty B

Mike Love is a liar and a bloodsucker. Of course we had proof that he cost NSU clients because he wouldn't follow the rules. I needn't go into that here and to set the record straight I was not an owner of NSU. Sad that Love continued to spew garbage to cover up his and his wife's misconduct. I am saddened by the fact that Ruby wanted to help the Love family only to be spat upon. That is what happened in when you sometimes help the needy. Mike and Leah were homeless and we wanted to be good Samaritans while doing a favor for his father. Regarding the charges, we were duped by a mastermind con-man (as court papers called him). All financial charges were dropped because the prosecutor saw us as victims...as told to our attorneys. That is now behind us. I choose to forgive them and. move on.

If that rant was in response to what I said my name is not Jessica. I left the company just after Chris was brought aboard because he creeped me the hell out. He used to hide out and watch me on my posts and then come tell me how long he had been watching me. It freaked me out. I didn't lie about anything I said about Mike and Ruby. They do owe my husband and I money, mostly my husband, from 2010 and 2011. My husband and I are both cooperating fully with the current investigation against them and the fraud they have committed.

First off, complainant Jessica… you can’t even tell the truth about your marital status! You are not married to Chris Jackson. Chris is married to another woman. You are a concubine. You and Chris “live in sin”, claim to go to church and also baptized your two illegitimate children. Holy Smoke!

Statement from the company:
They have never been employees of No Stone Unturned Security. We had a verbal arrangement with Chris to try doing sales for the company purely as an independent contractor. However, without our authority Chris signed contracts for the company, gave free security patrol hits, 24-hour response, up to five patrol stops a night and made himself a Captain. We have recently found out the documents to be forged contracts by Chris for which these clients therefore never paid, as they did not exist! What a ruse! He’s either the biggest storyteller or the biggest liar (no reference being made to his 5ft 5in frame). You can guess which side of the fence we sit.
All workers hired for these contracts had refused to work for our company if Chris was associated with us, as all he did was tell them lies played each against the other. He also told clients that he was an owner of the company.
Chris has stolen company property, which he refuses to return of course. Chris had asked us once if he could bring “wife” Jessica into the office with their two kids (and one of Jessica’s with another father) while he worked there. We said for that day. Then Chris started assigning Jessica to help him. After one week, Jessica said “she quit.” We were a bit confused as we had no idea how someone can quit if they have never been hired. Whatever arrangement Chris made with Jessica as a so-called “sub-contractor” for him, is between them, not with us. Chris also turned in false payroll data in attempts to get large unauthorized checks made out to himself and Jessica. A swindle?
Chris is not due any commission for forged “contracts” and false clients, and stolen company property. In fact, we did lose a hotel client because Chris did not service them for many days. Oh… there is so much more. Please see New Mexico criminal case # CR203811 showing Christopher Scott-Jackson arrested for burglary, larceny, auto theft, etc... which we discovered later on.
In the continuing drama of this “family, ” the last Chris told us was that Jessica left him and took the kids, and she is demanding over $7, 000 from us (false payroll data?). Until we finally realized his “game” of cop wannabe and never bringing in any legitimate paying clients… we unfortunately paid Chris well over $3, 000 which he kept “begging” for. Although Jessica says we “make up false allegations to explain failures to pay employees”, a little larceny goes a long way, just ask Chris as he nearly bankrupted the company putting us in the deepest hole we’ve ever seen in the years we have been in business.
It is truly unfortunate when people like this feel they have to lie and discredit others to get anywhere in life in attempts to making themselves look better. Amen.

My husband and I both worked for these crooks and they still owe us several thousand in unpaid wages. They are now under investigation for fraud related to their other company, Rio Grande Studios. The story is available on KRQE.com. Mike and Ruby talk a smooth game and are good at making themselves sound professional while attempting to discredit those who speak out against them. They will make up false allegations to explain failures to pay employees, or greatly exaggerate actual events. They threaten people with their attorney but they don't even have the money to keep the electricity on in their office. Don't believe anything they say. They have lied to their investors, their contract holders, and their employees. These people are not to be trusted, ever.

I guess this will be a he said-he said conundrum. Cordova acts as if he doesn't have a clue while using his apparent crutch, a "disabled 25 year old man". This individual was not hired as a disabled person, nor did he present himself as a disabled person. He is a victim of his own arrogance. We nearly lost the client because of him. Not only was he late (up to an hour and a half), but one time he told a fellow officer he was late on purpose to "teach us a lesson." He is insubordinate and violated several of our policies, including failure to turn in his time sheets. He wrote the above just after, again, disregarding the rules as to when he can pick up his check. This statement is an out-and-out lie. I told him to arrange the time with his supervisor as he is also to return his uniform (which we paid for). He will be paid this afternoon. Never did I say to him that we would withhold the check unless he removed his posting here. Posts are not generally removable by postees. The time to pick up the paycheck is set, otherwise it is mailed. We were never late in paying Cordova especially as he was insisting to be paid "on his time." Yet another display of arrogance. Oh, of course, he had his "mommy" call to threaten us as well.

Good luck to him because the next contact from us will be through our attorney.

and now apon seeing my posting no stone unturned (michale jacobls), has said they would not give me my final paycheck unless i removed this posting. he talks about an employee manual that i never recieved a copy of. i am a disabled person, who recieves social security disability for a TBI(tramatic brain injury) mr. jacobs and his wife ruby misled me with a schedule runing through july. two weeks into my post they inform me all they now have available is a graveyard shift. When me and ruby first talked about employment she knew i am a father and could only do a graveyard shift on an emergency basis only. After i started complaining about not getting paid on time, the lack of leadership in their management, and unorginized record keeping practice they became upset and offered me a shift they knew i could not accept due to my parental responsabilities.out of the four paychecks i was to recieve only 1 came on time.None of them showed withholdings i filled out a w4 and i9 when i was hired? they have several complants against them, mine is just one that i think everyone should know about including their clients. if they will go as far as to mislead a disabled 25 year old man i could only imagine what they would do to someone else.

This posting is by Augustine Roberto Cordova who decided to quit because he didn't like his duty location. He was transferred to this new post because he showed up late three times and our client requested that we remove him. We paid for his training and his state card, and we were deducting small amounts from each of his paychecks... which he knew about from the beginning. He had only been working for us less than a month and there was an outstanding balance, which was acknowledged and signed by Cordova in the company manual. He has one more paycheck coming for June and we will provide it as per our policy. What underlies the posting by this 25 year old Cordova, is the libelous and defamatory nature of the verbiage. Further, we are convinced that this unfortunately is a familial issue. The night he quit, his mother (who didn't identify herself) called and threatened us (with what he said above.) Normal procedures require us to report the threat to the police, which we did. We were told by the APD officer that he would call her and discuss her phone message. Obviously that didn't sink in as displayed by the posting.

The Internet is a boon for those wishing to falsely charge employers and others. Claims, although false, remain for an extended period of time without the ability for recourse by the harmed victims. We are a small company and are dedicated to our employees well-being. Cordova violated our trust and he is now gone.
