I had the same problem. Took the money, couldn't unlock the phone, promised a refund but despite 3 emails no refund received. Be warned - on the site there is NO PHONE NUMBER and NO ADDRESS.
It looks as though i am about to experience the same problem. Guess it must be a scam so as they are using PayPal for funding this then I will contact PayPal to get my refund and also warm them that they are supporting a scammer.
Like others who complained here and other sites, these con artists took my money and did not provide the unlock code, and ignored all requests for the code or a refunn UNTIL I initiated a complaint procedure with PayPal, where you will find a promise from "Craig" of a refund within the hour - which is what happened. Obviuosly scared of getting the wrong side of PayPal who are an unwitting accmplice to their trickery.
Beware of this site, it is run by the type of Scum that lie in wait to defraud decent honest people.
