No receipt with tea I just received

First I have just received an order of wu-yi tea with no receipt or order number. I've called to cancel them sending me tea, then I cannot get them. They ask for an order number and no order number can be found. So I checked my e-mail to see if they have sent me a confirmation number and that hasn't been sent. No longer do I want them to charge anything on my credit card.
