I had used them for well over a year with out much problems, but only for small orders and nothing major. Well, I finally odered a fairly big order of 229$ worth of (3000) gold. Then the problems just stated over and over again. The order i had placed was never got to me because it was "taken away by blizzard". Well that happened twice everyday for almost 10 days. At this point I knew I had been had and nothing was going to get to me. No one would give me the gold directly in game but instead it would be "sent through the mail" even when i was on line and could have readily gotten it face to face. Paypal did nothing of course but the problem really started after i went to the bank and got my money back. Then i started to get 4-5 emails a day telling me to cancel the complaint to my bank. Well amazingly no one would call or e-mail me when i had the problem, but suddenly they had plenty of time to send me constant emails and call three times a day when they saw my money was refunded. I would stay away from this service, they are not reliable and will harass you when you work with your bank for a refund.
