Justflowers did it again this time on Valentines Day. NO FLOWERS SENT TO MY GIRL FRIEND. I PLACED ORDER TWO DAYS BEFORE THE BIG DAY! GIRL FRIEND DID NOT GET. I HAVE HAD THE RUNAROUND FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS AND NO PHONE CALLS TO ME FROM JUSTFLOWERS OFFICE!! THIS COMPANY IS VERY BAD, I AM IN THE NAVY AND I HAVE VERY LITTLE TIME WITH MY GIRL FRIEND AND THIS WOULD OF BEEN NICE FOR HER, BUT NOW IT IS JUST A DAY THAT WAS NOT TO BE DONE. My girl friend is understanding on the issue, But I am not as understanding with the issue from Justflowers not wanting to help or handle the delivery issue. JUST FLOWERS IS WRONG . PEOPLE KEEP POSTING COMPLAINTS. PLEASE LETS GET THIS COMPANY TO GET CLOSED DOWN.

I agree 1000%. JustFlowers is a scam outfit. They promised same day delivery and nothing was delivered to a girl of interest at my company. Her and I are on good terms and this would have sealed the deal but alas nothing. JustFlowers didn't call like they said they would or replied through email. This company just takes money from you. I think, no they need to be brought before the Better Business Bureau (BBB). In fact anyone with problem with any business should do this. I'm going to right now. I'm F'' ing furious at this lousy company!

With business practices like this, this company should never made it past its 2nd year. BBB it and take it down. Let it be know JustFlowers is located at 1950 Sawtelle Blvd Ste 180 Los Angeles,CA 90025 Love doesn't just hurt, it hurts eveyone. Only fair JustFlowers should take the collective damage it has done to numerous people and close down.

Talk about can't redo the day; I ordered flowers for a funeral. Flowers never arrived, no phone call saying they did not arrive. Just found out by accident, a week after the funeral!!! Called JustFlowers and got a totally unacceptable explanation, NO Explanation! Just an I'm sorry and we'll credit your account. Blamed everything on the local florist. They are just sorry they got caught and had to credit me $112.00. Oh to make up for my "inconvenience" they offered me a $7.50 coupon! Add insult to injury! DO NOT USE this website! Call the florist direct!

I know the owner of Justflowers.com. He also owns flower.com and a couple of other sites. Yes, they are an unscrupulous company. The owner was kicked off teleflora network for skimming customers. They are a wiring/transfer service. All they do is take your order and send it to a local florist. Unfortunatley, the owners don't care and will continue to take your money while driving their maseratis and mercedes sport cars (I should know since I worked for them)

My Mother's Day flowers from JustFlowers.com were never delivered. To make matters worse, the customer representative lied to me about what happened. I had wanted to find contact information for this company's management, but based on what I read from other complaints, they obviously don't care. I will be telling everyone I meet about this unethical company.

I ordered flowers for my mom, and they arrived a day later! To make matters worse, I called the florist directly to obtain details and was told that the order was never submitted until the following morning, May 12. When I called Justflowers.com I was told that I should have order the flowers well in advance of Mother's Day and it's my fault they didn't arrive on time! What nerve. Justflowers.com advertised on its main page that it would deliver flowers the same day. Only after navigating through a few pages, do you see that flowers may not arrive that day. HOWEVER, they guarantee immediate order processing. A representative hung up twice on me when I requested a refund. DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY. FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD!

I have just had second bad experience with this company and this one was horrendous. The are not only incapable of doing the job, the staff is also quite non-professional and extraordinarily unhelpful and rude. I am reporting them to the BBB and would advise anyone who is tempted to use them...DON'T.
