48-72 hrs for on-line review capability to even see your order after they RIP YOU OFF with the no way to undo anything on their automated system. they should add a "confirm" function. I should have known when they want your cc info first

my mother had the same problem with Snuggies and ended up paying over $200 when she only wanted 2. sad situation when she's only on Social Security monthly income. SHAME on www.customerstatus.com
