I ordered a pair of shoes from Dim Out and needed them by Halloween so I paid for 3- day select shipping (NOT CHEAP) it states on thier website that they will not charge your card until your order has shipped. Well on Sunday I received an email saying those shoes are on back order and I will not receive them until mid November yet when I checked my account they had already charged my card when the shoes obviously won't ship for 2 weeks. I have been trying for 4 days to contact them to cancel the order and get a refund but NO ONE will answer the phone number they have posted or return ANY emails ( I have sent over 5 now) . What an unprofessional way to run a buissness, I would not suggest any one else order from these yahoos especially now that I see I am not the only victim of this sham of a company.

| Recommend you not order from DimOut.com. Ordered from DimOut.com few years ago without a problem. Order placed 01/03/09 using gift certificate. Receipt received but no status reported as of 01/12/09. Contacted DimOut by email and response was that we will call down to the warehouse and have it taken care of right away and find out what has happened to the order and get it right out. Ticket closed out. Reopened ticket when still no staus update and on 01/19/09 ticket closed out again with reply that we will call down to the warehouse and have it taken care of right away and find out what has happened to the order and get it right out. Appears to be standard reply. It would seem that no one at the warehouse is answering the call. Still no update on status as of 01/21/09. Phone call to customer service goes to a full voicemail box. |

I too have received the same run around. I have been waiting a month with nothing but the response
they will get with the warehouse and get it sent out. I have been charged for both orders already. If any one
has any idea how to get in touch with these people please let me know. |

| I ordered a pair of shoes 1/18/09, my credit card was charged, and I still haven't received my order. I've called and got the full voicemail box. I've emailed and received a standard reply saying that they will process my ticket within 24 hours. I may be being a little hasty, but it's been over 24 hours and still no answer about my shipment. I just wish I could get through to someone. It's now been 2 1/2 weeks since my order. Wish they wouldn't have charged me before the shipment went out. Has anyone who has posted a complaint here received their order yet, or gotten a response other than checking with the warehouse, or received a refund? I really don't know what else to do. |

| i placed an order on jan 20th and here it is feb 9th and i still have not received any word. they have deducted the money from my account but stilli have received nothing. i have tried to contact them and nothing. THIS COMPANY IS DEFINITELY A FRAUD! if anyone had any ideas on how to contact them or any way to shut them down please help. |

| I ordered from them about 6 months ago with no problem, but I am now in the smae boat as everyone else. It has only been a week since I placed my order, but I have emailed them 3 times and have not received a response, and yes they have already collected my money. Somebody needs to shut this place down. |

| I have had the same problem. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau of Florida today. I know it takes 30 days to get a response but hopefully at least they will get something done. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes 4 weeks ago. My account was debited the day after I placed the order but I still do not have my shoes. I have called numerous times and get the message, "do not leave a message as your call will not be returned" I have also emailed them several time. My suggestion is for each of you to file a complaint with the Florida Better Business Bureau. Whether or not Dimout is affiliated with the BBB, I don't know but at least they will get some attention. The BBB sends letters to companies that have complaints filed within 2 days of filing the complaint. Hopefully we can do something about this. |

| Oh my goodness!! I so wish I would have checked reviews of this company before I placed my order!! On Feb 2nd I ordered a pair of shoes, and got the same exact runaround as you all have!! WHAT A SHAME!! I sent them an email demanding a full refund a couple days ago, and just got a respnse today. They sent me a credit memo for teh full amount back to my credit card, however, no refund shows up. I will give it a day or two because I know that's how credit card refunds work, but I'm seriously doubting the validity of that credit memo!! GRRRRRRR!!! This makes me so angry. I am going to check around and see what we can do to shut them down. |

| I just wrote to the BBB too and filed a complaint. After reading all these comments I am very worried. DID ANYONE RECEIVE THEIR ORDER??? Or should i just go ahead and block payment from the credit card company?? |

| Yeah, you'd better cancel it fast, cause they're very quick when it comes to charging cards. Don't bother getting in touch with them though, you'll hardly get any worthwhile response. |

| I oredered 2 pairs of boots on march 3rd 2009, have not recieved any products as of yet. Made several attempts to contact them by phone with no success. Used there ticket system, had a few generated emails stating order is being processed, by the way my credit card was billed on march 3rd as well. Now all tickets have been erased from the system. I have contacted the better business bureau and hope everyone commenting will also. I have asked bbb to get me a refund and shut company down. |

I also ordered shoes for halloween and they didnt come until after the holiday. I had tried to cancel the orderbut they claimed it had been sent already. I sent the shoes back like they told me to to get a refund (while they were going to keep the shipping fee) but I never recieved payment back. That was in November and its May now and still no money. I have emailed them over 50 times now (I sent the same email 31 times today) but no real response only automated ones. They dont answer the phone either. They were semi helpful and would respond at the beginning but not anymore!

| Same thing here, only I ordered mine exactly a year ago today.Ordered 2 pairs of flip flops, after nothing after a month I called, got through was told on backorder. How can flip flops be on backorder till October, which is when I could no longer get through on the phone.E-mails just get that auto response. They NEVER contacted me as to let me know my order was backordered, I had to call and find out. |

| Ordered a pait of boots on the 8th of May and still haven't gotten them. They had no problem charging my chard the same day I ordered. Tried repeatedly to get answers, called, email, nothing. Wish I would have seen this post before I ordered! |

| I ordered a pair of boots from them on July 17th. They billed my account the very same day. I still have not received my boots, and all the numbers that they have listed on their site is out of order. I have left 6 messages on their "ticket" system. I have yet to get a reply from them. Their auto response is all I have gotten and I am getting tired of those things. Has anyone thought about putting out a lawsuit against them. I have also got copies of all the tickets that I have sent, copy of bank payment to them. The address that they listed is in a rural or mostly rural area with no sign of a big company. I really wish I would have read these comments before I had placed my order! I do know one thing I will tell everyone I know not to order from these THIEVES!!! Hopefully no one else will fall for this scam. |

| this happened to me too. i ordered almost $200 worth of shoes from them (those boots are expensive) and i still haven't gotten them and they have billed me for them. they won't answer my emails and it says their phone is disconnected. i wish there was some way i could get my money back. these people need to be shut down!!! wish i had seen this site before i ordered. |

I filed a complaint with the West Florida BBB dealing with Dim Out and got an e-mail that read as follow:
This business has stopped responding to their complaints. Please contact your credit card provider and dispute the charges. You should be able to get your money back that way.
I had already contacted my credit card company and they told me to send them a letter stating why I was disputing the charge. I did that and waited for 10 days and decided to call them again about the charges. I explained again about my dispute of the charges and explained that Dim Out was a company that was taking peoples money and not sending the merchandise. I also explained that they seemed to have been doing this for quite a while. I informed them that I had again filed a complaint with the BBB and that I was sent this e-mail. They promptly cancelled my card and I was told that I would get a new one in 3-10 business days. I am hoping that everyone scammed by this company has at least called their bank or credit card company and disputed the charges from Dim Out. My card was cancelled yesterday so that this company would not be able to take any more money from my account. Best of luck to anyone who was scammed by Dim Out. I hope that you will be able to get your money back. |
