Dear sir i am sending you all the correspondance to make with Dishtv They are asking for cable charge if i am not culprit then why they want all these.. Please see the correspondance below..

First letter:-
To, the managing director of dishtv Subject:- Defective installation of multi Dishtv Connection Bearing card no. 01504569859(Mother connection and card number 01504569856 in the name of kaushik kumar srivastav. Dear sir, it is to inform you that i have taken a multi connection bearing above smart card Nos on 17-07-07 through your dealer M/S Hanny Electronics, Shop No. 4 Hanuman mandir market Sector-q Aliganj Lucknow. I am facing severe problems as under but nobody is hearing the problems in your orgainaisation. 1) The installation of card no. 01504569856 is not proper. It receives poor signal. I have complaint but once is rectified the other day same problem arrises .Kindly look into the matter and arrange the proper installation of the dish antenna .2) I have deposited the renewal fee for 6 months amounting to rs. 1710 through Hanny Electronics on 12-01-08 .Since then i have requested several times for updating of my account showing on Tv screen and several times your orgainisation ask me to get mother connection STB in on on position an i have done the same every time for more than 12 hours, but account has not been updated till the date and still showing renewal date 17-01-08.Please look into the matter personally to get the problems rectified as soon as possible and oblige hoping an early response.

Ref:- Complaint no – 13439658 Dear sir, Please refer to complaint no 13439658 of date 25-05-08 in the subject cited above and it is very regretting to note as followings.. 1) Regarding point no 1 for defective installation of dish antenna your technician Mr tarun Visited the site today that is 26-05-08 and advised for installation of dish antenna at another suitable place for smooth working, and demanded for reinstallation fee plus cost of fixers plus of total replacement of cable . In this connection I have to say that choice of the place of dish antenna was the decision of your technician nor mine and if it is not working properly it is your responsibility to reinstall the same at proper place. Giving the proper signal is your responsibility I should not be charged any amount for no fault of mine Please pass the order to your staff for installation at a place where they want to install I also talked with Mr Amit at lucknow he also told me that the cost will be charged please look into the matter and solve my problems immediately the child connection is not receiving any signal and totally stopped. 2) As regards point no 2 for UPDATING MY ACCOUNT your customer care department emailed to me that account has been updated in reference to above noted complaint but account still showing renewal date 17-01-08 . It is very regretting to note that your whole orgainisation cheating me and I also feel cheated . I think I have done a mistake by taking a multi connection of your company . Please see the whole case and don’t damage the reputed image of your company and solve my problems.

And now my mother connection also stopped your customer care agent told us that There is some problem in your billing system and gives us a new complaint no 13493017. What can i do with all these complaint nos. If you all people cant do anything then please refund my total ammount and revert back your connection . Dont do my menatal harrassment if you can solve then solve if not then refund back me . This is highly regret that your service is very worst service

Mr. sandeep has solve the conditional access problem on the mother connection but on the child connection it is still same . For giving us good signal and no problem he has asked me for Cable charge which i am denying because i am only a user and i dont know what is the best place for fixing the dish antenna your engineer alwayes told us if they will set antenna again it will give you problem again. I am asking you if your engineer know well that the problem will may occure again then why they have installed it on that location and now when i am complaining about this Mr. sandeep asking for cable cost if i am only a user and i dont know whats the effect comes in the future then how shuld i beer the cost of cable. i am agree to give you additional cable cost which comes on more than 12 mtr cable if you are using more than cable on the suitable place installation then we can beer it but if you are asking for whole cable cost then we are not able to give you that money . Because this is not my fault this is the cheating and fraud your engineer has made with us they knows very well that this problem will be occure in the future but they have installed antenna where they have suitable .
Kindly solve this problem if you are not agree to solve my problem then atleast give me proper signal and in july my connection time going expire . If you people dont want to resolve our problem without anycost then please get back you child connection and revert back my hard earned money . I think this is more suitable for both of us .
