Nine West Sun glasses

I have bought several of my sunglasses through Nine West and on every pair that I have bought one of the srew always falls and I am forced to buy another pair. In the course of 4 years I have bought atlest 6 pairs. This is becoming rediculous. I am starting to think that they doing this on purpose for people to keep coming back. I am done buying sunglasses if this is how they are going to keep making them, if I could just get a screw from someone I would be happy but when I go to the stores they just say sorry could I show you some of our new styles. No, I like the one that I have I just want a screw. Then you go to all their websites and there is no actual customer service to contact, only to purchase. At this point I am very unhappy and may be starting to shop somewhere else. I find it very sad because I buy purses, shoes, clothing and all of my sunglasses, for as much money as I have spent within the years you would think someone could give me a 2 cent screw. Very poor customer service.

First of all every nine west store I have been into has excellent customer service not poor customer service! Nine West are known for their shoes not sunglasses! So the staff at Nine West is doing their job when they ask you if you want to see other styles! They cant give you some random screw in their you [censor]! You have to take your sunglasses to a eyeglass place to get fixed. People like you need to stay home and not shop necause you are a complete [censor]!

Nine West Poor quality of shoe

I purchased a pair od Nine WEst pumps on April 25, 2009 at a Macys in Columbia, MD. I wore the shoes to church on the 26, of April. As I was coming
out of church, I tripped and scraped my shoes. When I looked at my shoes, boy was I surprised to find out that my shoes were made of cardboard o the bottom and the top which is suppose to be patent leather. The original price od the shoes without tax was 79.00 I had a coupon for 20% off, so I paid 67.00 and some change. The price of these shoes is ridiculous. I truly thought I was bying leather. Now I have to get my shoes fixed after wearing them one day. I dont think this is fair to me. I don't mind paying to get leather fixed, but paying for cardboard is another story. I would like a refund of my 67.00, so I can pay to have my cardboard shoes fixed. How can NIne West justify selling cardboard for these outrageous prices?

I purchased a pair of Nine West sandals last fall NW7REMMIE3 size 7 1/2. I have tried unsuccessfully to get the straps into the leather portion of the buckle holders and it appears they are just not large enough to have the strap go through them and hold them down. They are brand new, never worn but I can not get them to work at all. I have been trying for an hour to make them fit...they just don' go into the leather holders.. What do you suggest? I love the shoes and want to wear them, but I can't. I tried calling the phone number for complaints... not available! Marge

I also purchase Nine West shoes frequently...however, I've been noticing a big change in quality. The past two I've purchased, one from Kohl's and one from Shoe Department. They both squeaked badly right out of the box. Then the one pair, the strap totally broke and the glue wasn't holding together the side of the shoes- after only wearing 4 times..and the usage was light! Needless to say, I'm disappointed and will indeed be leery of purchasing any more Nine West shoes in the near future. Not to mention, I frequently purchase Nine West purses. My latest was ripped w/in a week's use.

Nine West Poor quality, even poorer effort to correct it

At the end of December, I bought some ankle boots. I thought they were the most wonderful shoes I had ever seen, and wanted to treat myself, as it was my birthday the next day.

That was 3 weeks ago. Today I went to the store from which I bought them (Pacific Centre, Vancouver), because the heel had completely worn down and there was a scuff on the front of the shoe. As I had only worn the shoes about 8-10 times in the last 3 weeks, I was shocked the heel had worn down so quickly, and asked the manager of the store if there was anything that could be done.

She told me she wouldn't do anything and that I had to go and get the heel replaced, putting the damage to wear and tear. As a lover of high heel shoes, I understand wear and tear, and how heels inevitably get damaged with heavy use. As I explained to the member of staff, I did not expect this to happen after only 8-10 wears. Especially not for shoes that cost $155.

Why should I pay to get shoes re-heeled every 3 weeks?

I am not sure if this is company policy, or whether this staff member was just being difficult, but I wanted to air my extreme disappointment in both the Nine West product and the lack of assistance I received trying to fix it.

What's more, I found the staff member short and unapologetic. Nine West was always my favourite shoe shop, but this experience has convinced me never to shop there again. I will also be passing on my dissatisfaction to my friends, family and colleagues in an effort to protect them from similar disappointment in the future.

Nine West Nine West horror story

My wife purchased a pair of shoes at the Warwick Mall Nine West store, at the store she tried one of the shoes it was fine, when we got home she tried them both and the other shoe that she didn't try even it was the same # the shoe was smaller. We then returned to the store to get another pair, they didn't have it at that store so they sent us to the Providence Mall, where supposedly one pair was set aside for her, well it wasn't. Then my wife picked a different pair of shoes and returned the 1st ones. The second pair was $23.31, we paid the difference and left. When we got home she put them on and after a few minutes the shoes started to hurt, she put them aside and the following weekend we went back to the Warwick store to return them. The girl at the store processed the credit and gave me a refund as I was walking out, I noticed that she only refunded me the $23.31 not the full amount. I went back to her and told her that the refund was wrong; she should have refunded me the full price including the credit of the first shoes not just the extra I had paid. She then called the other girl and she said that I was wrong that that was all I was suppose to receive. I tried to explain to her she should have refunded me the full price including the credit of the first shoes not just the extra I had paid. But she would not listen to the point that she told my wife to shut up. We started arguing to the point that she even calls the Police. At the end and after I mentioned I was going to complain on the company website, then after about 30 minutes of arguing the other girl gave me the correct amount and we walked out. I would like to warn every one to be aware when you are returning merchandize at the Warwick Mall store to make sure that you get what you are suppose to receive. Nine West definitely lost a customer on this one. We won’t be returning!

maybe your ignorant wife should try on the shoes before she leaves the store. as a nine west employee, there is nothing more frustrating than stupid people who expect 5 inch heels to feel like tennis shoes after wearing them for 12 hours. All of our shoes are leather, they stretch, mold, and soften. if it hurts in the store, it will most likely hurt at home too. TRY THEM ON.

Nine West Horrible management and poor customer service

The Nine west location in the Vacaville Oulets has the worst management and the poorest customer service! I do not recommend any one to shop there at all! I tried returing a pair of shoes purchased off the clearance rack from a purchase 1 month prior. The manager Vera accused me of wearing the shoes, accused me of purchasing them from Ross and trying to return there, she did not beleive I bought them from the Folsom outlets. She infact called the store made me wait 30 minutes to confirm that the shoes was bought there. She embarrased me in a store with over 40 cutomers. She barely spoke any english and barely knew how to operate the computer. DO NOT SHOP NINEWEST!

Very very bad online shopping experience frome Ninewest.com
They started to sell used shoe with extremely poor customer service...
refuse to give out name or employee I.D (because don't want to take responsibilities), and hung up on customer's phone call when I asked for last name...(same thing happened for second attempt)
never ever going to shop anything from them anymore...and try my best to let people know about this experience

I ordered 3 pair of shoes, and they were lost. I never received them and i was charged. I called, and Nine West just told me to wait for more days, and i waited, and I waited, and nobody could tell me anything never. I am asking for my money back but nobody answers...

Don't shop at this location, poor attitude and manner when asking to return your items even with the original receipt!

The worst customer service I received! Yesterday, when my sister and I was shopping and returning shoes in your store at Great Mall, San Jose, CA.!
1. When my sister and I left your store after we bought a pairs of high heels yesterday, the security machine rang. I asked your staff to check if she had take off the security stuff, she just said "it is ok" and told us to go. But their security machine also rang again when we went to another store, we felt very embarrassed. We needed to return to your store to ask your staff to take the thing off. We saw the other sales associate who saw us needed help but she just turned away and not willing to offered help even she was 3 steps away from us! Can you believe how your sale assciate's attitude changed after they made the sales and commission?!
2. When we checked the high heels after we were back at home, we realized the two shoes were different sizes. One was 6 1/2 and the other one was 7 1/2. I have never bought a pair of shoes with different sizes shoes inside the shoe box! I thought the most basic training at a shoes store for their staff is to tell them to check if the shoes sizes are match before selling them to their customers. We had to go all the way back to your store again for returning. A waste of time and gas! 3. When we was returning the shoes in your store, your staff(salesperson no.: 78062), with no smiling, and no greeting for us at all, she was looking so displeased when she went back to the desk, and the only word she said was "sh**" instead of giving any apology when she realized the shoes were in wrong sizes. When she gave us back our money, she dropped them in the cashier desk. I asked her to mind her attitude, her reply was "I have said sorry, so what do you want me to do". That was the sorry for dropping the money intentionally to make us feel embarrassed, but I was pretty sure there were tons of other other things she should have felt sorry for! I asked for an apology for the wrong sized high heels and the bad service and attitude she gave us, but she said that was not her fault and rejected to give us an apology! When I asked for her name, she rejected too. I don't understand why such a big company does not ask your staff to wear name tags. I understand she was not the person who sold us the shoes and who earned our commission, but I wasn't buying the shoes from her too! I was buying the shoes from Nine West, if she works for Nine West I believed she should have never said a thing like that! Just only because she wasn't and couldn't earn us the commission, didn't mean we deserved to be treated like this.

I am glad we returned the shoes and since we paid cash, we got our money back right away! This is the worst consumer service at all times! This sales associate should definitely be changed if Nine West does not want to keep losing your customers!

Horrible customer service! They over charged me and refuse to give my money back. No one responds to the email you send, the people on the phone and live chat keep telling me I will get a call from a manager - but nothing ever happens! DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PPL! They are thieves! DO NOT SHOP NINE WEST EVER EVER!

I bought my nine west bag at Cebu, Cebu city, Philippines. Just less than 6 months my bag started to peel off like a banana skin. Now i went back to the store i bought it from, their sales lady Nora was very accommodating, asking me information and my receipt. So now she sent it to Manila where the office of nine west store is. 2 weeks later she texted me that the main office decline to accept their product of which i thought being Nine west is a good brand name is just typical making money ONLY store. When i bought my Charoal bracelet and it tarnished (a stain), and when i went to complain they accommodate me right away and assured me that they will clean it and if it can not they will give me a new one right there and then. Now that is what i call a good product, unlike Nine west. I have made a new years resolution that all my nine west product i will be burning them all and will never buy anymore of their products...I AM BANNING NINE WEST INTO MY HOUSEHOLD AND NEVER BUY FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY!

you guys should understand that retail employees have to follow their company's policy that's part of their job.to return a product or exchange you need to have an original receipt or proof of payment to show that you purchased the product and it's not stolen.

Do not shop at nine west in tyson's corner. I bought pumps for 99.99
and it didn't even last for 2 months. Their quality
Is poor and the customer service is poor. I went to nine west
to return since the leather starting to peel and the manager said
She couldn't do anything and told me it will be a waste of my time
if I were to call her district manager. I will never shop at a place
where customers are treated like crap. They need me
More than i needed them. I hope they go out of business. All they care about is selling
And not talking care of their customers, it's insane.

I am highly offended and just cause you have one bad experience at a nine west does not mean that all of the people at nine west is incompetent! I would like for you to work retail for a week and see first hand what you have to deal with from people like you that is never happy with anything!

I bought a pair of boots for my daughter, for Christmas. They didn't fit so I went to return them at the Tampa outlet store. When I got there I found out this store was closing and they would not return my boots. I asked how long they had known they would be closing and the clerk said, "for months." I asked the sales clerk when I made this purchase about the return policy and she never mentioned this store would be closing. I probably would not have bought them as I do not live close to any other outlet. I feel like she just wanted to make the sale. Now I'm out the time and gas money it will take to return these boots. I called customer service and was given an "oh well, I'm sorry." Buyer beware of the Nine West Outlet stores!

The fake leather on my boots disinegrated, I hardly wore them and I spent close to 120 for them. They were always clean and dry and I kept them in a box, one day I opened them after not wearing them for a year and the whole leather flaked off, their material was cheap. I shipped them back and they denied it saying it was normal wear and tear! NO- the company used cheap materail that doesn't last! I wore them 7 times, it was a slap in the face. I will never shop NINE WEST AGAIN

Nine West Poor Customer Service

I ordered a pair of orange peep toe sandals on 7/30/08 to wear to an event the following week. I ordered a pair for myself and one for my mother. Her pair arrived in a few days and there was still no sign of mine. I waited a few more days and mine still had not shipped. With no word from Nine West, I decided to call them. Upon calling, I learned that the item was delayed because it was not in stock at the warehouse and was to be shipped from California. When the item arrived, there were two different sizes in the box! One was my size, a 7 1/2 and the other was a size 9! I called the company and was informed to return the shoe. They stated that they would send a replacement. I waited for two weeks with no word from the company. I finally called today, 8/25/08 and I was informed that the shoe was discontinued and no longer in stock. I received no e-mail, no phone call - nothing! It has been almost a month since I placed the order and I am completely dissatisfied with the level of service provided by this company. No one informed me of anything, the information I got was because I called them! There was no correspondence from their end to keep me abreast of what was going on with my order. I fell in love with this shoe and I don't typically wear Nine West shoes. This is the first and ABSOLUTE LAST TIME I ORDER FROM NINEWEST.COM. I will stick to my more high end shoes!

Nine West Never again

I bought a pair of size 9 high heel sandals that turned out to be too big when I wore them the first time. I took it back within 30 days and exchanged it for a size 8 but with wide feet the leather seams robbed and bruised my feet when I work in them. I took the shoe back and the co-manager offers to stretch it out, but I was concerned that would recreate the problem I had with the size 9 pair of sandal. Anyway, she said she would talk to her manager about it and get back to me. I didn't get a call but stopped by a couple of days later. It was obviously the co-manager was doing everything she could to prevent the return of my purchase. Knowing it was past the 30 days return policy and that I did wear the shoe ones, I would have been happy with a store credit.

She did offer me a store credit but not for what I paid even though I had my receipt and threaten to "watch" my sale. Apparently, I didn’t have a problem, it seemed Nine West was the one with a problem, me, the unhappy customer.

I was now not only shock but angry. I did let her know that I felt I was been treated like a culprit instead of a dissatisfied customer. At that point I was so angry that I didn’t care about the shoe or the money. Neither she nor her manager had the right to treat me that way. I even remember leaving the store twice with the box of shoe, and not being offered a bag to carry it in. This is unacceptable.

I got a call from the co-manager’s manager the next day, but the damage was done. In fact, according to the co-manager, that was her manager’s bright idea of customer service.

I ended up giving the shoe to a friend whose feet are narrower than mine but I will never shop at Nine West again.

I have a pair of Nine West flat boots with side zip and lace up the back, they have had very little wear as can be confirmed by the photo of the sole, but the sole of one of the boots has started to come away on quite a severe scale. I am very disappointed with this as they cost a lot of money.. what are my options now?

I placed an order for a pair of black, heeled boots from Nine West. What I received instead was a pair of booties in the correct box to what I ordered from Nine West's website. I was scammed. The company wanted me to return the product before issuing a refund. I guess they expect me to pay for things I didn't buy. Completely unacceptable!

I arrived at your store located a the San Antonio Forum, about 8:48 went in door that joins nine west to New York New York store the door was locked, the New york store was open and surprised to hear that Nine west had closed down early, I beckoned her to the door and she acted like the was on auto lock, is this your store's closing time, I knew exactly what I wanted, I did not need to browse.
