Nine West Shoes - poor quality

I just bought a shoes date 20 aug2015 from nine west - Egypt sun city mall branch in Cairo
after wearing it several times it got TORN apart, so I went to the branch to tell them, they refused to change it, they just want to fix it, saying that this is the company regulations .
please note :that same shoe model is still available in the branch.
I am complaining about that the shoe quality is so bad .
I am buying it from a big band world wide its suppose to be good quality
so please I want you quick action, I want a new shoes instead of these ones .

but the heels had cloth on the i walked on grass in a wedding the heel got peeled and i'm very unsatisfied with the product, nine west products are not of good quality and are not durable, i live in Egypt i guess they send low grade products to developing countries, i might throw it away it wasn't comfortable at all i regret buying them

Nine West Beware of Ordering Online with Nine West CANADA (Order charged to credit card but no shoe shipped!)

BEWARE-Don't order shoes from ninewest.ca! I order 2pr of shoes on Aug15 & credit card was immediately charged. Only 1 pair rec'd. Spoke to cust svc agent who said they were backlogged & to wait longer. Sent many emails & voice msgs but no reply. It's been 3 wks & I want to know if my shoes will ship or have my money refunded.Terrible cust svc!

OMG! Wish I had seen this earlier! The same thing just happened to me! I placed my order for 3 pairs of shoes on December 29, 2015. On January 9 I received only 2 pairs through Canada Post. The shipping confirmation sent from Nine West Canada said all 3 pairs were shipped in the same order. Where is the 3rd pair? I have call the contact us number for Nine West Canada but only get a voicemail instructing me to fill out the contact us form on the website. I did this but haven't received any response. I also emailed them twice and still haven't received a response. I finally contacted Nine West in the US and was able to speak to Racquel who is going to pass on my information to a supervisor. Hopefully this will get me somewhere. Like you I just want to know if my pair of shoes is still coming to me or give me my money back.
After 15 years of loyalty with Nine West you would think you received better customer service!

BEWARE if you are planning on ordering shoes from @nine west Canada (ninewest.ca). I ordered two pair of sandals on August 15/15. @Nine West Canada immediately charged my credit card for both shoes, however, sent no confirmation that the order had been received, processed, or any status at all! I called their customer service and was advised that they were really backlogged with orders and that I should either receive an email or the shoes in next couple of weeks. On Aug 25, I received a Canada Post shipping notification and a package was received on Aug 31, but with only one pair of shoes :( Again, I called their customer service about the status of the 2nd pair of shoes. The agent advised that they NEVER rec'd any of my emails, so while on the phone, I forwarded the email to her. She confirmed that she received the email (this time!) and said that she would contact the distribution centre and would get back to me later in the day with a status update. Between this call on August 31 to present, I have sent 2 emails and left a voice message. I cannot believe the terrible customer service... no reply to a conversation, and no replies to voice message or emails! I understand that their website has been under construction for over 2 weeks and have been told that the online ordering area has gone through a reorganization, but this is beyond ridiculous! All I am asking of Nine West Canada is a reply with the status of my order! Is it too much to be asking for the status of my order and to either receive the 2nd pair of shoes that they billed me for or have them credit the money back to my credit card? I most definitely will NOT shop online with @nine west Canada ever again! Perhaps this post will catch their attention!

Nine West Worst sales associate- San Jose CA

The worst customer service i received yesterday when my sister and i was shopping and returning shoes in your store at great mall, san jose, ca. We shopped at 5 p.M. And there were two sales associates and the one with longer hair helped us. We returned our shoes at 7 p.M the same the day, the one who helped us was not there, so the other one helped us with our return. This was when all the ugly things happened!

1. When my sister and i left your store after we bought a pairs of high heels yesterday, the security machine rang. I asked your staff to check if she had take off the security stuff, she just said "it is ok" and told us to go. But their security machine also rang again when we went to another store, we felt very embarrassed. We needed to return to your store to ask your staff to take the thing off. We saw the other sales associate who saw us needed help but she just turned away and not willing to offered help even she was 3 steps away from us! Can you believe how your sale assciate's attitude changed after they made the sales and commission?!

2. When we checked the high heels after we were back at home, we realized the two shoes were different sizes. One was 6 1/2 and the other one was 7 1/2. I have never bought a pair of shoes with different sizes shoes inside the shoe box! I thought the most basic training at a shoes store for their staff is to tell them to check if the shoes sizes are match before selling them to their customers. We had to go all the way back to your store again for returning. A waste of time and gas!

3. When we was returning the shoes in your store, your staff(Salesperson no.: 78062), with no smiling, and no greeting for us at all, she was looking so displeased when she went back to the desk, and the only word she said was "sh**" instead of giving any apology when she realized the shoes were in wrong sizes. When she gave us back our money, she dropped them in the cashier desk. I asked her to mind her attitude, her reply was "i have said sorry, so what do you want me to do". That was the sorry for dropping the money intentionally to make us feel embarrassed, but i was pretty sure there were tons of other other things she should have felt sorry for! I asked for an apology for the wrong sized high heels and the bad service and attitude she gave us, but she said that was not her fault and rejected to give us an apology! When i asked for her name, she rejected too. I don't understand why such a big company does not ask your staff to wear name tags. I understand she was not the person who sold us the shoes and who earned our commission, but i wasn't buying the shoes from her too! I was buying the shoes from nine west, if she works for nine west i believed she should have never said a thing like that! Just only because she wasn't and couldn't earn us the commission, didn't mean we deserved to be treated like this.

My sister is a blogger and traveling form hong kong. I am taking her to nine west because i had believed she would have had a good experience at nine west before she went back to hong kong, and has something good to say and recommend your company at her blog, unfortunately, i don't see this is ever going to be happening! You got what you gave. I did not expect such a big company would present such horrible customer service. I am glad we returned the shoes and got our money back now. This is the worst consumer service at all times! This sales associate should definitely be changed if nine west does not want to keep losing your customers!

Nine West very poor quality

VERY poor quality
I bought a pair of brown wedge booties from Nine West. The second time I wore them I noticed that the inside fabric lining was already starting to come apart. Within 2 weeks, the rubber soles detached from the wedged heel. I paid $75 for these shoes. This is a disgrace, a total rip-off. I will be calling the company for a refund of my money. What a shame. NEVER will I buy anything from Nine West again.

Nine West Sandals

My Husband is a Airline worker and travels the Us regularly and hence buys allot of our clothes etc in the US, I live in Johannesburg South Africa he recently purchased a pair of nine west sandals for me from a store in Arizona called The l Mills outlet - I wore these sandals to a meeting on Friday for the first time and found that not only are they horribly uncomfortable it feels that the inside of the shoe under the straps is roughly worked it scratches my skin, it also has a second buckle missing in which you loop the strap in ... Not quite what i am used too for quality as Nine west here in South Africa and I'm sure elsewhere in the world is an expensive brand and I cannot understand why an expensive sandal should be of such a poor quality - surely the quality control would have at least picked up the missing loop?I now sit with an expensive pair of sandals Ia cannot wear because the strap stays up and b) because whilst I am aware its its painful to be beautiful the sandal really hurts me ... not sure if you can advise here - This is not my first pair of Nine Wests.. so I am really disappointed.

Nine West Order Not Delivered

I placed an order on the Ninewest.com website on October 5, 2014 for a pair of the Arivaderci Peer Toe Booties. I had the order shipped to my business to ensure someone would be around to sign for the package. It is now October 14th and I still have not received the shoes. Imagine the disappointment I felt when I tracked the package and saw status as Delivered on October 11th, which fell on a Saturday. My office building is closed on weekends so I cannot understand how or where this package was delivered.

I contacted customer service and was informed that the package may be at the Post Office and not really Delivered as the USPS website states. She instructed me to call the post office and drive there to make sure the package isn't sitting around. I cannot get a refund for the shoes and I cannot get a replacement for the shoes unless I buy a second pair. Why on earth would I purchase another pair of the same shoes when the first ones couldn't be delivered in the first place and why it is up to me to be the detective to track down the package? I now have to lookup the Post Office telephone number, address, and drive there. Funny, the whole point of ordering something online is for the convenience of not having to drive to pick it up but Ninewest.com Customer Service apparently does not know this.

I have easily spent thousands of dollars with Ninewest and this is certainly not the type of service I expect to receive as a loyal customer. This was my first time ordering from their website and sadly it will be the last. Not once have I had this problem with Amazon, Aldo, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom or any other retailer. I will be sharing this story with every shoe fanatic I know to save them for having to repeat this unfortunate situation.

Nine West &Leather& completely disintegrated

I have owned my Nine West boots for just over 1 year. I spent hundreds of dollars on them, yet have only worn them a limited number of times. I own quite a few pairs of boots, and these are the only ones I have ever ‘splurged’ on and spent so much money on, yet they are of the poorest quality, and first ones I have ever had to simply disintegrate. The supposed 'leather' on the boots has completely peeled off. I wrote to the company to ask them if I could send them my boots to allow them an opportunity to explain themselves. I am not seeking a refund; I am not even looking for a replacement product. I simply wanted to give them an opportunity to give me some answers and ensure they could witness their lack of quality of their product. I feel as if I’ve wasted my time & money on Nine West. They emailed me back to say they cannot assist me and would not accept the boots if I were to mail them in - they would simply reject the delivery and it would come back to me at my own cost. Absurd, considering I am giving this company a chance to explain their own shoddy product. In light of their email, I see it suffice to say that the easiest course of action on my part is to post complaints about their defective products online and do all I possibly can to ensure that consumers never purchase anything from Nine West again, in light of their confusion as to how to conduct customer service, coupled with a poorly manufactured and overpriced product.

Nine West Shoes

I bought a pair of canvas nine west shoes on sale at Belk in Johnson city Tn about two months ago. I decided to wear them last week. I got to smelling something bad.I thought I had stepped in something. They actually stunk. I cannot stand the odor and, people around me smell the shoes. I have to keep them on the back porch inside. Money is too hard to come by these days without being took for things you cannot wear! I am very disappointed with your product! If this is what your nine west product is about, I will never buy it again! I paid around 20.00 for them, but they should never had the odor. Nine West Cheating customer with replica products

Hi,

I have purchased a voucher from MYDEAL which was promoted by the above company for Nine West Handbag and I have found out that this is a duplicate handbag after checking with the Nine West outlet directly in KLCC, Kuala Lumpur. They checked for the handbag code in their inventory system and it says "UNKNOWN" as you can see in the attached photo.
This is unacceptable and I have even got a letter as attached from Nine West mentioning the given handbag was a duplicate handbag as the person from the above mentioned company told me they will give a compensation if I have a letter from Nine West.I have checked with Nine West and they said they don't have any business with the above company which claims their products are all orginal whereby NOT.
In the promotion voucher they have mentioned the handbag is an authentic handbag however the handbag looks like a RM 30 handbag from market, I need back the money I spent for this handbag and they have not been responding to my emails since I sent them the proof of the handbag which is not original. Please help me get back my money. Can you help me to get back the compensation for this handbag and I would like to let others know about this company which sells duplicate products as I dont want them to be in the same situation as I am now.

Nine West Shoes defective

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes on Saturday. On Sunday I wore one pair to go to Church. When I left the car I realized that one of the shoe was not right. After mass I went to the store outlet. All I wanted was to be able to exchange my shoe the cashier said that would be impossible because it was used.Of course I did how I would know that they were not in a good shape if I don't walk with them.
As I result I lost my time, my gas, my money. I even called customer service she told me that Nine West is not resposible for my negligency. I slould have used them in side my home in the carpet. It is absurd! My floor is wood so it would be impossible to wear them in a carpet house. I am not happy. 90.99% of my shoes, boots... are from Nine West. I usualy purchase @ Florida Mall, DSW and sometimes @ the outlets. I even don't know if I will purchase anything from Nine West. They don't care about my business.

Nine West Nine West took my money

I found a gift card for $40 to Nine West. I went to a Nine West store in Toronto and asked them how much was in it. They told me I would have to call the Nine West number found on their website.

I call the the customer rep tells me I have to send it to the headquarters in New York because it was an old gift card and it needs to be reissued. So I paid like $2 and sent it via Canada Post. They told me it would take about 4-6 weeks.

Two months later, no reply. I call them and they say to wait a few more weeks. I did and no gift card. I call them again, and this time, they’re saying that I didn’t have to send it in the first place.

They said they’ll send it back to me. That was over a month and a half ago and I still haven’t gotten my gift card for $40. Nine West customer service sucks.

Nine West Defect Products

I have been an avid nine west shoe purchaser. One of the pairs of shoes had a clear defect in that the heel cracked in two. I returned the pair to the store and although the sales lady clearly agreed with me and said it is a defect, she would only action a credit if I could produce my original receipt! When I buy shoes, I don't intent on returning them - I intend on wearing them and enjoying them! So why would I keep receipts? ANyway, the point is - it's a nine west brand so for me it's a brand issue. Why do I need ot prove I bought the shoes from nine west when they ARE nine west? Definitely have lost me as a customer.

Nine West Horrible service

I bought a pair of ankle boots from the nine west outlet in Ambience mall.The sole of the shoe cracked the third time i wore it.And when i went and complained to the store manager i was told that they would repair it.I was surprised by the soloution.Who wears a repaired shoe? I thought i bought a quality brand & not a road side brand.I asked them to replace the shoe .To which i get an answer that the similar shoe is not available and hence they offered me a product half the cost of what i paid!
Really disgusted with the service man.Either you replace with the similar show & if not available(Understandable) then pls let the customer pick any shoe worth the same amount.I have visited the outlset 7-8 times and have got stupid responses from the store manager hence forced to write the compliant on a public site.Hope some one from the organisation takes some action.It is not about the money but the experience at nine west! Disgusting is the word!

Nine West Robbed

On the 13th of July 2011, I was at Nine West Brooklyn Mall Preroria for shopping. The staff on duty that day was Chantel (Manager), Maureen( Assistant Manager), and Xolile (Sales Assistant). Clients who were in the shop was myself and one lady. I requeste a shoe size 39 from Maureen who went to the back and got me one. My handbag was hanging in my shoulder before I fit the shoe but upon fitting i put it next to me in the fitting chair. I liked the shoe and as it was fitting nice I then crabbed my bag for payment that's when I realise that my handbag was missing within a blink of an eye. I was shocked by the incident because all the people that I mentioned above were still with me and suddenly the handbag disappeared. My bag had my car keys, cellphone, Id, camera, cosmetics, bank cards and R500. Unfortunately I did not have a spare car key at home so my car had to park in the mall for the night. I am still shocked as to what or who took my handbag at Nine West Brooklyn Mall. All the above valuables were not insured and it is indeed a set back. While this might not look like Nine West problem, was wondering if Nine West Management can look at this matter and assist where they can. No they can not assist, and I assume when you say assist you mean give you money. Your handbag your problem. The handbag was obviously out of your sight and control or it would not have been stolen. Be more careful with your things.

Nine West Racism

the nine west at sawgrass mill mall is one of the worst store to shop..It has one of the most racist and lazy manager i have ever seen..i went to ask a question and i got to talk to the manger and she was very rude cutting me off numerous of time..but as soon as she was done talking she and her certain of her employees were in a little circle talking doing nothing at all to help customers...i have been to that nine west many a time though most of the sale associates offer great customer service..the head manager should definitely be changed if she nine west does not want to keep losing there customers...

Nine West Unprofessional employee's

First I would like to start off by saying that i ove your product i buy my hand bags and shoes from there 2-3 times a month. i went to the locations on Third Ave. as soon as i stepped into the store the lady at the cashier was very rude. She snacth my recipt while i was tellin her that they were a gift but are too big.. I was walkin around lookin at the items, i needed help so i call the young man thats was just standing there while he was walkin towards me the lady from the cashier tild him to go back shell take care of it...so when she approahed me with her attitude i realized that it was bothering her to help me (i didnt ask for her help) so i walked away and" told her forget it because you are nasty) i guess she felt offened when i said that she started to talk under her breathe do as any person would do i ask for the manager when the manager came out she was rude also didnt presant her self to be the manager. i felt like maybe the two of them were friends out side of work because they were both yellin at me so i started yellin too. Then the manager was tellin her employee that im trash and im not a Nine west girl...i said " what! and you talking when you're the manager acting like you have no common sense...she refused to exchange my items ot give me my money back she started outtin my things in the bag tellin me to get out ir they'll call the cops! so i stood there ans told them to call the cops... i didnt do anything wrong. plus while all this is going on the cashier is back there laughin in my face! They also refused to give me their names or any information of someone i can call. There was a customer there thats was with me at the time she was tellin the manager that she wasnt acting like a manager and that she was a witness to the fact that the cashier was rude as soon as we stepped in the store. i will never go into that store again. The funny things is while i was gettin kicked out there were people in the front watchin everyhting they asked what happen aand i explain the situation to them the lady said the last time she went in there they were really rude. They must have history of being rude to theis customers.

Nine West Poor service

Went to Nine west Shoes store in Austin Street, Queens, NY on 10/31/09 and purchased a pair of shoes.I usually like to purchase 2 or more pairs. But the associate at the store was very arrogant to the point that he left the signed receipt on the counter and went downstairs and ignored the recipt..When I said "thank you ", he did not replied.When I asked for another pair of shoes because the first ones were damaged he said that's the last pair we have. He was very repugnant and showed no professionalism nor did he represent your store to the fullest.I did leave with a pair of shoes and they could have been free as well, if I would have kept the signed sale receipt.He could not have cared! I'm appalled at his service and this is one of the stores I shop to because it's in my neighborhood.Should I go to another county and shop there? Maybe so and give the business to someone else or boycott your store.

Nine West Inside of shoes came apart

I have always worn nine west shoes and love the comfort.
I did buy a pair of heels, paid $62.00 for them and had them for about a year, wore them to
church and when I took them off, the inside of the shoes came apart and was stuck on my feet. Actually they were my favorite pair.

The telephone staff are completely rude and don't want to hear anything about what problem you have. They also have an answer for all the mistakes THEY MAKE.

I always buy my shoes from Nine West I will NO LONGER EVER buy from them again. I have bought so many things in the past but my last experience was TERRIBLE.

I bought 2 pair of shoes and returned them for an exchange. Once they received them they made sure they quickly charged me again for a new order without refunding the previous. So therefore I have paid the 2 pairs of shoes twice. I get an email to tell me they have sent the new size shoes out and I should receive them soon via UPS. 2 months have passed and I haven't heard anything. I call them and I am told after they charged me twice they found out they didn't have the sizes I was after and just canceled the order. Mind you they never sent me an email to tell me it was canceled so I am waiting for my shoes that I paid for twice.
The lady on the phone said "Oh that order was canceled an email was sent" "NO" I said "No email was sent"
And then she continued to tell me that Nine West emails usually go to spam, and you can't expect to get every email!
What a joke.
They just couldn't be bothered informing me of what happened, they had my money and had their merchandise back so they are satisfied. She was so rude and her tone of voice was very insulting.

YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER!
I WILL NEVER BUY YOUR SHOES, BAGS, ETC EVER AGAIN.
I have spent so much money buying their products only to be treated like an idiot.

EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THAT THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK UNLESS YOU FIGHT FOR IT.

Nine West Lack of quality!!!

The only good thing about Nine West shoes is the nice design, from there is down hill! Overpriced and treble quality. Wal-Mart sell better shoes! Your shoes last about 3 months before they start to completely fall apart. The hill caps, extremely weak they really start to ware off right the way, 3 month is too long, they will just not going to last that long. The back of the hills of the shoe and the front the materials is so thin and weak it just shreds in peaces and it looks like I’ve had these show for 5 year, or it the only pair I wear. It is embarrassing! For the little skinny black sandals I paid $70.00 and look at them now 3 months later. It should be illegal for you to ask the consumer to pay $70 for something that is so poorly made. Shame on you Nine West!
