NSW took money for Canada application but nothing happened
1. Paid in full the application fee on 9 September 2021 amounting
AUD 4,180.00.2. No update regarding my application for more than a year.
3. I made follow up calls but they keep on saying that Shane is not in the office... calls made 15, 16, 22, and 29 September 2022 before sending an email.
4. I sent an email on 29 September 2022 to follow up my application.
4. Sent back reply on 30 September 2022, stated that "we are following up with the employer and have been informed that by mid or end of Oct we will be able to get the things sorted out.
Due to Covid things got delayed through the employer's end.
5. Tried to ring their phone number 02 [protected] but cant be reach anymore.
6. Sent message on email but Mailer Daemon, failure notice replied that this email : Unable to deliver message after multiple retries, giving up.
7. Tried to find their office address online; Level 26, Building No. 44, Market Street CBD Sydney, New South Wales - 2000 Australia, seems they transferred to another place.
8. Please do help me, I want my money back in full refund.
Desired outcome: Please refund my money.

They have taken the whole amount from me for my immigration procedure and filled my all the information incorrect . Lady named Sapna filled all my details incorrect including my ielts score . Total fraud she is . When I askd for the explanation then no reply from them.
I ll nevr suggest anyone to go there infact I ll tell people to go to anywhere but not to these frauds .i have all the proofs of this complaint .

They are cheaters, i will take my salary on next month and never come back.
