I purchased 2 pairs of shoes on your website few days ago (beginning of December 2015) : http://www.nikeselling.co/womens-nike-air-max-90-trainers-black-white-grey-blue.html and http://www.nikeselling.co/womens-nike-air-max-90-trainers-black-white-grey-blue.html I received no order confirmation, no tracking number, and least of all I didn't received the shoes. The 8th December 2015, my account was debited of 93, 60€ by ZHANAO ONLINEST (as appearing on my account reporting)... Which is more than the 86, 31€ (free delivery) of the cart I ordered. It seems that their is nothing legal here but SCAMS ! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE !

Hello I live in Luxembourg and I saw the publicity of this website in the Instagram app ads and the same I did the payment and no email confirmation of the order, no email from tracking and no email with invoice or receipt and almost 1 month and the shoes don't come. So now I will contact my Visa card institution to refund my money. When you see publicity about this website report as a scam to the autorities/app supervisors. Regards

Même problème pour moi, j'ai commandé une paire de nike air max femme pour 60 euros en novembre 2015.
J'ai créer un compte mais bien sûr pas de confirmation de commande, et mon compte a été débité de la somme avec frais de commission en décembre 2015. Pas de commande reçu.
Une belle arnaque de plus!

A moi aussi il viens de m'arriver le même problème. J'ai commandé une paire de nike sur ce même site a environ 50 euro.
J'ai reçu aucun mail de confirmation de commande, pas de numéro de suivi et aucun justificatif qui prouve que le paiement a bien été fait sur mon compte.
Bien évidement je n'ai pas reçu les chaussures.
J'ai envoyé plusieurs mail sur le site ou j'ai commandé sans aucune nouvelles de leurs part.
Ne pas commander sur ce site ! C'est une arnaque très bien monté. Quand on commande on est sur le site internet de Nike mais le paiement a été débité par par Zhanao ONLINEST .
Comment faire pour régler mon soucis et porter réclamation?
