Never buy anything from Nexus 13. They offer laptops at relatively low prices. I have bought a laptop 650 pounds worth in Nexus 13 and never received it. Their customer service never replies and they ignored the email. It seems like Nexus 13 don’t exist just have charged me and said that it will be delivered by City Link, although the City Link says that they have not received any delivery orders.

Hi
ANY PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY ARE DUE TO ASUS DISTRIBUTORS NOT DELIVERING ITEMS CORRECTLY. ALL ORDERS THAT COME INTO ANY RESELLER IN THE UK ARE EMAILED TO EITHER VIP, INTERFACE, INGRAM MICRO AND C2000, WHO HOLD THE ASUS STOCK. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO SEND THE ITEMS DIRECT TO THE CUSOTMER AND OCCASIONALLY FAIL TO DUE SO.
THEY HAVE EMAILED YOU AND TOLD YOU THAT CITY LINK COULD NOT FIND YOU AND RESEND THE ITEM THROUGH VIP USING TNT.

i also ordered a laptop from these bandits
they never answer the phone, say its been sent when it hasnt
dont answer the phone or emails
i also contacted citylink...so such parcel

i have reported it to google and my credit card company

i am reporting them to mastercard and the police

I have tried to contact them repeatedly to ask them about their offer for an ASUS EEE PC 1000. No one EVER asnwers the sales line! So doesnt look much like a real business to me.

I tried calling on +441455828449 which is their published sales enquiry line.

Also, they claim to be a partner of ASUS. But they are not. All partners of ASUS are listed on the ASUS website.

They might be a reseller, but they are certainly not a partner.
