New Life Placements review: New life placements franchisee business is a loss 3

New life placements approached us through franchisee india for franchise of business. They showed me all the certificates related to company registration, training, government project details etc. The gave me false information that there will be lot of profit if we take franchisee of their consultancy in Chennai. I paid 3.8 lacks as franchisee fees for 2 years validity from 2014 to 2016, as i was not aware of govt. tenders and projects i was misdirected by them and made me believe that there will be huge profit and there will be a great support from their head office trichy for any placements or manpower supply.

I m sharing my experience and knowledge for others to know what happens with Govt. Project and why new life placement wants a franchise office.

Every Govt . Tender or Project requires EMD (i.e, security deposit for applying tender minimum 2 lakhs to 10 lakhs + depends on the project for Manpower Supply). This EMD will be returned to us with two months if the tender is sanctioned to some other companies . If the tender is sanctioned to us it will be returned only after successful completion of project with in the tender value.
Governtment selects tender on the basis of lowest quote (i.e, a company which quotes lowest rate for completion of project by supplying manpower etc..)

New Life placements collects franchisee fees 3.8 lacs in the beginning itself, , apart from franchisee fee we have to pay 50% of EMD for every Tender. Exactly speaking if you are going for franchisee with New Life Placements then you are the goat / investor for their business. The truth is new life placements does not support for fulfilling the manpower or solving any issues related to completion of project if you are a franchisee. This is because you have to pay 3.8 lacs so you are caught and you cannot escape.

Ok you may think that they are having tie up with private companies for closing vacant positions in IT companies. But the fact is they dont have any tie up with any private companies. Recently one of the franchisee in Chennai who had paid 3.8 lacs as franchisee fee + 2.5 lacs EMD for Govt tender in Kancheepuram collector Office + 1 lacs operation cost = 7.3 lacs within 4 months has not got any support from Trichy office for solving issues related to govt project which they got. The biggest problem is handling the human resource. The profit share is 50% only for example if monthly turn over is 50 K, NLP (Newlife placements will give you only 25K), Imagine the amount which the franchisee office would have invested and the returns they would get.

Charlie who is the director of New Life Placements is a greedy old man who gives false promise about their company is a real threat to this society because they are having an NGO and they are not paying Income Taxes. They are using the loop holes in the Law. New Life Placements do not have any Naukri or Monster Login i.e, paid job portal each would cost 1.5 lakhs per annum. Imagine how they would close any position for any IT or Private Companies who are ready to pay for the service.

Mr. Charlie simply collects Rs.500 from candidates as registration fees. The franchisee office has to search job for the candidate how it is possible. Normally the consultancy or placements service would run in an other way. That is filling the company needs.

Actually no candidates got placed through new life placements. they are using their influence for getting government projects but to cut their operation cost they are giving loss to the franchisee .

There is a lot of things to speak. After all reading this if any one goes for getting franchisee business from New Life Placements then he is the real fool in this world. Because those who paid are locked no chance to escape. Loss is a Loss, NLP will escape.
