The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Iv Got My refund ck put on a netspend card, because i had another card with in my name they put a hold on it...I still don't have my money after a month ...Nor are they helping me to know where my money is at all they said is it was sent back...They don't need ID for you to add your money why should you have such a hard time verifying who you are I sent them proof after proof of my identity.. I don't recommend any one using this company...They should be sued

my nameis benjamin bierman and I did.my taxes on turbo tax and opted for the net spend card so I can get mt money faster. now today feb10th my money is my account but I cant touch it because they have a block on. I activated it with no problem. checked it for money about every half hour. then went to.check it again and it sent me to customer service which I cant understand.they asked me to send documents I did still isnt fixed. I lost my job 15 th and need to pay my rent. they wont let me talk to the so called fraud.department. I need my money
