Complaint Rating:

I have been a customer of Netidentity for over 8 years. Since the merger with Tucows, my email system has been down multiple days 3 times YTD. As of this posting, my email has been down for 3 days now. I run my business email through this account and this is crippling to my coorespondence with my clients. I am not going to be renewing my subscription with these guys.
