I purchased $30 of minutes from a Net 10 representative and was given 300 minutes for 2 months. My credit card bill showed 3 separate $30 charges. I called the credit card company and they resolved the compliant and removed 2 of the $30 charges. Next thing my phone is inactive and I called Net 10 tech support. I was on the phone for almost an hour talking to 3 different people who all said I have to send a money order for the incorrect $60. They will not reactivate my phone. Now I am on the phone with a supervisor who is telling me the same thing == one hour on the telephone now. Also I had over 100 minutes of carryover time that they do not want to give me.

The supervisor is checking for the 3d time. Ah ha she is back and says she wants the $60 or I cannot use my telephone.

I know staying on the on the line for an hour seems silly when I can buy a new phone for $30 and start over but I have the day off and I am doing other things at the same time.

These people tried to make me out to be a liar. They also were very disrespectful. I did give her a piece of my mind but not till I had had enough! They told me one thing but ended up doing the complete opposite when it comes down to it.

I purchased a new Net10 phone for my daughter in law, as a gift. The purchase included FedEx delivery which FINALLY happened. Then she found out that the SIM card wasn't synched to the new phone?!?!?! Hello!? Several phone calls and weeks later, a new SIM card arrived but there are STILL problems. I will never ever ever buy or recommend Net 10 products to anyone. I even sent an email to their corporate office and heard nothing!

Purchase a Lg600 phone from Net 10, this was an upgrade from a Nokia 1100 which work fine. The LG600 was a piece of crap. It would not work, drop calls, buttons wouldn't work. I try to get them to send a different phone, and all they wanted to do was have me call when the phone wouldn't work. I finally just cancel my service and will go with a different carrier.

it's just plain and simple, cheap labour, cheap phones, anything to keep your money and could really care less if you understand the language, so f u to net 10 and any one who believes this is a good phone company

My husband bought a phone from net 10 and the cashier didn't scan the bar code and manually put in the bar code instead. He couldn't activate the phone because of this and he purchased it in another state and couldn't take it back. He couldn't find the receipt so he faxed them the bar code like they asked. Even though you could not get the phone without the clerk unlocking the phone to purchase it, they still wouldn't activate the phone. We will not do business with net 10 anymore.

I recently had a problem with Net10. Do not reply to their emails. You must go back to their website and fill out a new contact us form. Don't even bother calling on telephone. It is a waste of time. It took several times to get my problem resolved. On my last contact with them, I asked them to either return my minutes or I would start blogging, I got my minutes.
