Nestle nescafe azera coffee

Good morning, I have been buying Azera coffee since it first hit the shelves as I am a self confessed coffee snob and this product ticks all the boxes for me . Sadly I opened a new can yesterday and when the seal was removed was horrified to see that the coffee content was less than half full, never happened before so just wanted to warn you there may be a problem with a batch of the 100 grams tins.

Nestle lacerations of fingers from liner lid

when opening a 1.4 kg card board container of nestles origional creamer i removed red plastic lid holding onto container pulling up metal tab seal started to come off at one point it became harder to remove i had to apply more force in order to open it let go suddenly container fell over on its side my hand holding the c ontainer slid up the side making fingers of left handover the top as in doing so the metal lid ran over my hand as it released and cause mutiple lacerations in places sought doctors care had wound dressing and tetnus shot and advice not to use for at least a week Nestles said it was my fault as i have used this product often and did not use enough caution when i opened it i use it all the time and know and do use caution because of the pulling of the metal lid and size of container it was due to this time the metal lid was not sliding off as it usually does, has any one else had a complaint about this and waht can i do they are saying its my fault

Nestle liars, scams, rude employees, not spring water

The cooler I rented each month from Poland Spring was defective and I placed a brand new 5 gallon bottle one night before bed and woke up the next morning to find it empty. The entire bottle of water leaked down to my office below causing major damage to my carpet and office equipment (computers, files, printers, etc.). I cut the sheet rock to try to locate where the water was leaking from and even hired a plumber to come in to confirm it was the water cooler before calling Poland Spring. I immediately contacted Poland Spring (Nestles) to report it and they said they would take care of everything. I spoke to several people there and not just ONE!

First, they sent over a carpet cleaner who told me that he was collecting disability while collecting a check from Nestles AKA Poland Spring which was against the law! He said that when he was done cleaning my carpet that it would leave a beautiful citrus scent (orange) when he was done. It took him just 15 minutes to do approximately 600 sqaure feet and told me it would take about 4 hours to dry. He did not even leave fans behind to speed up the drying process. I had to leave my office and could not work for the day.

I went down to my office about 6 hours later and the carpets were soaking wet and they smelled like dirt! They did not dry until well into the next day and smelled even worse. I know that he did not clean the carpeting because it does not take 15 minutes to move furniture ouit of a room that size, bring the machine in filled it with water and shampoo! He was a con like he was on disability and collecting a pay check.

The next contractor that came in was a sheet rocking company who I told about the carpet cleaner who all laughed when I told them about the carpet cleaner who knew all too well of his game.

They laid down some crappy thin plastic and did not tap it together leaving gaps open. I asked them about it and also asked if they wanted to move my computer monitors and stand alone PVC's, lat tops, printers and other equipment so they would not get damaged. They said no because they were professionals and not necessary. They only thing they removed was my TV because it almost reached the ceiling. Before they came in, I already lost 2 days of valuable work time.

They were in my office for 3 days and that came to 5 days of work. I kept calling Poland Spring to find out what was going on and why this was taking so long. I also asked the contractor how much longer and they about 3-4 more days. They removed the plastice and said they cleaned up. I inspected my office when they left and found dust and debris everywhere, I mean everywhere!I even found it in my PC's and laptops, dust from the sheet rock and spackle. They even left their equipment on my file cabinets and floor as their own storage facility. I called back Poland Spring livid!

They then had a John Schidda - phone number [protected] after I spoke to a Jessica Marshall, Lauren (who would not give me her last name or ID #), Tammy Maldonado, Pam (no last name given), Kendra, Francia (customer support specialist, John Pedit in corporate, Brittany in corporate and Leah. John told me he was the risk assessor and the only one who was going to handle the matter from now on. He was the gestapo. He interrogated me about everything. He said he was going to send out a IT guy about cleaning the PC's and other office equipment and did that very relunctantly. The guy came over and at first without inspecting any of my equipemt said that he was only going to be at my office for 15 minutes. I think that came from John.

When he started taking apart my computers he observed that all had extensive dust from the sheetrock and laptops, printers, everything. He showed me that the dust from thee work probably had damaged the PC's as it rested on the fans inside. He took them outside to clean them and brought them back into the office. He said that he could not get everything out. I have an ID printer and said he was not going to touch that because he was unfamiliar with that and it was covered with sheetrock debris. The guy was here for 6 hours trying to fix one PC alone and when I told him that he had to go, he told me that he caused more problems and damage that good! He said he was sorry and would come back next week to fix it. It turned out a week from then, he never called and I complained to John and the guy called back then and said he could not come back for another week and that PC was one I sued for work and now I could not us it becuase of their negligence. That was 2 more weeks I could access my files on that computer!

I advised John that I dod not want that sheet rocker back due to their negligence and wanted a pro and I would find one as when the ceiling was going to be sanded that find powder would get everywhere worse then the sheetrocking and everyone agreed so I advised John to get in a pro who would either remove everything and place it back exactly where it would go or wrap everything in platic bebble wrap which would take at least one day before they even get started and remove all the framed photos and awards off my walls.

John sent 2 sheet rock company guys to look at the office ceiling to make an appraisal on different days and since then I have not heard one word back in TWO WEEKS. I called Poland Spring back and spoke with a Robin because I also received a bill fronm the company for $299.00 for the brand new cooler they gave me for free becuase of the damaged one! They were f'ing liars. Also, I never got any more deliveries in 2 weeks.

A good paint company came also 2 weeks ago to look over the job and John told me that a miad service would come in once all the jobs were finished called Merry Maids but I advised him that I used them once and they damaged a hude mirror in my house once and were terrible. John seemed to be cutting corners with hiring cheap labor and always rude and demeaning. When I asked to speak with his supervisor or another adjuster or risk manager he said he was the only working for Poland Spring! I am an investigator and once worked for all the top Insurance companies for about 15 years so I know the game and these guys are the most unprofessional I ever met and do not take care of their customers. I told John that I wanted to have a maid service to come in and clean up after his contractors and he refused so I cleaned up for 2 days and my maid service that I use cleaned up for a day. In total, I was out of business for a considerable amount of time and I demanded that Poland Spring reimburse me for my time. He mumbled about we will see about that later after the work was completed but I knew that was a later refusal.

When I spoke with Robin today I advised her that I wil not be calling Poland Spring (Nestles) again and Poland Spring better take care of business now and not later with all their excusaes and I refuse to talk to John anymore. I wanted to speak to the President of the company or someone is a very high position who will get the job done now, not later and fulfill their obligations and be accountable. She said would get a Tammy on the phone after she put me on hold for some time and I asked her if that was Tammy Maldonado and she how did I know. I said that is becuase I dealt with her already and I want out of the revolving door. She then placed me on hold again and told me that Tammy was on another call and would call me back. That was an hour later.

They screwed with the wrong guy. I have everything well documented.
TAMMY MALDONADO AND JOHN SCHIDDA ARE THE BIGGEST LIARS AND UNPROFESSIONALS I EVER MET!

Nestle price

i have been buying Nescafe Blend 43 500g tin for the last 12 months when Coles advertised that the price is down down to $16 and staying down also the Milo Nestle 1.25kg is down down and staying to $15 down well today 11th January 2015 at the Coles Arana Hills store these products scanned at Coffee Nescafe Blend 43 500g $20 a tin and the Milo Nestle 1.25kg $15 the prices were checked to see if this is correct. I was shocked at the increase and also saying that Coles are falsely advertising if Coles are only going to do this then you advertise that they only staying for a certain time staying down down and staying down. I bought a 200g of nescafe from morrisons and when i got it home and opened it the inside seal for freshness wasnt there! I am reallly unhappy about this beCause im a single parent and cant afford to buy that coffee very often becauae i cannot afford it.

Coles have had a huge marketing compaign for months promoting the fact that certain products are "down, down and staying down". Well I have been buying Nescafe for months at the reduced price of $14, it was $17 before the promotion. As I see it this is false advertising

Nestle foreign body in my coffe

I purchased a box of Cappuccino, batch 30541091E, on 8.7.2013, only to find that there was a beetle in the coffee that I was drinking. I almost swallowed it, It made me vomit. Ive dialled the telephone numbers on the side of the box, the office was closed, and the emergency number that I was given by the recorded message, well no one answered. I must say that I really like this product, but this has put me off from future purchases.

We buy Nescafe Cappucinno skinny all the time, but we bought two boxes yesterda, , one which is the usual high quality, but the other box NOT ONE of the sachets will dissolve properly.We have had to throw every cup away which is really disappointing.
We thought we should let you know as we use Nescafe ordinary coffee too, and if we don't tell you you wont know.

Nestle foreign object = broken tooth

Cooked Delissio Deluxe pizza per directions on box. My husband bit into a piece and, while chewing, felt something break a lower molar. He determined that it was something inside one of the ground beef meatballs that are a part of the flavour of pizza. Since this happened on a Friday night, finding a dentist proved difficult & was expensive as we don't have dental benefits.

Nestle same

I bought a package of Nestle toll house sugar cookies. There were two sheets of cookie dough each of which contained 12 cookie shapes. Unf, the two layers were stuck together and I could not get them apart. Had a sheet of parchment paper been in between the sheets, I could easily have removed and baked the cookies. As it was, I had a doubled sheet of dough. bleech.

Nestle Unmatched item in the box

Just about 1 hour ago I bought this nestle fitnesse whole wheat flakes breakfast cereal from tesco Penang Bayan Lepas. Had been a frequent customer, I'm quite disappointed with what I saw today. I know this product only cost RM10.97, but still honesty is important in business. Instead of the cereal, I got a packet of kokokrunch. I mean reasons people buy this product is for fitness & imagine if I had never bought this before, i might just eat it as well and this might ruin the image of this product. I hope I get an explanation for this. THANKS

Nestle hiring process

In March of this year, i received a response from Nestle waters about an application I had submitted 6 weeks earlier. I spoke with the recruiter who was based in NJ and set up a phone interview. The interview took 20 min and I thought it went well. We then set up a face to face interview with the hiring managers in the area which took about an hour. I was told by both of the interviewers that I would be hearing back from them in two weeks. Two weeks went by and I didn't hear back from them so I called the recruiter to see about my status. She did not answer her messages. I called again a week later and still no response. Mind you, ( she usually returned my calls before I interviewed). After the 4th week, I sent an email asking about my status and also received no response. Basically, I gave them my time and effort and followed through on my part of the hiring process while they decided not to do the same. I have since moved on and thankfully no regrets. However, I wanted to get it out there about Nestle waters and their poor business practices towards future/possible employees. If I would have received a response telling me I was not chosen or an email thanking me for applying, but did not get chosen, I would have respected the decision despite any disappointment. It is common for companies to respond to applicants via email thanking them for applying, whether they get a chance to interview or not. This company advertises integrity and honesty and preaches it on their hiring website but do not have it themselves. For those of you who are interested in a career with Nestle waters, (speaking to the Houston, Beaumont, TX area folks), beware of the hiring managers and H.R. representatives...they do not practice what the company says they should preach! I have no respect for that company and I will not buy their products if I can help it. These folks are the face of the company's hiring process and do a terrible job of it. I think I deserved some consideration and courtesy and received neither.

that's true of many companies today, especially staffing firm like Aerotek, Adecco, and Medvec Resources. They do not have any professionalism. If you are over 50 years old forget about a job with any large corporation. Age discrimination is rampant and difficult to prove. Keep trying eventually you will hear from a decent company. Good luck in your job search.

Nestle rotten milk

I purchase nestle milks for my kids from my nearby grocery store I live in west Bengal kolkata, from a store called MORE I generally purchase in large quantity for the whole month together, however the store has given me puffed packet of milk which I noticed while using the pack, the store refused to replace the same.
I have trusted the brand as the best for my children however now it seems that I should think of changing my brand.

Nestle misbehavior by the staff

Dear CEO Nestle Pakistan
I am living in Askari-13 Adiala Road Rawalpindi.Today the distribution van FS-4226 came at my residence at about 1600 hrs.It was a load shedding hour. Mr Zain and Driver Zain ul Abideen started hitting my gate in a very idiotic and horrifying manner. I came out and showed my annoyance on their attitude. Both of them starting arguing with me .Just to avoid any further escalation I gave them the empty bottles along with Rs 1000/- . Both of them said" we dont have change, give us Rs510/- else we would leave.I replied you have the change in your hand, why are you lying.They replied that we have to deposit in the bank and this not our duty to keep change for every body". Then I told them That I will lodge a complaint against you .On this they threw all three bottles at my gate and ran away.
Respected, sir this is highly disgusting and not ignorable .I request your kind self to inquire the matter seriously. Not taking any action will render cease of entry in Askari Colonies.Looking for a caring response please.

Nestle bottle deposit refund

Nestle water recently took over culligan bottled water service in our area (Newton nj) and after a few months of service I had to cancel the service due to financial hardship, I returned 5 empty bottles which I paid $7.00 deposit each and nestle will not refund that deposit money!

Hi,
We bought maggi pack of 6 few days back.When we opened it we found there wer only three maggi taste makers.Also, when we opened one of the tastemaker it has a fly in it.

Please take some action as Nestle is a very reputed company and this is not expected from it.

Nestle water delivery problems

Dear Sir, Our whole family is permanent customer of Nestle water. Problem is that your delivery van is not regular visiting at our home and we are facing too much problems without water. We complain several time at your service numbers but in vain. Also call the supervisor of that van. Visit day of your Van is Friday but they did not come at their appointed time. We are using a tap water from last 12 days and calling again and again to your service number but nobody solve our problem. We did not expect this from Nestle. Kindly help us and give us your good services to maintain our relations and Nestle’s name. I will keep waiting from your good response.

Cerelac is great way to fulfill your baby daily dietary and nutritive requirements. It has Iron, Calcium, Fatty Acids and Vitamins thats helps child in early stage development.

Yes this is very true. It is full of sand, black and brown husk. Also contains tin papers of small size. I have tried it many times during emergency or travel. I felt really bad. This company's registration should be cancelled. They are not aware they manufacture baby food.

NESTLE the reputed brand through its website "http://www.nestle.in/" invites the user to become member and collect the points by ref. it to their friends, reviewing the articles etc

Against for which the member can REDEEM the points when it crossed 2000 points (which is of a continuous processes) for which the Company states to send VALUABLE GIFTS!

But, for my redemption made a month ago, I didn’t recd the so called gifts yet!

I have mailed 'N' no of emails to the concerned authorities’ for which I have today received a call from +[protected] @ Gurgaon at 11:38 am to my mobile no stating that...,

“We don’t have enough stock of gifts and it’s only the complimentary wordings that our website holding and to info this we are calling to you!"

I was shocked to hear this from the reputed and branded company to which I (starting from my childhood days) respected the MOST!

I have already passed on the INFO to all whom I have recommended to this website and now to aware all the persons in general I am publishing the same since...

Anybody introducing oneself or other to the NESTLE KITCHEN be kindly glace what had happened to me and then decide whether one should introduce oneself or other to the Royal brand of NESTLE for taking considering only on the GIFT FACTOR?
