It's happened on May 9th 6:30AM, we took a Nellis cab to the airport today from the Palazzo. On the way I took out my traveller organizer to check the flight number on the front seat. After I arrived the airport and walked into the check-in hall I found I lost my "traveler organizer" in the cab. My passport, air ticket, ID card and $400 cash were in the organizer. I rushed out and found the taxi has gone. Unfortunately all of us couldn't remember the cab's number so that I had to go back to the hotel for help. The bellboy recognized me and still remembered the cab we taken. He helped me to call the cab company and found out the driver! But the driver said she saw nothing in her cab...

The bellboy told me that driver came to Palazzo several time to pick up customers, but he didn't see her any more in that day...
The other thing I feel so bad is that the phone call receptionist of Nellis Cab in that day is gruff and always message box for lost and found!
