There was a undocumented illegal alien that works for the store that racially profiled me as soon as I entered the store. She made a negative remark about my "plans to steal" from her store and claims "I don't have a job to purchase my own clothes for work". As a card member and shopper of the store I would like to have this matter handled properly and immediately. I would also like for her to go back to her country. This is unacceptable as there is reverse racism going on by illegal mexicans entering the united states and stealing for customers at the cash register that hurts local businesses and causes them to close down. I would like for her to be terminated for the discrimination and making me uncomfortable during my shopping experience in which I left the store without purchasing anything. I was also followed by one of the store managers who as well should be terminated. This incident happened today June 30, 2019 at 11:45 a.m.

Disgusting. I ordered several items, paid for them, got an order confirmation. As usual. Several days later I got a notification stating that all the ordered items were out of stock at the moment of ordering.
I would really believe this BS if not one BUT. But at the moment of ordering everything was in stock. I doubt your system would let me order something that's not available. So you have to question themselves, not me.
Anyway, it's terrible that they cancel the order without asking me.
If the items were out of stock, I would have waited, ya know. I don't need them urgently, but I actually wanted to have them. Oh well, looks like I will just shop at the different place.

By the way, they promised to refund with no problem. Only I haven't received anything yet. When I do, I will update the complaint and tell you whether the refund was full or not.

I have made an order and received a confirmation email that everything was fine and that my payment went through. Waited for about a week and decided to contact customer service and ask about the status of my order. I went to LastCall website and found their phone number. I immediately called customer service and was told that they need some time to check what was going on. No one contacted me back so I called again and spoke to a very rude and nasty person. Their rep was sarcastic and terribly impolite. I demanded some explanations and then they just hung up on me! Still have no information regarding the status of my order.

I have ordered shoes from the company www.lastcall.com. I have chosen the size 5, but they have sent size 7. Of course, they didn’t fit me. As well as the delivery took about 3 weeks. I sent the shoes back, but I returned it when 30 days after purchase has passed. The seller returned the size 7 back and refused to change them. It was their mistake, but they refused to listen to me and my explanations.

I bought watch from the company Neimanmarcuslastcallsale. This company is total scam and ripping customers. I paid them $200 for the watch, but they provided the cheapest watch and refused to return my money back. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money.
