- Neil was both Roger Lum and myself (Raylani Hasegawa) trust attorney. He had sent out a flyer at the end of the year 2012 to transfer properties due to tax law changes (gift taxes) to occur in 2013 (which never happened). - My Uncle is not well. He is mentally incompetent. Mr. Roger Lum told Neil he was going to sue him and revert the properties back. - Mr. Nakamura protected himself by sending Mr. Lum over to his cousin Reid Nakamura (also an attorney) and told him to "SUE ME"! - His cousin is representing Neil, not Mr. Lum although Mr. Lum thought Neils cousin Reid was representing him. - I received a letter from Reid. Stating to revert the properties. In ones lifetime you may only gift five (5) Million dollars. Mr. Lum's lifetime gifting was used when the properties were transferred to me, per Neil's recommendation. Should I revert, I will be using up my lifetime five (5) million gifting. When Mr. Lum passes there will be "Huge" Tax Consequences! When I pass there will be an additional "Huge" Tax Consequences! Double the taxes on over FIVE (5) Million Dollars! - Not only this, the letter stated there was an agreement made at time of transfer, (quoting Neil) to revert back these properties should the tax law not change. Should the letter have been "JUST" the agreement would've been stated in the deeds or there would've been additional documents signed at time of transfer. - It is to my understanding Mr. Nakamura has been doing this for years to many of his clients. I am disappointed you have an Attorney such as Neil Nakamura representing AARP. The distress I've gone through is unthinkable. There's conflict of interest. (Neil told Mr. Lum his client to sue me (his client) instead of him.) There is fraudulent for none of his words are "just" there is proof. There is also "Huge tax loss". I am requesting refund of Attorney fees and discipline on Mr. Nakamura. I may be reached at [protected]. I can forward 'All' substantial evidence over should you request.
