To all of you who have had a problem with "GRANTS" and the company charging your bank cards, or accounts. I fell into that trap also!! What I did was call my Bank and finally got a telephone number to this so-called GRANT help/information, after talking to them, and requesting a refund, and that I NEVER charged anything on my account, the company told me that "I SHOULD HAVE READ THE FINE PRINT!!!. I explained that the information for Grant information was FREE, then"there Customer Service Rep said there was nothing they can do about it.
Long story short, CALL YOUR BANK, Explain what happened, because this is considered FRAUD, when they charge our accounts without our authority, how they get our credit card numbers or bank information is still a mystery.
What most Banks will do is file a FRAUD report(or you must request to do this)Then, they will investigate which MAY TAKE 4-6weeks.If this doesn't work, then call your local District Attory's office and file a complaint. I was billed $129.00 and live on a Social Security Disibility check of $700.00 a month.plus pay rent, perscriptions, gas, insurance, ect, , So you can all see why I was Livid!!! Good Luck to all of you, I hope you get your money back, I have yet too.Also, this is a Marketing Bussiness, just another RIP-OFF.
I had signed up for the $4 cd but did not realize that I was automatically enrolled for a $40 a month “service” that I receive no password to access this site! After several attempts to cancel my subscription, the charges stopped appearing on my account, then a couple of months later they started charging my account AGAIN !!! I believe this is theft!!! This is a scam and a CON and they continue to STEAL your money even AFTER you cancel your subscription
