Let us tell you something about what treatment he gives to the customers while handing over. If you think that bad construction quality, poor maintenance, shabby work is enough, you are in for more surprise when the handing over processing starts. He had collected 50k- 1lac from each customer for providing amenities at the time of sale. He has delayed ND OLIVA for 2 years already and still, power back up and lift is not there in half the blocks. Then also he started the maintenance hand over activities and what was a bolt from blue for all the customers, ND Developers want to keep the clubhouse and Pool in their name and the area of land where it is situated for ND Oliva. They also want to charge monthly usage charges for the same and there will be no control of owners association over it, which means the flat owners, cannot access common areas and it will be at the discretion of ND Developers. Imagine all this is after delaying the project for more than 2 years and collecting 50k- 1 lakh at the time of booking for providing the amenities for the flat 3 years back. They haven’t paid anything for Kaveri connection also.

The attitude of ND and his staff is also worst. It seems that we had made the mistake of our lifetime by investing with him. Requesting all Bangaloreans to desist from investing with him. If you do that, you will be heavily repenting it in future. Pls pass this on to as many ppl you know so people don't ruin their life's after investing in their other projects like ND Passion. It seems that he is trying to sell that by making tall promises.

Go and talk with any person in ND OLIVA, SEPAL, GIPFEL to know more about this builder. He is totally crap and may god perish him out of real estate market so that more innocent, gullible customers don’t fall prey to him.
