In January, I ordered a Carol Burnett & Friends dvd set which, of course, was paid for and I received an email stating that the order was shipped on Jan. 11, 2008. I thought - great - since this was a birthday gift for my daughter. Not only did I not receive my order, but was told that the shippers ran short of the item and I would be notified of the new UPS tracking number. Since then, nothing. They don't respond to emails and there is never anyone on the live chat or telephone. If anyone knows how I can get my money back, I would sure like to know how.
