Never received DVD's!

On January 11th, I ordered the 6 complete seasons of "Third Watch". I received an email stating that my package was being shipped and I was given a UPS tracking number UPS 1Z55V9Y70395699882 but I noticed a few days later that USPS never picked up my package from Naxpmedia. I tried to contact them by phone but their mailbox was full. So I contacted them by email and was given a response that they would give me a new tracking number and they never did. On January 28th they wrote me and stated "As stated in our website orders take two to three business days to process. We have been experiencing some delays with our warehouse in Hawaii and are backed up with some orders. Your order request was
received Jan 10th processed and put into our system on Jan 11th. After that UPS has to take it into its system and ship it which takes seven to ten business days. If picked up on Monday Jan 14th ten business days would be Monday Jan 28th. However becouse of delays you should give or take a few days. Please keep checking your tracking number on UPS for updates." I have tried to contact them once a week and have requested a refund but since then they are now not responding to my emails at all. Their phone system is always stating that it is down so I am still not able to contact them at all. This is the complete
