My son ordered a set of Third Watch DVDs in mid December. They never arrived. He contacted naxpmedia by their online contact form. They said they would reship, and we would receive within 4-6 weeks. They provided a UPS tracking number. Here it is the end of February, and the tracking number has only said "Billing Information Received." Nothing about being picked up, delivered, etc. I contacted naxpmedia online and their response was simply to copy the tracking info off the UPS site. They charged us $44.99... and we received nothing.
