ordered DVD box set for my son on Dec. 11 & have never received it. They sent confirmation of order with a UPS shipping # but when called UPS, they have no record of it. Can never reach anyone by phone or email. It is now Feb. 26, 2008 & the issue remains unresolved. Do NOT order from this company. As one can see now, there are many complaints of fraud against them.

Yes I ordered a Dvd Series on Dec 1 2007 and its now Mar 5 2008... No emails answered and phone lines are still down. Charged my credit card asap but still no Dvds. Wish I knew how to get my money back from them. Any answers greatly appriecated.
