Ok...I found Naxpmedia via the internet while searching for DVD's. I placed an order for the Third Watch box set. They charged my credit card immediately and said that my order was shipped on 12-24-07. It is now February 22nd, 2008 and I have yet to receive my order. I have been in contact with one of their CSR reps, Jennifer. My first complaint in was the status of my order. After a few email exchanges Jennifer said that their Hawaii hub was low on product and that my order would ship asap. I thought, like within a week or two my order would ship. WRONG. Two weeks ago I just said the hell with it. I made contact with Jennifer and asked for a refund. She said it would take one to two weeks. So here we are today, the end of the second week and guess what???? NO REFUND.

Please, do not use these guys for anything. They are full of lies. Nothing ships asap and trying to get issues resolved is like pulling teeth.
