Placed order 1/9/08 and shows order was shipped 1/10/08. UPS tracking number shows it was never received by UPS. Credit card was billed on 1/10/08. Contacted via email 1/29/08 to determine status of order, no response. Emailed again 2/4/08 no response. Called and automated response was that the call center was closed as is the Live Help on the web site. Tried to call order center later thinking maybe someone would answer to take an order, but phone center was closed during business hours. This place is a ripoff and should be reported to the BBB and states attorney office.
