Well I ordered Third Watch going back in September 2007 it’s now the 30th January 2008 and I still have not received my DVD’s... Spoke to Todd Bank several times via email and got the same excuse that everyone else did. They are having problems with the postal service. He told me that it would not clear customs. After about 5 or 6 emails in the last 2 months I still have not had I reply and the online chat is not working. Well last time I checked it was not hard to put a product in a box and post it!!!

It’s ok for them to charge you credit card straight away but when we complain we don’t get our product they don’t responded. I’d just like to say Todd Banks how can you lie to people!!! Or are you the one that owns this company!!!
