I placed an order with Naxpmedia in November of 2007. I tried to contact them on several occasions both by phone, email and fax and I received no answer and/or no response. Finally out of options and with no other recourse open to me I called my credit card company and filed a claim to get my money back. The fact that this website is still open and continuing to steal peoples money is absolutely mind-boggling to me! Why doesn't someone close this site down? Also it states on the site that it is secured...clearly it's not so what about that company too? I hope people learn to research like I have although it's very sad that we have to learn the hard way.
