Non-delivery!

Submitted order on Dec. 4, 2007 received e-mail it was shipped then received another e-mail two weeks later saying it was re-shipped and gave a tracking number. When it still hadn't been delivered I checked the tracking and was told it doesn't exist now it's Jan 15, 2008 no delivery and can not make contact with company in any way WHAT IS MY RECOURSE? Also, is this company related to TVSHOWPLANET? Foolish me this is second time trying to get some DVD's online I'm out $128.58 HELP!!!
