Ordered set of "Boy Meets World" DVD's on Dec 6, 2007. Had a mix-up on address. Did not state they would not ship to P.O. Box. E-mailed physical address and was sent an e-mail stating "(sic) outta here". Called USPS and they said package was never received. USPS gave me a tel. number to have Naxpmedia call to clarify and correct problem. Naxpmedia never called. Further e-mails were not answered. Could not telephone them because their phone system was being upgraded! It's been 30 days and they still haven't fixed their phone lines!
