I ordered on 12/11/07. My credit card was processed immediately. On 12/17/07, I began calling - never an answer. I sent a customer service email and they responded with an update that my order had shipped and gave me a UPS tracking number. As of today, 12/21/07, UPS shows that they have received the billing information for my shipment , but they have not received the package to be shipped and suggested I contact my shipper. NaxpMedia has not responded to the email I sent this morning and of course no one is answering the phone. So it doesn't sound like it's ever been shipped - fraud alert!

I was supposed to be a Christmas present...

Naxpmedia billed my credit card back in the beginning of December. Order for Boxed Set of Boy Meets World never came. Naxpmedia notified me by email that order was lost and a new order was being placed. Checked tracking number with UPS. UPS statement has never changed in two weeks "Billing Information Received - check with Shipper for more information. Calls are not picked up. I've sent three emails to naxpmedia which have never been answered, including giving this a.m. as a deadline before filing a formal complaint.

I also ordered on Dec 3rd. Also Boy meets world. Credit card billed immediately and same status as above. In fact the order on the naxpmedia site changed only after I emailed on Dec 18th questioning the order. My UPS tracking also shows notification of billing no delivery status. HELP This company is a fraud!

I also ordered "Boy Meets World" on Dec. 7th. My credit card was billed immediately. It is now January. I received a UPS tracking number for a package that UPS says has yet to be received from NaxpMedia. NaxpMedia's phone lines and on-line help is never in service. After my first e-mail requesting a status (when I received the bogus tracking number) all further emails (3 -- including a request for a refund) have been ignored.

I ordered in October and they debited my cresdit card Oct 18 and talked to them early in Dec and they assured my I would receive it by Chrsitmas. I still have not received it and they will not respond to any e-mails and their mail box is now full. I am going to my credit card company and the better business bureau over this.

On 12/14/07 I ordered Carrol Burnett and Friends. The charge on my credit card has gone thru and I have not received my order. UPS has come up with some jibberish that they give out tracking numbers without picking up a package all the time. They accept no responsibility and only suggest I go back to Nexpmedia. Their ads are all over the internet shopping sites. Is there no way to put a stop to this out and out fraud?

On 11/21 Naxpmedia charged my credit card account for Boy Meets World Series. My daughter ordered this for a Christmas present and still has not received it. I have called, e-mailed and tried live chat (of course no one was available). No phone is working, e-,mail is not returned and UPS keeps saying they received billing information. Where is my order. Is this place real or just money stealers? I contacted my credit card company and I guess some place higher up is next.

OHHHH MY GOD, I'm not the only one. What a bunch of A-holes. I'm hoping I can dispute my charge too. I got the same UPS msg "billing information received but package not at UPS" and the same Naxpmedia message (3 times) "we'll return your email w/in 48 hours," blah blah blah. I just sent over a fax... we shall see...

oh gosh! Glad to know I am not the only one. I ordered Boy Meets World on December 9th for a Christmas present. It didn't arrive and was given a UPS tracking number. UPS said they had billing information but no package! I've contacted customer service by email with no response and I've tried to call as well with recording that their customer service center is temporarily closed. I too was billed immediately and will be contact my credit card company.

Wow! I was hoping I was the only one going through this! I sent a check for my order on Dec. 5, 2007 for the Smurfs DVD. On Dec. 19 I emailed them to see if they received my check which they said the had not. Finally I got an email on Dec. 27 saying my order had been shipped. I checked my account and of course my check finally cleared. And now, same song and dance as everyone else apparently, UPS tracking says billing info has been received and it hasn't changed. I have been lucky enough to get replies to the numerous emails I have sent. The latest in my situation is that they are supposed to send me a refund for my purchase that I NEVER GOT within 1 week or I will be contacting law enforcement and my attorney. We will see!!

These kind of companies do not guarantee the shipment receipt date. They skillfully leave it to the shipping company and send you the tracking no. which is nothing but a printed label no. which is handy to them. After the printing the label, they wait until the season ends and the merchandise become cheaply available in the market and buy them at cheap rate and ship it later. Unfortunately FTC rules are not made to help the customers until long 30 days and these rogue companies take full disadvantage of such hidden/fine rules.

Also notice that they mention to file a dispute within 30 CALENDAR DAYS of "ordering the item" while most of the time is spent by them "shipping" the item where they calculate the BUSINESS DAYS. When the shipment arrives at the customer, they have merely few days left to check it out of the whole calendar month. If they find something wrong, they have to wait to dispute until the business day.

There are many companies like these on eBay doing business 'un-ethically'. Are they following the FTC rules? - yes but they are not open about their policy of actual shipping date.
