I am being charged 9.95 every month for something, I don`t even know what, by natural cures. I can`t get a hold of them and the credit card can`t do anything either. This is robbery.

Open another credit card with another company and cancel the one you're being billed on. It's a pain in you know what, but when it comes to a monthly billing credit cards don't want to get involved. I had a similar problem for over a year.
