Tried to contact company with no success. I have been billed over 7 months for a product (I think that is what they called it) that I specifically did not want.
I order the weight loss cure book and newsletter, when the news letter arrived, it was dated for June, 2007, and we are in the month of October. After many attempts to contact these people, only to be put on hold, or cut off, I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau for IL. I have not had any success, and I feel really bad that consumers are taken advantage.
Customer satisfaction 978-299-2298... what a joke you can wait 30 minutes and no one ever answers the phone. So you can't cancel because no one will speak to you. I'm on hold now... this is the reorder number 800-899-8349. Still no REAL PEOPLE just music. After 16 minutes on hold "wayne" tells me they are getting over loaded with calls some one will call me back in 24 hrs to handle my problem.
