I cannot even go into enough details about how bad of service that this company provides. The week of issues and calls that I have had with these people is simply unacceptable. Being transferred...hung up on...voicemail...and never a single call returned to me. I am trying to cancel my policy which I expect will only happen with some type of lawsuit, which will wind up costing more than it is worth.

Do not use them is the best advice I can give you. I have had another one in the past which was not great, but in comparison to NHP, they were a saint!

Hello Everyone,

I am looking into ways that we can get a class-action so that we can all be reimbursed from NHP. The general consensus is that they are a huge scam, intimidating people, and not covering claims. I have stories of my own too, but I want my money back so that I can get a home warranty from a reputable company. These people are criminals and should be liable and jailed.
