junk debt buyer
Complaint Rating: 100 % with 7 votes
Company information:
National Credit Acceptance Inc
Sacramento, California
United States
This company buys old debts and trys to collect on them. They use scare tactics to try and get you to pay amounts that are way above what you might actually owe and they charge excessive attorney fees for work that is not being done by attorneys and is basically boilerplate forms. They send false documents to the courts and think that rules do not apply to them. They will do whatever it takes to quickly get a judgment against you so that they can garnish your wages or levy your bank acccounts. Beware of this company. They are aka "NCA Financial".

i myself a vivtim of boiler plates in petitions to verified and or to confirm abitration awards, that the creditor retailer and the account number had no relation to me the only correct iformation was my name .
94.000.00 of debt that is proofen not to be mine.the superior court files service papers without being served, that on opne of the cases the interest was 99.7 percent .the memrandom of cost was filed after the petition was granted to john pugh and lawrance smith the attorneys filed the papers the day before the hearings .the court is part of this criminal abuse of the law .the state bar office of ther trial chief, the attorney general of californi a advidses to retain a state bar member .it is hard to retain a lawyer after the checking account was emptied, no help for the vivtim of nca, naf and the suprior courts ruling on the petition .
94.000.00 of debt that is not mine and the proof of the fact was called unintelidgble and or that i am an idiot and have no rights whats so ever the same unreasoble ruler also denied a fee waiver to appeal is ruling based on a proposal claiming that i did not appear, the minute order clealy stated that i was there and an argument betwen parties was heard .the proposed order 2 days after the ruling claiming that the judge did not understand my enlish was the ruling whenthe true facts were presented the order proposed av default ruling failed toappear and no written response was filed .this is a sad issue, that john pugh can pick up and empty roll of toilet papr {card board but my name on it then files thru his favored clerk and then after never serving will have a money judment by filing an empty roll of toilet paper.that is true fact and was presented to the state bar and attorney general and the judicial performance .the true fact resulted 94.000.00 and in additional punishment for mentioning the toilet paper my ssi benefits were cut to 0.00. i have nothing what are they trying to collect ?no legal defense in propria persona

The legal collection process is controlled by the laws of the state not by debt buyers or their attorneys. There are excellent resources on the internet to view and know the California Code of Civil procedure or other applicable state laws . Consumers need not be ignorant of the rules or be surprised by the legal process.
You can avoid the legal entanglements by negotiating monthly repayment plans or discounted settlements with creditors, collections agencies and debt buyers. The pro active approach works best.
