Horrific Customer Service

Follow the logic:
1. I pay my monthly National City online and it is set up as recurring.
2. Seven months go by, no problems
3. May 2008 my monthly statement said they never got my Apil payment.
4. Talk to customer service to get more info and they could not have been any more RUDE.
5. I get Bank of American (bill pay) and National City both on the phone and they worked it out. National City rep said he would credit my account for the late fee.
6. August 08 statement reads 39.40 late fee owed and 18.49 other fees owed
7. Talked to customer service and the person said "why would they credit this, who did this?' I told her to read the notes. She said she would submit the request to have it removed.
7A. I asked what charges for "Total Other Fees Owed" were and her first response was "I dont know, probably taxes or something." Then she told me I bounced a check. If you check back at item #3 they said they never got my payment so when I placed a stop payment on the April check to National City. LOOKS LIKE THEY GOT IT.
Well that cost me $20.00. . Then she kept yelling at me saying "YOU BOUNCED A CHECK, YOU BOUNCED A CHECK (over and over)"
8. Thats as far as the conversation went then the lady said i was being rude and hung up.
I am tranferring my remaining $35K to another account bacause I would rather pay slightly more in interest to a better lender who treats me like a customer.
