I didn’t like how the company National Boat Covers Eevelle treated me. I have bought the boat cover, but these guys didn’t tell me that the cover was defective. Now I have red spots on my boat, because of this cover. I couldn’t remove them. Therefore, I have sent several messages with the photos to this company. Unfortunately, the company did nothing. The problem hasn’t been solved.

I had a similar experience...
Return Policy is anything but easy. This is a one way trip. First off, once I ordered the cover it took 20 days to receive it. Their web site boasts easy returns and guaranteed fit. I worked with one of their reps when ordering the cover. I told them the dimensions of the boat and they said to add 2 ft so the engines would be covered... I did. The cover ended up being about 2 ft too long. No problem, right? WRONG! They want me to send back the cover to go thru an inspection process. Then they will "make" and send me a new cover if it passes their inspection process. Keep in mind this is all in the 30 day return period. I'm guessing if it does pass "inspection" my boat will be uncovered at this time of year for about 30 days at least. Guessing if it doesn't pass inspection they will make me pay to ship it back to me. REALLY DISAPPOINTED! Before you purchase google "National Boat Cover Reviews" and you will see a ton of posts just like mine. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
