ALSO you guys need to realize how many freaking NATIONAL AUTO WARRANTY or AUTO WARRANTY DEALERS there is.

You are all getting US Fidelis, and other warranty companies mixed up.

you guys are completely relentless. if your stupid enough to call a place cause of a commercial or a old letter you had laying around and give them your number at the time they ask for one then you are just asking for a million calls a day. OBVIOUSLY YOU KNOW they are going to call you back. It's like if you show a jehovahs witness interest in what they are talking about they are going to come back. Call a sale place your going to get follow up calls.
And the whole thing on the brothers if you guys even paid attention, Darrian did some stupid things when he was younger. He is in his late 40's now and did all of that when he was 19-20. He has openly admitted to the fact that he has made some mistakes in his past but then again. HAVEN'T WE ALL?! Just because a guy can come back from a troubling life to being able to make money doesn't give anybody the right to go after him about his past.
And if you all haven't even bothered looking at the positive of the company out of the 25, 000 or whatever complaints on the BBC they have only 11 of them were unresolved. Looking at how many happy freaking customers they have compared to their stupid BBC report means nothing. Do you know how many complaints your local MCDONALDS or WALMART get?!
Why not give the poor people who work there a break. They are just doing their job to make ends meat to live just like everyone else. You think people at burger king love their job and deal with grease? no. but they do it to live.
Look at the whole picture before focusing on one small point and thinking negatively from there. No wonder why America is so negative.

I have been receiving phone calls on a recently acquired ( new) phone number. I've received about 30 last chances to renew or extend my vehicle warranty. Up on pushing # 1 telephone button, I''m ask to verify my vehicle make, model and year. This clearly reminds me that this is a rip-off as the persons calling has no idea what vehicle is involved or who I am. I have began a campaign of colorful language, usage, once I get a live person of the line. It seems being on the Don't call list and Filing FTC complaints doesn't have any AFFECT on these idiots here in Virginia. I receive a phone call every day at about 7:15 PM. I let the phone ring several times. pickup and punch # 1 to talk to a live person and get rather colorful with my displeasure. Have had the pleasure of talking with a so-called supervisor who didn't appreciate my colorful sense of being irritated with their continuous calls. Don

These people fuck with our lives. I think it's time to fuck with theirs. If anyone knows anyway to take this company down a noche, or even to just harrass/annoy/embarass/destroy the shit out of it, make it known. I call all those pissed off people getting phone calls in the middle of the night to take up arms and wage all out warfare against them. Anonymous took down SCIENTOLOGY'S fucking website. Compared to that, this should be a piece of cake. Good hunting.

Bastards have been calling me for 2-3 years..have been on NDNC list for three years or so and am still valid on NDNC list...I've tried everything prompted#2 aked to be removed...Asked where where and who they are and they either hang up or say I'm will be removed. I filed complaints with NDNC with no response.
Also as another person listed I get call from some company with "Last change to lower my interest rate" for about just as long with same damn results..won't leave me alone..both call a least once a week to 3-4 times a week...WONDER IF BOTH COMPANIES ARE RELATED !!! BASTARDS

I think that there has to be a hacker that can break into their system, and download a virus that would delete their database, but thats just me hopping for this to happen. I hope that maybe someone might know of someone that knows a hacker that do this, , , , it would be a great hack...

How about a does of their own medicine. Use a program that calls them say every 2 seconds do that for about 6 hours and jam up their systems? No worse then them harassing us if no one can stop them they would have to investigate us right ?

I have received too many phone calls from the National Auto Warranty Service. They keep trying to sell me an extended warranty. I have used their "Press 2 to be removed" system, and they call back. I've talked to their agent and asked to be removed from their calling system, and was told I would be...only to be called back repeatedly. I've talked to their agents several more times, asked to be removed each time, been told I would be each time, yet still they keep calling back.
I have no business with this company, and even though I am on the national 'No Call List' they call me again and again and again. I wish that they just stop calling me. I have NO interest in doing business with a company that harasses, rather than serving people.

To EVERYBODY who has been recieving these irritating calls from out of state, false numbers, just to find that when they answer there is an unspecified company claiming that your auto warranty is about to expire, that "we have made several attempts to reach you"...and so on; After researching the matter online, everybody who has followed through with these calls just to attain the company's information, has said that the company is
AUTOMOTIVE WARRANTY SOLUTIONS (despite what people will write on this or any other message board)

I have called them a few times today and hassled whoever I get on the phone, just to give them a little bit of the taste of irritation that I have recieved over and over again because of them.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CALL THEM AND DO THE SAME...

I've been getting these calls for 6 months now, and I don't think it's just a T-Mobile issue. I have SprintPCS, and I know people with Verizon Wireless are also getting these calls. Unfortunately there isn't much your cell carrier can do for you -- they are legally obligated to connect calls from any number that isn't specifically blocked. I guessing the reason that these calls come hit one carrier all at once is that they are using sequential dialers. Each carrier has blocks of numbers that all start with the same 6 digits and most of the time run sequentially. So, if someone is using a war dialer they might go through 10-100 thousand numbers with the same carrier. I've also filed an FCC complaint for what it's worth.

I'm a student at Brandeis University in Waltham, MA, and I'm writing a research paper on the effectiveness of consumer-awareness websites. Specifically, I'm looking at how people can use the site not only as a forum to air grievances but also as a constructive tool used by businesses to help resolve disputes. I would really appreciate any input that anyone would be willing to give.

I just got the call. I didn't pick up. Usually it's my husband who gets them. And yes we both have T-Mobile! So maybe there is a connection with that.

This is so out of hand. After I connected with the operator to ask for the umpteenth time for them to stop calling me she said she would put me on the do not call list. I gave her my number and since then I have received fifty calls from people asking me to take their number of the list. The bitch is giving out my cell phone number as the number to call to get your name off the list. Interesting thing is almost all the people who called are getting these calls on their T-mobile cell phones. Is there a connection? I spoke with T-Mobile and they were no help...told me I could change my number. I'm wondering if others also use t-mobile or are people with different services getting the calls? Seems like an easy way to stop the calls is quit T-Mobile. Maybe if enough people do that, they might take action.

If you really want to trust these guys check out go to the Kansas Dept of Corrections and do a former inmate search using Darain Atkinson's name. You will find he served time for fraud and forgery back in 1986. Maybe this is why he also has a house in the Cayman's.

I don't get it - I tried calling U.S. fidelis and they said they don't have an outoing call department. Both people I talked with there seem nice and congenial - try to help. Are you people sure you got the right company pinned down here?

Before we go rushing to harrass a company or a poor couple's home, we should make sure that we're getting it right. Does anyone know for sure that it is U.S. Fidelis (formerly National Auto Warranty) or could it be someone scamming us using their name? Has anyone gone through the process with a credit card, received information, or anything tangible that could link this scam to an address? Will they only accept credit cards or is a check acceptable (could setup a bank account with nothing in it and write them a check - see who cashes it)...

I've been getting harrassed as well - just want to make sure that the mob mentality doesn't put some innocent company out of biz or unneccessarily harrass people in their homes.

I just filed a complaint with the FTC too. This has been going on at my company for over 2 years...at least 6 calls a week if not a day.

I agree this company is a pain.

But in know how they got my number. And maybe once you hear this you will realize it happened to you too!

I got a call on my cell phone from some sort of weird area code. (dont remember, it was like 2 months ago)

Anywho it was an extremely muffled voice that i could hardly understand.

The few words i did understand made it sound like it was in regards to my bank account or my credit card.

So i thouhgt tho myseld "man this call sounded important"...so i called them back.

And as soon as i called them back it said

"thank you for choosing blah blah blah warranty blah blah blah"

it made it seem like i knew that i was calling them back and that by doing so i said it was okay to call my cell 2 times a week.

I will be seeking legal advice on this. Every other...to every day I recieve a call from this company...National Automotive Warranty Center...for over..Im guessing a year!! I have tried to use the select an option to remove my name to talking with somebody. Each time I talked with somebody a vulgar remark was said to me, I was hung up on, or the phone was slammed on the desk several times in my ear! I have filed dozens of complaints with the DNCR and this company still calls...my home phone. The best thing you...we can do is document the call and file a complaint with the DNCR...this will also time stamp the call as well as the complaint.
