Product does work.

I fully agree this company is a Fake company and betray good believing customer. I ordered one of their products and got the order-confirmation the same day 28th of July through a German e- mail sales@orviax.de that products with the order number [protected] should be sent out in 24 hour.
Up to day 14th o August I haven't received any product or answer om my mails. Money is booked of at my bank account under the name NATHANS NATURAL. his people should be arrested, sett at a court case and should newer be able to go free on the streets or be able to do business again.

Stay away from this company...I have ordered from them and paid but never received my goods and they won't answer any emails and I cannot find a contact number.

I ordered a bottle from the company initially, and while it did take a while to come, but found it helped my sons skin, so decided to place another order. When I placed the order it didn't seem to go through properly, so I ended up repeating the order five times (also had added another product which I decided to try for myself). As soon as I realised I had paid that many times I sent them a message through their website, as the return on the confirmation e-mail did not work. I heard no more so sent another message but by then had received an automatic e-mail saying the goods had been shipped. This is over two months ago and I have never received them. I have tried numerous times to contact them - nothing works. I am so angry with the company as it looks like they specialise in conning people and getting away with it. They have got my payment several times over and I can't do a thing about it! BEWARE SPREAD THE WORD THEY ARE DUDS! Order it from E-bay - it's safer.

I have not received my product even and this fraud company is not even replying my emails. If any one knows how to catch them please let me know. I wish to sue this company.

It looks like for once in my life, I am the luckiest person around.
I have ordered a weight loss product from this company, received my goods within good time and lost weight using the product. I lost roughly one pound each week for 16 weeks and have kept the weight off.
The product I ordered basically acted as an appetite suppressant which, when taken safely and as prescribed worked wonders.
I have never had a reason to contact their customer services, so am unable to comment on that aspect.

I ordered the same sort of deal with 2 for 3 bottles and found it didn't work and the pills just chocked me. I sent email after email and got nothing until around a month later saying "sorry for the delay".I almost fell about laughing. Before the products even arrived I had a problem. I bought first class packaging it didn't come till about a week and a half later. Their PO BOX address was in Bedford, England. I live right next to there. In theory it should have been at my door within 2 hours. I contacted my bank opening a case with them. But now they won't help me because I already got the product and sent it back. I would have bought tracking but I'm not spending anymore money on this damned company. I will be contacting trading standards and the police about this. I'm still within their 90 day returns period. Sellers on EBay from China are more reliable and talkative than this lot. Again like some of you I don't earn much. £64 is a LOT out of my wage. They seem to just want to suck in the vulnerable. I'm contacting BBC watchdog too. Make sure to spread the word!

I ordered their product at £59.00 though I was debited £60.70 - no idea why. The merchandise never arrived. No reply to my many emails including via their online contact form which claims to respond within 24 hours. I do not have spare money so it's been very stressful. I've filed it as fraud with the police but they won't follow it up unless enough people do the same so please file it as fraud with the police you can do it online. Also if you used your debit card you can write to your credit card company (bank) and request the money back. Find out at the office of fair trading. Don't let them get you!

I placed the orders & it's been already 2 weeks I had not received the orders

this company is fake so please do not order any stuff..wast of time and money...I tried many time to contact them but always they said they will send me e-mail but noting happn.

Just received them after I made a comment on facebook about non receipt of the goods.
Now I'm apprehensive about trying it.
Seriously not sure if I should use the product! Again I should have done more homework...

Called the SUPPOSED UK number, went through to NEW YORK. Told female operator that I'd tried to cancel my order via email but had heard nothing from them. She then told me she'd pass my message on. i told her I didnt want her to pass the message on and that I needed to speak to someone NOW. She said there was no body to speak to. I've never been in this situation before and I'm so angry. I told the woman on the phone that I'd be contacting the police. AND I WILL. PLUS BBC 1's WATCHDOG programme. I am hoping I will be able to get a refund via my bank. Fingers crossed. Good luck all!

what makes this scam so successful is that it looks as if it is endorsed by Dr Oz and the first time that you see mention of Nathans Natural is when payment has been completed, it looks as if this scam is routed via another company called west coast fashions which also seems to be a dummy organisation, The scamster uses well known people like Beyonce and Dr Oz to draw you in

This is the worse company ever, first they stole my money then i couldnt return the product that didnt work.They also would not respond to any of my emails i had no way of contacting them.Terrible customer service also my product was sent to me with no invoice inside! Please Dont Order Anything From These People You Will Be sorry!

I have to say that, although the service is not very good, I just received my package this morning. I have been using the Nuvoryn for several weeks and must say that I did find that it made a difference. It could be partly psychological but I must speak the truth and say that, for me, it worked.

Com meu Cartão Visa, o Banco do Brasil já descontou em meu salário o Mês passado, e até hoje não tive nem noticia da minha mercadoria. Pergunto aos Senhores, o que devo fazer para receber minha mercadoria.? E por que tanta demora.? Os Senhores não afirmam que é de 5 a 10 dias para se receber a mercadoria solicitada.?
Mas, ainda estou aguardando.

Oh my Gosh! Wished I`d also read about them before ordering. I ordered two products, one on special buy two get one free!
Spent over R1500.00 and now this. I was desperate and these products looked good for what I wanted. I don`t earn alot of money so this is a real shock to hear all these complaints and know i`ve waisted my hard earned salary! It`s been 11 days since I placed the order and nothing. i ordered 2 products guarantee to lost weight
it was a huge scam
even though I wrote to cancel my order the order for one item came 2 weeks later and another product that I order is missing in action
this is a total scam

I had the same situation like all those customers, you can't call them you can't contact them in any way. I will send my order back with track and trace and loge a dispute with my credit card provider. Is a bad company and not worth working with them. So really stay away, Try Real dose or any other product but where you can contact customer service, not this sort of scam companies

I've try to cancel an order... it's impossible. This company is a ghost (no phone number, no valid email adress...)

April 27. 2012 Returned the product never got the refund so if you contact the better business bureau after so many complaints they will shut them down. And call the detectives in Traverse City make a complaint contact MARGO [protected].

i wished too i read this comment before i bought 3 bottles of orviax i paid for them i order them about 5 weeks i still didn't received it and i email them but i didn't received reply from them

I honestly wished I had read this comments before placing my order about 6weeks ago. I am yet receive my order (Orviax). Now I know I have been conned.
