Do not order from Braziec!!!

There are several complaints about them on the internet.
Elenir Cezimbra is a joke as far as professionalism.
She first sent me prices in dollars, but when I finally placed an order, 2 weeks later, she told me that the dollar went down, and because of that she raised the prices almost 50%.
Not to mentioned the excuses everytime I called her. First she was busy with clients from abroad. Then she was away on a trip. Then the cell phone did not have signal where she was. Then she was on a meeting...

This lady Nathalie Raz is a Brazilian lady who wanted to buy hair from us - she pretend to be foregner during months asking for all kinds of informations and during these months she has always got her answer timely. She took long to decide on her purchase and when she decided to prices where raised and she got frustrated. She kept calling in most odd times and with no respects for someones private life - thinking I had to be there just to answer her calls and in fact she wants to became a concurent of our company - she is posting negative coments just to eliminate concurrents before she even begins to be a hair supplier. She can better open her own factory and do not bother others that do not wish to do business with her.

I fully agree with the complainant. Funny how Elenir for "Braziec" is quick to defend herself as per her 13 days ago posting. She has time to respond to these things when she does not even resp0nd to my emails when I ask her about my order status that I paid for in April 2009. She is such a fraud and she pretends to be kind and caring to customers before they send their money. As soon as she recieves your money she vanishes and all communication stops. You then have to run behind her by calling and emailing her while she ignores you. She has all typs of excuses from being sick, to blaming TNT and FedEx for loosing the parcel forgetting that she gave you a fake track number.

I would like to go to Brazil one day and track down this Elenir lady and her company I think I have alot to say to her. I have been trying to get legal representitives and as soon as I succeed to fly to Brazil I will sue her and claim damages for what she put me through. I am sure tracking her down will not be difficult. I have already got some well known people in USA to check if her address and factory are in fact for real.

i send emails and spoke to one of the directors of the company called Elenir Cezimbra. her email address is elenir.cezimbra@yahoo.com.

This is about two weeks ago and i have still not received the hair. I have been calling her and as soon as she hear my voice of the phone, she put the phone down.

I have receipts for payment plus emails i have exchange with this lady to prove this query.

I would be grateful if someone could please help me with this matter or point me in the right direction on how to go about this matter.

I am also based in the UK. I am so disappointed!!! I placed an order from Braziec back in April. Everything was handled in a professional manner and I received my goods. I made a further order in September inc. shipment in the region of €2, 300 and I have not received my order. The original excuses were that the banks were on strike and now, nothing, a big fat ZERO. I am so angry and hurt that I have been ripped off by someone whom I thought I had a good business relationship with.

My emails are not being answered, neither are any telephone calls... this i snot the end though...
