This is truth. NSH give no good food no water. NSH take salary and cheat employe. No leave giving. Vacation going deduct salary and no bonus propery give. Mess food no good working morning 6 to night 9pM.Agent taking money 0ne lakk rupee fix salary and when come to NSH no proper salary. A very very bad company.

This is false allegation levelled towards the company. There is no truth. they are reputed company in the middle east. this is intended to malign a successful company. It is avery good company and very reputed one. somebody is purposefully writing all this to give a bad name. This is a very good and sucessful company.

Dear Gentlemen,
When I searched, I found your complaint regarding your certificate being held by NSH. You might have had a bad experience with them on some reasons.It would be appreciated if you talk to the concerned officers in NSH to resolve the differences and get your certificates, if any.Being an organisation which feeds more than 50, 000 families, there are a few disciplinary parameters which might not be felt good by a few individuals. This should not be taken as the criteria for judging any organisation. However, it is sure that you might have got a spring board for your career as you had worked with NSH.

This company is only for Malayalees. They will do all favours only to Keralaties. They use to insult even other south indian communities.
This company is 100% FIT only for Mallus.
They do professional works but they are not professionals.
It is 100% true that they ll do all deductions in salary while leaving on Exit even after completing contract period.
It can become a good company if they change theit behaviors and arrogant rules.

I would like to share the experience of Nasser Al Hajiri Corporation (NSH) Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) with the viewers who read this article. I have served as Civil Manager from Aug05’ to July06’ in KSA under labour visa. which I found few months later which stopped me in bringing my family to KSA.I have told by the NSH recruited agency in kerala that I can avail 15 days leave once in 6 months but nobody agreed on this issue when I completed 6 months. The day one reporting in NSH, H.O, Mr. Unni(Personal Dept Head) has collected my original Diploma (D.C.E) and Graduate (B.E) certificates and also came to know that my first two months salary will be kept under their hold and will be paid during the vacation period .Once I completed my one year of service I have planned for my vacation with great struggle and finally management has agreed to send me for vacation. I went to the H.O in Alkobar for getting my settlement and Passport(PP) by 10 a.m. but I have been asked to wait in reception, by 6.30 p.m a personal dept person came with settlement paper to get my signatures but I understood they kept my two month salary under hold and no leave salary and no yearly Bonus and also made many deduction for Air ticket difference and reentry fees like that in my current month salary (July06’), Immediately I called Area Manager, Project Manager, Personal dept Head but no body answered my telephone call, so I was really fed up because my flight check in was by 7.30p.m in Dammam which is 120 km from Alkobar so I made up my mind to sign all papers shown to me in high level secrecy no chance as given to me to see any of the papers I have signed all papers and got my PP with Air ticket with tears to my homeland.
Once I completed my vacation holidays I was prepared to come back to KSA so I went to Srilankan Airlines H.O in Chennai for Ticket confirmation but there is no seats availability so I have to wait for 2months or I have to pay additional money to change my class to business regarding this I have telephoned to Mr. Unni (Personal Dept Head) two times and also send mails 3 times to make arrangements for my Air Ticket but no response from him. So I waited for one month but found no response from NSH so I started searching job and got an offer in Qatar and planned to go for this offer. But Mr. Unni called me after 3 months (Nov06’) to report to duty but I explained his negligence towards my employment and clearly told him due to your late response I have accepted another offer so I am not in a position to come back to NSH no more because I have to feed my family and I cannot sit idle for 3 months waiting for employment from NSH.
I faced problem again, when I joined a new company in Qatar, that my Saudi Visa is not cancelled so I cannot stamp Qatar Residence Visa. Immediately I called Mr. Unni NSH to cancel my Saudi Visa and he also agreed verbally but no action was taken so I cannot continue my employment in Qatar for more than 20 days so returned back to Chennai.
The Lesson learnt from NSH
1) Lost my Valuable original certificates(DCE &BE)
2) Lost my Money.
3) Lost my current employment(Qatar)
So I conclude siting above experience as I handled in a project whole civil part which values in Millions but management showed Bully on me personally. Also the truth I have declared not to hurt any management representatives but only to tell the realities of human values, where they scarifying their life and coming to abroad only for a piece of bread to their family.

What this gentleman narrated here is exactly true. I worked in this company for 9 years, belong t chennai. Now I did not go back to Saudi. I was in Yanbu. As above somebody told, this company is only for Malayalees. They are stupid goose, know nothing, only they can make Tea. You can ask, knowing all these how I worked for 9 years. What to do I want money. Tolerated everything. But before going to middle east, I worked in Kerala for 10 years in central government, resigned and came to chennai, telling that, I saw hell in earth. So with this experience I adjusted with those idiots and worked there. If you want money you have to tolerate all these. Especially Tamilians are fond of food and quiet living cannot suit to these people. How many malayalees are living in Tamilnadu. Think, drive them out.

NSH the cheaters with very high range of thinking. only the uneducated people can work here. all the managers in NSH are labours or they dont have education. if anyone want to get good positions in Nasser Al Hajri means, they must have the following qualifications:-
a.they will be ready to give anything to the members of trust, even if they ask your wife or sister
b.you wont respond to any problems created by them
c. you have to walk with them by polishing their shoes and by washing their underwears
d. you have to follow excatly what they are telling

I feel for the guys who are stuck in nsh
may god help them to save their lives
i have joined the company after my btech
assured salary hike in 3 months by some unscrulptuous recruiters(worldlink kayamkulam), Still i am working for slave wages even after completing one year term
I can put forward some sujjestions for the company to improve in future
1-Remove all uneducated guys from key positions
2-Return back all certificates to the employees to free their mind up
3-Provide vacations for those of who asked for
4-Improve salary as per industrial standards
5- treat engineers like engineers not just mere "Staff"
6- Provide better food
7-Sack all the guys who doesnt know any job to do, Other than harming site personnel and are roaming around the site (there are thousands of such bastards in Saudi Kayan project) for no reason
8-Use only productive manpower as per requirement only(Keeping 10 people for 5 men's job wont help)
I know company guys are aware of these complaints lodged in complaintsboard
If the responsible guys take actions with immediate effect this company will have a future otherwise even god cant help

I agreed all these complaints forwarded by these employees of NSH. This is absolutely correct. I don't know about the past times of NSH. But nowadays the activities of management is very cruel, compared with these complaints. Here the management means one group of peoples they didn't have basic knowledge about schooling. Advantages for you if you are join in this concern,
# You can prove your talent through working more than 15 hours in a day without any overtime.
# You can get so many diseases via the food provided by them.
# You can find out the different colors of tablets.
# You can learn about how to cheat somebody.

even after earning enough money to live for centuries why should he do this to poor employees ?why cant he operate as other company owners?

Dear friends,

I am working with NSH, Saudi Arabia for past 15 years in a reasonably good position. I am very much upset and shocked to see such lewd remarks about a company of international repute. I am wondering how people can go down to such level and write such awful comments. Some of the remarks made above are very very bad. Its really painful my friends.

Let me tell you about myself. I am basically a Tamilian. When I joined NSH I didn’t have anything at my home and feeding my family was a great difficulty for me. This company has protected me very nicely and promotions and timely hike in salary has made me a successful man today. And the result is that I am able to make good earnings for myself and my family. Its only because of NSH. The allegations that this is a Malayalee company is not at all true. I am a Tamilian and I have always got good cooperation from the management as well the other co-workers. I think around 40-50% people working in NSH are from Tamilnadu. Mr. RBA has written above that Malayalees should be driven out of Tamilnadu. My good friend, do you feel this feeling of yours is correct? What will happen if everybody think like that? Even we Tamilians will be thrown out of other states/countries.

The new people joining NSH doesn’t know the background of NSH. They all want white collar jobs as soon as they land here. I think they should first understand that this is a Construction company and they may have to compromise many things as is prevalent in such industries. When they are unable to cope up with the circumstances here, their thinking is going negative.

I have been working for NSH for the past 15 years and the level of growth which the company NSH has made is marvelous. It has really grown to a giant company employing more than 50, 000 people. Friends, do you think that if there was no professionalism in this company, will the company would have grown so big? Now NSH is one among the best in the Construction industry in GCC and has achieved many international milestones. My friends, please have a rethinking before you put down your feelings in such blogs. The correct identity of the person writing the comments is not known to all. That doesn’t mean that we should misuse the opportunity of expressing our feelings given to us. We should not misuse the freedom of writing. We should not resort to writing in such uncultured manner which maligns the image of NSH.

All should know that NSH is now a renowned company in GCC and its one of the best bread earning company for the Indians abroad. Above 50, 000 people are working in NSH and this means that on an average NSH is feeding 2.5 lakhs family members. By writing such uncultured remarks on this website, we only will be the loosers. Dr. Ravi Pillai has nothing to loose. He is a well established business man and known all over the world. Writing such remarks about an Indian managed company won’t fetch anything good for we Indians.

So, my sincere request to the readers is that they should think properly and then react to these above remarks/comments. Adverse remarks should not lead any problems for people like us who are happily working in NSH.

Eda this is too much da. it is true that we discussed but ethrayum vendayirunnu.
Eda, we are engineers why we use this arrogant languages against them. My opinion is that they had the right to question if they found no productivity . Eda annu oru divasam nammude structure ill ulla oru supervisor 11 days he didn’t submit the time sheets and coordinator asked he said he don’t have time and after he murmed in the corridor and said “Are we slaves ? and he said the company is for relatives . It is his mistake only . Pinne nammude oru supervisor veruthe Structure superindent ayyi odakki that is his mistake only ie. the supervisor and after he tried to submit his resignation. He says he cannot control more than 5 personnel at a time . This is bad da. Eda nammukku ellavarkkum koodi Area Manager-ente aduthu poyi complaint cheythal entha ? . I never thought you people will write this nasty langauages. Eda athrakkum vendayirunnu. We should always use good language( why you people forget that we are engineers and educated ones) atleast we came for experience and they are paying for that. If you are not coming I will go and complaint to Area Manager directly. I am afraid that whether they will track the IP and take action. Otherwise namukku vere oru karyan cheyyam individual ayyi shaji sir-ente adutthu poyi complaint cheyyam . We will tell him that we wrote this and this is our complaints so that he will take actions. I tried to call shaji sir on the phone but he never replied so if you people will not come I will go and tell shaji sir and I will request to give my certificates back. Nammal decided to just write some complaints but you people wrote so many unnecessary things . Why so? . I don’t understand what will happen ?

We are working in NSH so may years. First we came as a labor, surveyor and someone as civil supervisor but no knowledge . here only after NSH we learned everything . you people write that we are polishing the shoes . yes we are . what is problem ?. we were big zero before joining our company and only after 5/10 years we earned everything, money, built house . now also we consider them as our God. we love them and because of them only we are here now . We are getting salary for the efforts we took and for our good work than what fresh engineers are getting and we know everything than what you know . We are not originally relatives of pillai sir but now after coming NSH we are all relatives. We don’t know whether fresh engineers came here after giving your wife or sister or someone to the agents in kerala. We consider the area manager and the coodrianators as our brothers and we are ready to wash their underwears or polish theirs shoes if they say only because they are our own brothers. no problem for us for washing their house also . Fresh engineers can write anything we don’t care. When ever we asked vacation never Pillai sir denied our vacation. Only people who are zero after taking Engineering degree pay one lakh rupees for agent . Good engineers pay only 25, 000 SAR for visa and no service charges. Which company give job for fresh engineers and what you know about construction work?. We people passed pre-degree along with our old engineers are working and completing this job not Fresh Engineers . If we got sick, they send to the best hospital like Shifa, Al Mana and all.
Our friend came here as a labor and now working as a scaffolding superintendent . IN this big site he work and there is no complaint from any side. You engineers do not know what scaffolding is and what is a dancing ladder ? Fresh engineers cannot do a single scaffolding . He is also close to everyone because his work is like that. Fresh engineer cannot control 10 personnel as crew but he manage more than 400 people. He is not having any degree or background but he control all without any complaints .
You fresh engineers come now only before also we have experienced professional Engineers and we built NSH company big. Fresh New engineers do not know any thing . they just studied and come here for learning and for experience.
Are fresh engineers beggars or studied in some bad colleges ? shame shame on all who write nonsense. You have no culture and also indecent fellows . very good engineers working with us for so many years and all good decent parties because they studied Engineering from good colleges and not from some colleges you studied which are substandard. They study from Government engineering colleges, TKM and from Regional Engineering colleges .so many engineers are from big companies in india still working with NSH having so many years experience and no complaints at all.
You write you completed engineering, now engineering degreed is possible by giving some money . no knowledge is needed
Do not write anything without knowing anything. You are shame for Malayaless too and wherever you go you will not success . Nothing will happen to our beloved company because company is having prayers of more than 30, 000 families.We always pray for giving good health to Pillai sir and pray to god to get so many jobs in all over the world.

I completely agree with what Singaravelan wrote.
Am also an Engineer working in NSH for the last 6 years and in my personal opinion whatever mentioned in the forum is not true but jut character assassination about the company. In other words to defame the company and its personnel. The statements written on the forum are only their personal opinion and grudge. In a world of free speech, every one seems to be able to say what they want to say and have a voice these days but it should be genuine before says some bullshit . Just because of a forum we cant act recklessly and start campaign that is false. The writers say that they all are Fresh Engineers .My question is that if the individual is having complaints why don’t they complaint to the concerned personal instead of writing something that is baseless. As you know the company is serving for the last 25 years and feeding more than 40, 000 families . Why don’t you take into consideration those facts.? Though in the recession time so may companies winded up and send their personal back to home only NSH protect their personal without sending a single person back to home .
I also joined NSH after my B.Tech and at the first time I was not at all aware about anything. Though we boast we are engineers do you think after completing the degree you can take up assignments independently in petrochemical plants?. Never we can! only after some experience and I think NSH is one of the best for that .In NSH a person who doesn’t know the basics of Engineering can achieve more knowledge in working and in fact there are personnel still working with us who had not seen the Engineering colleges but they are working very efficiently than a B.Tech or M.Tech personnel do and also they earn more salary than an Engineer took, so what is the difference between an Engineer and a normal person ?. I think the Fresh Engineers don’t know the success stories of NSH . In my knowledge NSH was not having enough Engineers in the past and but NSH grown up to a giant company with the effort of personnel those who don’t have any degrees as we the Engineers boast . I can pinpoint the personnel who are masters in all disciplines other than we engineers have.
After getting enough experience and it is not fair to defame the company . Really surprised to note the comments posted by some fresh Engineers. Hey it is not fair to post some petty comments about the personnel and their families.
In this era Education is not at all a constraint for the right person only the experience makes a man perfect . so Why we should write about the education of the key personnel.
Really am very sorry to say that it is shame for the Engineering community itself. At least we should understand the difference between an Engineer and a worker. Are this is the words to be used by a professional guys like us ?.

When someone just blogging anonymously because of employment concerns or what ever I think they are all cowards and not courageous guys. Since they say we are fresh engineers why they use anonymity’s as a shield to write outrageous things about the company and the Director ? .
What the fresh engineers know about Ravi Pillai Sir. He didn’t born with silver spoon in his mouth. He hails from an average family and because of his effort, dedication and hard works he became a business Tycoon . His doors are always open even a worker can go and complaint to him for whatsoever it may be . Even if he is not available the Area Manager is always with us to hear our wows and concerns . Why the Fresh Engineers using websites to express their grudge and hide their identity. Do u think Government of India will give the prestigious Pravasi Bharatiya Samman, the highest civilian honour for overseas simply .Never, because of his vision and for his service to the community as the single largest employer in the gulf region, the nation honored him.IN fact it was Pillai sir commitment to the Nation that he will give placements to 2000 Fresh Engineers and job opportunities to 10, 000 skilled personnel. Are you not ashamed to write something useless about him?.
Since the last few years I had not personally or officially met with any harassments from anyone and I can proudly say that only because of NSH am feeding my family and in fact it is my bread and butter . Not only to me for around 30, 000 personnel this is our second home. One more thing just think if there are this much complaints why personnel are still working in NSH. There are personnel who works more than10 years without any complaints . Did we came here for leisure or for vacation ? NO !we came here for feeding our families and to earn, so on some occasions we have to sacrifice ourselves .Do you think any International ISO Certified company in the world will accept FRESH ENGINEERS ?. There are some petty companies who need fresh engineers but International companies need only Experienced professional guys and as an Engineer I don’t think they will use this type of websites to write such bull shit items hiding their identity.
I read the comments written by Mr. Jaya Shankar About Jayashankar, - Is he an Engineer ? I pretty doubt his knowledge in Engineering. He was working in Tasnee and even he don’t know how to make a drawing and read the Civil drawings . He was survived there only because of Mr. Vijai and Mr. Karthik (Planning personnel). Mr. Jaya Shankar, Did u forget all those things ? He doesn’t know how to make a schedule or what are remaining works to be done in civil or how to assign work to his subordinates. The Client itself rejected him many times and later on the PM convinced the client and they accepted him but later on when ever the client is asking some status he don’t have a single status with him . What NSH was paying him is a big attractive package and he


never deserves that amount. I remember the time he had a leg pain(minimal pain and he was supposed to proceed for his vacation but he insisted to treat here because he don’t want to spend that much amount in India) and the management send him to Shifa hospital for Physiotherapy and spend Huge amount for his expenses. Why he is forgetting all those things ? He was the construction Manager for Civil and when there was no progress in civil the client itself noticed that to the PM and later on some of the old civil supervisors(NOT ENGINEERS) came from other site and rectified . Apart from that his contract was for 1 year and NOT for 6momths as he claims. The company had give all facilities to him and more over monthly incentives too. I am sure that the civil works in Tasnee were completed by competent Civil supervisors and our old engineers and in fact the Samsung Project Manager had appreciated them by giving valuable gifts too. It is not the merit of Mr. Jaya Shankar. What was the contribution of Mr. Jaya Shankar in Tasnee? . In fact he earned a huge amount from NSH than what he expected. In my opinion the credit for Civil works goes to our professional personnel, the client itself accepted that. This is not an argument but telling the truth.
It is better to stop writing some nonsense and as singaravelan wrote this will not affect the company and we are damn sure that NSH will be one of the best Contractor in the world in the coming years.

Wow congratulations to Singaravelan and Santhosh. Myself Franklin working with Al Hajri for the last 3 years before i work in gujarart and was looking for a job in overseas . I tried a lot but no job and at last i joined Al Hajri and completely satisfied with the company policy and their approach . During my tenure i never felt that it is mallu company and they favor only for mallus. Very proud to say that as a Tamil origin i never felt any discrimination from the company. They treated me good. While i joined the copmany my salary was only 1750 but after my one year i got increment of 800 riyals apart from the monthly incentive of 350 riyals. I went for vacation after my contract period and at that time they gave me another 500 riyals as increment and i come back then after 3 months again they give me 300 riyals and now i draw around 3350 riyals . I was not having a own home and now i planned to built a home and the work is going on. I cannot forget Al Hajri because i gained a lot of experience from NSH. As singaravelan told so many freinds of mine are also working with us and the are also happy. My self i recommended so may tamil fellow from madurai and they came and working happily.
