Nancy Bloom advertised this property on VRBO. After we signed up for a weeklong rental, she took the ad down. Now we can't put up a review and I imagine they do this on purpose. They charged way more than the place was worth by wildly exaggerating the amenities. They capitalized in their description that they had a shuffleboard and pool tables. They were actually in a very cluttered, dark, dank, musty basement, dirty, surrounded by junk. They claimed to have a 40' mahogany deck with view of Provincetown monument. The deck was in disrepair, the view was about 5' wide, you had to stand on a chair to see it, the monument was a speck. Would never have paid the premium for this property. Also said it was walkable to beaches and shuttle and food. Took 25 minutes to walk to a shuttle and 25 minutes to reach a restaurant walking on the busiest highway on the cape.

Be grateful you don’t live next door to one of their premium rentals. These people are a blight on the butt of society. Their property next door to us is cluttered and they run a wood business from it. They drive by constantly and even enter the property while the tenants are away. Count yourself lucky they are not also renting the driveway to various boats and boat trailers while staying there. At least this year they hired a cleaning person. Last year (during one of the worst outbreaks of Covid since the shutdown);she cleaned it herself and couldn’t have done a very good job since she was only in there for maybe an hour.
