Phone harassment

For the past several months on a basis of about 3 to 5 calls a week we have been harassed by this individual, DANIEL LYNCH, who leaves this phone number : 866-265-5244. The recorded message is to call their office and settle an account. The message provides no information regarding the reason for the call.
We read one of the complaints that was dated of 2005. We do not understand that nothing has been done to stop this harassment. We are also sending a letter to FTC and urge everyone to do so.
